A very charming place, with different, very cozy rooms. In one room they even has a meeting... but you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or Coffee in any other room, you like

This is hands down the best coffee place in Jyväskylä. It’s authentic, cozy and the pastries and coffee are really good. There are normal tables for you to sit or you can choose to go on one of the reserved rooms for a more intimate experience with family or friends, if they are free. I come here sometimes to get some peace and quiet and to get some work done when I’m tired of working from home. Highly recommended place.

Had a breakfast for 9,90 eur which includes a bread, juice, coffee/tea, smoothie, and something sweet.Bread - like any basic finnish bread, fresh ingredients, soft bun.Coffee/tea - basic good drinks.The rest - absolute disappointment.Juice is some K-menu 0,60 cent disgusting orange liquid.Smoothie was super sour, barely any berry/fruit part. Basically rahka with a handful of frozen berries. Have you guys yourself tried it?Something sweet turned out to be a chocolate/nut/marshmallow peace of overly sweet and chewy mass.I regretted not getting a coffee and bun just separately. Would have been OK, cheaper, and more pleasant to eat.The place has great potential, historic building, beautiful interior, but breakfast offer is dissappointing and not worth the money.

Friendly service, fresh salads and strong coffee in a strange space divided to rooms. Crowded at times.

One of my favorite places in Jyväskylä to stop by for a cup of tea and a little something. Never disappoints. Also a good breakfast buffet.

The cheesecakes here are absolutely unparalleled, cant think of another cafe where Ive tasted a delicacy that compares. Great atmosphere to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with or without company. Multiple rooms where to sit, some more private than othere so the place should feel welcoming even if you are more of a shy type who prefers their own personal space. Overall perhaps my favourite cafe at the time of writing, even when considering other cities. Certainly has a unique feeling to it and its not just due to what they offer in terms of selection and quality. Highly recommended.

So, so.

I like the quaint decor. The café is situated in an over a century old building so walls and doorways and tables and chairs and fixtures and wallpapers have been selected to give an old and dignified look to the place. Some of the furniture look mahoganish and some tables and chairs look like genuine antiques, or close enough. The ecclecticism of the overall setup might turn some people away because of the mismatch of colors, fabrics, shapes and styles but I just like it. The front of the inside does look like an Ikea lounge but closer to the back they have more secluded rooms and nooks where people can sit and avoid the usual noise that a normal café makes. You can also make a reservation for a room and have a private get-together for maybe one to two hours depending on the amount of bookings, obviously. They have tables and seats out on the deck during Summer. The ambiance is relaxed and casual and I see business people and young professionals and academics and some hipsters (just somehaving meetings discussing projects and the like. The atmosphere seems to be conducive to sharing ideas and being creative. The edibles: you can buy stuff home that is cheaper than when eaten there. They bake breads, rolls, pastries and baguettes. They also sell lunch salads and they of course have coffees, teas, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages. With coffee they offer cheese cakes, carrot cakes, danish rolls, marengue cakes, sweet buns, cinnamon rolls, donut type things and lots of other things I dont know the words for. Kinda small berry pies or open berry pockets and the like. I think the quality of stuff is above par. To top it of, the staff is polite enough and not too chatty or too reserved. They seem to have a lot of interns/students/apprentices so service isnt every second top notch but I think it brings honest character to the place. The only chagrin is that Im quite poor in Finnish standards so I usually settle for a normal normal coffee and a sweet bun but the price range is quite reasonable for a tourist or employed person.

Delicious cakes! I just wish the portions were bigger. The coffee and artisanal teas are also very nice. Explore the back rooms – there are lots of comfy couches beyond the seats you see next to the cash register.

Average mall coffee shop. Coffee was fresh, but for 2,50€ it better better be. Not to impressed with the atmosphere. Largest minus though was not wireless lan. Friendly staff.

Apart from coffee which is unsurprisingly disappointing throughout Jyväskylä, cakes and snacks are relatively good though on the expensive side.
