While everything looked fantasti, a glass full of drink(juicehad a fluff of hair stuck to the inside.I was furious of why such a franchise outlet do that to an old hungry man.

Poor service from the team. Waited for 1 hour, 45 minutes to be served as a result i had to cancel the order and leave. They only served us milk shakes, we had to pay for that only.

Clean and neat Wimpy in the heart of Matatiele. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great.

Slow service and the food took very long and our drinks arrived after our food even though they were orded first.

Been coming here for a number of times, more often than not you always find that what you want is not available. The food is always delicious though I must say. But I feel the staff doesnt pay much attention to customers, we arrived here today 27th December 2021 and most of the empty tables were dirty had to wait a while before we got attended to, maybe they are short-staffed since its a holiday but hey Im not too happy. The staff is quite friendly though.

Service is pleasant however been there twice and items such as hashbrowns, fruit juice, smoothies and chicken and Mayo was not available. Food also took a long time to get us concidering we had to order simple food.

We arrived at 5:30pm and the door was locked. We were told by a very unhelpful waitress they were ‘shut because they were quiet all day”. Published closing time 7pm!! Ridiculous!!

Quality service with a smile and efficiency in a clean easy to access store. They also have a clean restroom for all patrons

Really disgusted with the cleanliness of this branch. The standard of this Matatiele Wimpy degrades the quality set by the franchise. Went in to eat, but was really shocked to see the floor dirty and flies all over the place. Wimpy should have a quality control manager that ensures standards are kept high. I did not eat here as the surroundings are very influential on my appetite; therefore I cannot comment on the food.

Wimpy Matatiele needs serious supervision, you can do there waiting for your food. Otherwise the food itself is good but the service is poor

We entered the shop with some food items. Waiter told us we r not allowed to eat other stuff there which is acceptable but they basically stood and watched over us all the time which was very uncomfortable
