They tend to overcook the food! The heartstopper fries were dark and hard, the chicken fingers were dry and overcooked and coleslaw tastes like watered down lettuce on a good note the ranch is good

I havent been here in 7 years and I forgot how the wings taste. And these wing was so delicious. We really enjoyed the wings👍 Customer service was ok

Food made my family sick immediately after eating. I took my family from out of town to Willies for dinner. I have partake on there food many times in the past 3 years since moving on this side of town. But, yesterday was the worst experience there. The similar things we had was the fries(tasted funny off top), loaded waffle fries with queso cheese w/ranch. Salad all with ranch dressing, mac& cheese and chicken wings w/ranch. One of the items in one of these made my family sick. My daughter and sister couldnt get all the way out the door before they had to reenter Willies and attack there bathroom. As we rode just down the street to Ultra beauty it got to my mother. Where i had to race home and she could barely get in my house to get to the bathroom. Then my 1 year old neice had an accident, my sister had it coming from both ends following. Ive became sick Following after them. When i called Willies and spoke to the manager she had every excuse to why it wasnt the food, very rude, unattentive to the concern and extremely unsympathetic and basically said it wasnt due to the food. Whereas my mother, sister, nor myself had eaten all day. I dont think I will be given Willies my business again. I would say to be careful with choosing them for a local business therere not friendly and I hope it wasnt due to our race. $150 dollars wasted for sure!

The food was good but the menu is very limited unless you want sandwiches, wings or appetizers. There were only 5 main entrees, which was disappointing.

Our first visit portrayed an average sports bar with the typical food! We enjoyed the atmosphere on a weeknight. Kid friendly and great service despite being understaffed, so we will be back!

Chicken basket was good, grouper sandwich was terrible with grilled grouper. Bartender, Dave was great!

This used to be our go-to place for wings but things have definitely changed. We get them to go and will ask for our wings to be fried hard (slimy wing skin is horribleand they are not. We will ask for blue cheese with both orders and maybe get one blue cheese and one ranch or two ranches. This last time there was hardly any sauce on the wings. Very disappointing.

Sarah G. was our server. She was not very pleasant. When I asked her a simple question about the brand of my premium red wine, she made the response that she was "too busy right now to find out". The food service was slow, as well. However, the food, drinks, and atmosphere were all good.It might be in Willies best interest to place Sarah G. in a position where she is not in customer service.

The server was great but seemed rushed and confused at times. But she was super nice. The appetizers we ordered were wrong and came out not our tables. They had to re-make it again. The food we ordered wasnt correct and not just one of ours. Which is not like Willies. Weve always had great service. Im pretty sure this was just a one off. And they really were not busy

Food is yummy! Staff is awesome! We started going there because its right next to my therapy. I asked if they could make me a specialty salad and they did. It was delicious!

Best boneless wings in the galaxy, and they still make the taco salad in the big edible bowl. Cool vibe, cool staff.

I dont know whats worse being treated like I was invisible or being treated like I or my children werent welcomed. I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable being one of the only black patrons at that time. My young kids and I werent even greeted or seated. We stood in that restaurant for about five minutes mind you, they werent busy at ALL! The fact that my children felt some type of way is beyond me! I guess if youre Black your money or business isnt wanted. MESSAGE RECEIVED !

Just tried to come and play trivia. The entire trivia section was empty. Yet they refused to sit us in it because they were saving it for regulars. Don’t try to play trivia here. And the food sucks.

Server was good but burger was badly over cooked. They were cook about it though

Came here on a Friday at 4 waited for 15 minutes without a single hello or an acknowledgement from any of the staff. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional, will not be coming back or recommending to friends.

I ordered food from door dash and it WAS GOODT! This food tasted like a fat person who loves to eat, loves cook, and loves to feed people cooked it!!! Im fat. No judgement here. I always visit restaurants and say, "I want a fat person to cook my food"!!!

Good food..good staff...but for a sports bar the TV situation is horrible. The only good TVs are small, the big projectors look like 1995 picture quality. If your looking for just a bite of food and drink, good choice...if your looking for full blown sports bar I would look elsewhere.

The bartender CC is very good at her job. Shes fast, friendly, and gives great service to everyone. Weve only ever sat at the bar, however, when watching around their staff seem very friendly ..The food has always been great too!

37 minutes for a Togo order of 2 cups of potato soup after they said 15 minutes. Ridiculously slow staff with no customer service, my first and last time eating here since moving back a month ago.

Great restaurant, great staff. Made the bad decision of placing a pickup order through DoorDash. Waited 40 minutes past due time before finally deciding to go see what was going on and where my food was. Turns out, some amazing person decided to steal or ‘accidentally’ take my order that was in a pretty big bag. Thankfully the staff was very apologetic and kind and with no questions asked, remade my order. This has been the only place I’ll order Boneless Wings from and after this experience, it will continue to be the only place I order Boneless Wings from. Thanks!

Kitchen shorted me on a wing waitress was slow didnt give us 1 refill ...kitchen was slow getting out food ...our fried pickles had wayy too much grease on them still ...and the food was basic not anything to brag about go across the street to jtaps ..better food better service

I had not eaten here in a long time. The family and I had dinner here just the other night and the food and service were very good. Everyone in the family commented on how good their food was. I had the Parmesan Garlic Wings and they were amazing! I will go back just to get them and maybe catch a game during football season.

Got there before 9 pm. The sign stated it didnt close until 10pm. Aside from the place being empty the food was over cooked and the staff seemed annoyed or bothered that we came in at the time we did. 9:30 my husband walked out side and got locked out and they wouldnt let him back in. Ridiculous, over priced dry food. This is not our first visit but we have no plan to go back.

My mom daughter and I went to eat here after a long day of shopping at Khols lol. We sat ourselves because it seems that they were a little short staffed, which is common now a days, so we adjust. Our server greeted us and got our drinks, and then came back and got our order, I think her name was Stephanie. She was so lovely and nice very clean and looked nice. Her service was also amazing and the food was awesome. I got 10 lbs of boneless wings with the Carolina bbq sauce they were amazing. Mom got the Philly cheese steak which was served hot and she loved it. My daughter of course, got her usual, chicken tenders and double side of fries. Everything was amazing right down to the fries! Thank you we will be back!

Shady and dishonest business. The length of the response below is extremely inaccurate. And its sad that anyone would stoop to that level to cover their own butt, but who am I kidding, this is America! God has blessed me, but I am not letting people walk all over me. Im going to keep staying blessed, and stay away from this place.

My daughter is a frequent guest here and she was not thrilled with the quality of the food this Friday night. The service was questionable but our server was very good considering the issues I assume the kitchen was having.

Was very surprised at the new menu since I have not been there for years. Everything was delicious and we had pretty good service even though only one server was taking care of everyone. Cant wait to go back and try more things on the menu!

Service was extremely SLOW!! We ordered drinks and appetizers, then watched our beers sit on the bar for over 10 minutes before the waitress brought them to our table. Food took forever to come out (like 20+ minutes for apps). The bartender was clearly annoyed that she had to keep answering the phone and the food was standard bar food (meh). Wont be back.

Went there for dinner on Monday April 11th... Waitress was nice and friendly however it took an extreme long amount of time to get our dinner and when the food arrived it was absolutely horrible !!... This is the second time this has happened so unfortunately I will not be returning anymore

Light was out of the card table making us take a second look at the shade it was covered in dust we made our order and our appetizer order forever to get the appetizers that are food finally arrived I ordered fish and chips the fish was soggy it didnt taste right and left me with an upset stomach later I dont know if Ill be back but I know it will be a while at least

We always enjoy going here. Great service and good food! Im particularly fond of the Buffalo chicken wrap. The pretzels with cheese are really good too!

On the norm Willies is a great place with great people but on my lat visit was not kool. I waited 15 minutes for an order that was already done. No one explained that the shelves for door dash pick up were for call in orders also, so I waited. Funny thing is the. women told me my order wasnt ready.

We’ve only carried out/DoorDashed because we’re new to the west side plus the pandemic, BUT we love this place!!! The food has been hot, delicious, and correct every time! The boneless wings are like no other! I was hesitant when I realized the fried pickles were sandwich slices and not chips, but they were perfect! This will definitely be one of our go to spots! Thanks for the great service!!

We are bowling at western bowl for the Hoinke tournament. Went across street for lunch at Willies Sports Cafe. Had their wings and onion rings. Very good. Ky Lee our bar tender made our experience a five star besides the wings. What a great birthday.

We like a lot eating out. Yesterday we came to this delicious place which friends told us about. We had a delightful evening there with high-qulity dishes and a professional crew and an impressive chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will definitely go again very soon. We warmly recommend.

Our server was awesome her name was Kara she was super sweet and nice and our food was the best chicken wings with Apple butter sauce. And chicken fingers with homemade ranch dressing. It was the best experience my husband and I have had in a long time at a restaurant.

Typically we get great service with no mistakes on our order but tonight was not that night. Plus the there was an item in our bill that we did not even order.Our waitress Miranda never did come by and ask if we needed drink refills and we had to wait I would say about 10 minutes after we were done eating to get our bill.The only thing that I was impressed by was the dollar tacos which I will come back for.

Went here Thursday evening for a "surprise" dinner. This was my first visit & it was a great experience. Our waitress was very friendly & attentive & the food was great with very good portion sizes.

We hadnt been to Willies in YEARS after a string of bad experiences. Food had been poor quality, service wasnt very good... and we kept giving them chances because we had really liked the place for years. So finally after not going for a good 4-5 years, we stopped in during Cincinnati Burger Week in 2016. The food was GOOD and service was much improved. We have been back a couple times since and it has been a good experience each time. So if you havent tried the place in a while, maybe give them another shot.
