We stopped into Willys after a visit to the emergency room. Everyone was so kind and so accommodating I would definitely recommend this location.
The salsa was great, and Oscarina did a great job rolling the burrito
Slowest service in the world. You will lose your mind watching the same people still being served in line after 10 minutes. Fix these unacceptable standards.

I get that you want to close early on Sunday, but if your a burrito place then dont shut down the stuff to make burritos. Shut down everything else, but leave the burrito line open or turn off the open sign. I guess you could charge people to come in and eat food from other restaurants and sit in those comfy booths, but then just get a sign that says "The restaurant is open but its bring your own food". Yall have good food, but can we get someone in charge to actually post the real open hours? 11-8

Great pick your own Mexican style options. Similar to Chipotle but not as expensive and they serve chips and a salsa bar for dinner in guests

I got a steak burrito from here and my friend got the chicken burrito. We got it Togo and when we got home with our order. The steak was very dry. There wasnt enough rice, beans, and protein on the burritos for the price that we paid. Very disappointed with this location.
This is where my 5yr old loves to go. Well bike there and the employees are always warm and patient with everyone who walks through the door. Its our neighborhood spot, even though its a chain, they make it feel welcoming and chill.
Great place to dine at. Very good food and the staff, especially Miss Lopez, are so nice.
These folks were awesome. Isiah, Daniel, and Joshua are amazing. Great service, I always love Willys food and this time was no exception.
The food was delicious (as usual), but even more impressive was how accommodating & patient they were with my two kiddos orders! They asked the kiddos what they wanted & were so nice! Sunday night dinner was scrumptious & easy!
Food was absolutely great! They have improved their seating capacity which makes the dining experience very enjoyable. The staff was very nice and extremely friendly.
The short elder lady adding the toppings always has an attitude. She gets mad if she adds something I didn’t order and then insists that I eat it like that. After lots of no’s she changes them in a bad way saying I don’t know why you don’t like them like that. Very bad service.
Excellent customer service. Prices are good, and portion size is superior to Chipotle in Emory village.
They really need a better staff the place was not clean and the person who fixed my Burrito bowl did not listen to how I wanted my food fixed 1 star is to much I will not be eating at that location again👎

Food was yummy but the first guy they have serving could be friendlier or more cheerful. The second woman adding toppings and whatnot was nice enough however!
There was a freaking bug/roach like bug on the counter while checking out, upside down, legs just going so slow, like it had been there for a while and no one moved it, absolutely disgusting and I told the cashier “you might wanna get this, this is disgusting”. He grabbed a napkin and removed it, didn’t wash his hands, didn’t wipe down the counter, just got back to the register and took our Payment, we did NOT eat the food, and I didn’t wanna make a scene so I just got the food and left. Their score is a 96, but this experience would not allow me to eat the food. Not to mention even if I wanted to, I live maybe 10min away, the food was cold even though it was wrapped in foil. I will not being going back here. So disappointing.
Willys has great food, but go to a different store if you can. For the last year, this store has been really badly run. Our take out orders are usually wrong, the service is slow, and the staff seems put out to be working there. Disappointed. Go to the Edgewood store instead.
My visit was ok the burrito steak was watery taste like roast beef to salty & the guy with the dreads dont give the best customer service playing around with the food. Food suppose to hot & fresh the way the customers like it. Hope my experience be better next time.
Im an Atlanta girl so Willys is my go to place for burritos and the North Decatur road is probably my favorite location. Daniel and his team are always super friendly and always take great care of us!
Really really bad experience at this particular Willys. My wife ordered online and it turned out to be a major mistake. The order was well in advance of when I showed up, and it took almost half an hour to get the food. Meanwhile customers who walked in were taken care of, and I left with a really bare bones apology and a pretty whatever attitude.To top it off:Ordered extra guacamole and didnt receive any extraOrdered light sour cream and it was a standard amount.My order was a bowl and there was no silverware in the bag.Overall it was a pretty terrible experience, and I feel like if you want Willys just go to the briarcliff location.
Got tacos and quesadillas. The tacos taste better in my opinion. I was glad to see that almost all of the toppings are free to add on. I ordered salsa as well and i am not sure if they forgot to give it or if the tiny cups of diced tomato, guac, and shredded lettuce are suppose to be used to mix together and make our own salsa or of that was meant for my meal. Probably presented better when dining in.Overall the food is pretty good. Its like a middle ground between Taco Bell and Moes.
Ive gone here way too much during the pandemic, mostly out of convenience but also because burritos. The burritos are always solid and the ingredients fresh, but the service is hit or miss. Seems to be a revolving door for staff, but I guess thats to be expected for a place like this. Still, solid burritos that typically come out quickly. Cant go wrong with that.
I will never support this location again. I placed an online order of two chicken quesadillas and get home to discover it was pork. I called to let them know my order was wrong that we ordered chicken quesadillas but we received pork quesadillas. The girl on the phone told me there was nothing she could do that it’s chicken and i told her it was not chicken it is clearly pork. I asked to speak to the manager she slammed the phone down and then came back to say “she’s busy”.I told her i was coming back to get what i ordered and paid for.Once i got there they looked at the quesadillas i received and tried to argue with me that it was chicken not pork but it was clearly pork. There was a man that grabbed our quesadillas and brought them to Clara speaking in Spanish about if they should make us quesadillas then proceeded to call me names in Spanish. Little did they know i know Spanish so i knew exactly what they said. They almost were not going to even make us new CHICKEN quesadillas. They ended up making the correct order but made me wait 20+ minutes for it after they served the huge line that was not there when i first walked in.Corporate needs to fire Carla and the other girl that was working the night of July 2, 2021. They have zero since of customer service. Never would i want an employee that speaks in Spanish calling my customers names. The man she was speaking too did not say anything bad but Carla is a terrible, miserable human being. And the younger girl is just straight up rude.
I have been a long time customer of Willys and have thoroughly enjoyed the service and food here, however, my last visit was very disappointing to say the least. I placed an online order for pickup at the N. Decatur location, I should add that we normally visit the Edgewood location and never had any issues at that location, but today we go to pick up our food and although we arrive about 10 minutes later than the time its supposed to be ready its still not ready. The walk in customers are receiving their orders and Im there waiting 20 minutes even after I had already placed my pick up order online and the time that it was supposed to be ready for pick up had already passed. I was waiting for 30 minutes before someone finally addresses me for the second time to ask the name on my order, then proceeds to tell me they dont see my order and that there is no rice. After waiting for them to make my order I get home and padt of my order is missing. I still have not received my refund and the staff did not show an ounce of empathy.
Picked up a catering order from this location and it was very easy to order and pick up. Staff member who helped me was extremely nice and went above and beyond. She went through all parts of the order (even put the cookies underneath the warm meals to keep them warmand helped me carry the order to my car despite it being lunch time, which I really appreciated because I had my toddler with me and I am pregnant.
Walked in at 9:35pm to broken down stations and nothing to order. I was highly disappointed. Whom ever is managing this establishment needs to do better. As someone who is in the industry. I get it, but its not a good look. I understand pre closing and all that like 10-15 minutes before closing time. But 30-45 minutes before closing is bad customer service. Find employees that want to work their shift. Wont be patronizing this establishment again
I came in today around 1 and I knew I had to review after my experience today. I want to share a huge kudos to this team!! There was a very belligerent woman behind me in line (acting like a toddler- taking her mask off to speak/yell (as soon as she walked in - totally unprovoked), throwing her purse around on the chairs that provide space between the line and customers, and being blatantly rude to customers and employees alike. The employees handled this like champs and with such grace, she was relentless. My food was pretty good too and the staff was super polite as usual. So sorry they had to deal with that but I just wanted to say they were amazing!
We have been ordering from here for months, and the food has consistently been good. We order two entrees which come with chips. We have always asked for extra salsa, and we used to get plenty, but the last couple of visits we asked for extra salsa, and received a total of 4.
Great management! Went today for lunch, ordered a burrito unfortunately the burrito was not wrapped correctly. After the first bite it feel apart and all over me. Called spoke with a manager with out hesitantion she apologized and offered to replace my order. When I arrived to the store she made sure I was well taken care of. I left a satisfied customer.
I would love to give 5 stars for this location because I work across the street and come here often. But my last visit definitely made me have to give 3 stars for one particular employee, Ashlee, I think her name tag said but I’m not sure. She’s a shorter white young lady, and very rude. As she makes my food and prepared the online order behind mine she clearly either had a bad day or just really angry about something because she was aggressively scooping and grabbing the items and almost throwing them on the bowl, especially the order behind mine since it was an online order. I normally have no issues here as stated before I kinda know everyone’s face that works at this location but I’ve never seen or dealt with her before and I hope I never will cause the way she was handling that order was disrespectful and I almost said something to her but I decided to leave this review instead in hopes the Manager sees this and deals with her accordingly.
I love this location but whoever this new manager is, be ready to argue. Apparently two salsas per customer is her rule. And if you tell her she got your order wrong she will argue with you.Definitely still go just prepare yourself and check you order total is correct.
We ordered the make your own burrito box. With the addition of cheese dip and guacamole (didn’t receive the guacamolethe cost was about $60 bucks. It is advertised to feed 4-6 people. These people would have to be light eaters. Not a great value. The food was fine, just a little pricey.
Alexa is awesome!! She was super sweet and tentative even though it was pretty late (830p). I know how it feels to work allll day and it’s almost closing time ... it’s easy to be nonchalant or lazy about your customer service ! But Alexa was excellent. She deserves 10 stars .
The staff at this Willy’s is friendly, helpful, and extremely polite. Manager Daniel goes out of his way to make sure every experience is delicious and quick. We love coming here and will continue to do so. Loyal customers for 13 years.
One of the best customer experiences Ive had a burrito place in a long time. Both the slim white man at the cashier and the African American man were very helpful towards helping me fix my mistaken order and made the experience pleasurable and enjoyable. Would definitely consider eating there again.

Ive been eating at this Willys location for years and I can say that it consistently has high quality food, fast service, and a clean atmosphere. The recent improvements to the interior of the restaurant in 2019 have also allowed for a more open and welcoming vibe. I recognize many of the staff as having worked at this location for a long time, which tells me the managers are running this place really well. Also I think we can all agree that Willys salsa is way better than Moes or Chipotle! This is my favorite Willys location and would recommend it to anyone.
Best Mexican food I enjoyed here. Nachoes with lot of veggies and cheese baked is excellent choice. One can find many other items with exceptional prices. Place is good and clean. Staff is very friendly and support.
Very nice staff at this location. Good, fresh atmosphere after a recent remodel. They do not stay open until 10 pm, however, so do not cut it close. Got burned again tonight on that. Over maybe a 5 or six year period, this is the third time I have arrived at about 9:50 and the doors have been locked. Its maddening.I dont mind it if that is their advertised policy. If that info is out there somewhere, though, I missed it. Really puts me off of the place every time it happens. I do keep going back, though; its quick and much better than the McDs across the street.
Friendly and quick service! The food is well-priced considering their massive portions. If youre looking for fresh Mexican food on the fly, this is your place.

I really enjoyed being here. Just was disappointed that there were no margaritas here. I just had a veggie burrito and my girl had the veggie nachos. People were friendly enough. Restaurant was pretty tidy... would return if I was back in that area.
Not so bad not so clean, I like the one on Briarcliff Rd it is better and they have a good costumer service, Food was ok .
