I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The food and the service was outstanding. The server was attentive but not overly so and the food was beautiful.

The calamari coating was better than the filling. The pasta was delicious and the banoffee pudding drowning in toffee sauce was epic. Staff were great, friendly, took time to ensure all was OK. Very important was that the waiting staff actually received their share of the service bill. The company was outstanding Mike 😊

The food was lovely, fast service. Service on the drinks was a little slow. Service charge was added to the bill which I was unaware of, it was probably at the bottom of the menu but I didnt look

Impromptu lunch as we were taking my son to uni. Very busy was offered a table outside as it was a nice day we accepted. We had a excellent lunch with great service.

Called in on Sunday 28 Sep 22 at approximately 18:00, very obviously a pair of tourists, and having been walking all day. Management and staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful unlike the 2 places we had tried to get food in minutes earlier. Had starter and main course, food was delicious, served quickly and cleared promptly when finished. Nice roomy restaurant and good buzz about the place. All staff were attentive and we chatted as if we knew them forever. Thanks to all for your kindness and a great eating experience. Good value for money and well be back. As we say in Ireland....go raibh agat. 😍

The restaurant has excellent Italian food especially the pizza and pasta. We enjoyed it. Unfortunately we were in the restaurant from 4:50 pm were not able to order the food until 5:30 pm even the restaurant is open for drinks only. It should mentioned in the opening hours to the guests aware about this. It worth a visit with its great decorations

Irvine was all lively except the chicken which wasnt cooked properly but they took it off the bill no problem

Went with family and friends, all looking forward to our meal, service was great,( Ive looked at other reviews a out service being poor, but not on our visit, get team).But sadly the food let it down ALOT, I asked for chicken and asparagus risotto, but I got a mushroom risotto in stead, what was so bland, I tasted like they just used water to cook with, about 5 small bits of chicken, with cold fries and then I got over cooked fries when I asked for new ones, we got old brown salad, and the wrong order, as I say the servers team was great and helped and gave us money off but the kitchen staff doesnt seem to care.

Booked a table here for my 30th birthday meal with some friends. The reservation was made over the phone and they were very friendly and accommodating. The food itself was great although there was an issue with one of the dishes but it got resolved quickly with no fuss. The atmosphere is lovely with the beautiful glass roof in the building. The music was great too and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely return here.

Situated just around the corner from Charlotte Street, inviting atmosphere, good food great value for money definitely worth a visit if passing through. Will be returning 🙂

I’ve spent a few days in Liverpool as needed to get away on my own so I went to the restaurant on my own. The manager that was on in duty on 29th July 2022 was very welcoming had a bit of a chat and a bit of a laugh. Where as I felt with the rest of the staff I was an inconvenience and was not made to feel welcome . Don’t know if that’s as because I was a lone diner . When I ordered a glass of Prosecco and a glass of tap water there a couple of the waitresses stood at the bar chatting , I noticed this several times, instead of getting my drinks ready. I’ve worked in hospitality so I know what it’s like which why I’m also never harsh on hospitality staff as I know how rough it can be however this did frustrate me as it would of taken to minutes to make those drinks. The food was what you would expect. Was satisfied. Was not impressed with the atmosphere from the staff apart from the manager who was lovely

Came here for lunch 21st July after a morning of shopping. I’ve walked past this place so many times and I’m so glad we finally decided to go in. The space is beautifully decorated and the food is amazing. I had the chicken and asparagus risotto and my mum had the seafood linguine I would highly recommend both dishes. We will definitely be coming back.

If you are ordering seafood linguine, be warned that it is 80% linguine with only one handful of prawns and mussels. I recommend mixing the linguine with the sauce from another dish so it can have more flavour.The grilled salmon is great taste wise but it has the portion of a starter.Overall, visit if you are a fan of authentic Italian flavours, not if you are looking for a full stomach.

Lovely environment and nice seevice. However food is disgusting. Cold and plain pasta. No wonder there are 4 or 5 Italien restaurants around with small space and old decoration but still fully booked.

Love Wildwood, visited a few times now. Always great service, food just excellent and fantastic value for money. Portions are great! Pizza just giant, and risotto is delicious and big portion too.They do lunchtime offer, and dinner prices are very good for what you are getting.Service always very fast. Very good decoration Italian restaurant. Good to be in when there is sunshine. Very family friendly with kids playroom.Starter and the soup both are nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.The steak is normal standard not the best of the kind. Maybe I should order pasta instead.Anyway, worth 4.5 stars ⭐️

It was a busy Saturday night, you needed to book and fortunately we did as people were having to wait or not waiting. The food was lovely when it arrived. It felt like the kitchen was too small for the potential number of covers at the time as it seemed we were waiting a fair amount of time for the food. The quality of the food though was very good however.Wed definitely go back but when we have more time as we couldnt finish our 2 course meal within 90 minutes (17:30 to 19:00 before we needed to leave for the theatre.

Food was good but the service was slow. The proprietor does not allow tipping on card either, which seems mean on the waiting staff. Sort it out!

Very central restaurant,with cozy atmosphere. We had a set menu in a very reasonable price. I had garlic bread (big portionand a double pepperoni pizza with really nice dough! My wife had the bruschetta and an excellent pasta Norma !!! Desserts were very nice too !!!

Really nice place food was good we had 5 meals everybody like what they had nice friendly and attentive staff would go back anytime.

Lovely Italian food.We waited a little while for our food but it was a Saturday evening after all and we were walk ins.. still got served in what I would call a satisfactory time!Pizza and calzone were lovely and beer was ice cold.Atmosphere in the restaurant is great and the architecture of the building is very aesthetically pleasing.Our waitress Dumi was marvellous as well, very attentive in what was a pretty chaotic night!

Its a lovely lovely place. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable!The atmosphere is nice and quiet and the high ceiling is a great view!I also really enjoyed the food!Ill definitely go back for another meal! ♡

Food was good but service was so poor - lots of staff just standing around chatting rather than actually serving. Waited a while to order food & for the bill. A lady with dark hair (not sure if she’s the managerwas quite overpowering and a bit full on while trying to eat food. Great gluten free options which is a bonus.

My partner and I always used to dine here pre-covid but have only been here once for lunch since restrictions lifted. As always our meal of baked brie, garlic bread, pizzas and lotus cheesecake were devine. There was a young lady looking after us Im hoping her name was Gabor, she was working the bar area, table 64 on Saturday (9/10/21night, she had long brown hair pulled back onto a pony tail, she was so lovely and friendly but not overbearing. Also the manageress in the blue suit was so funny and friendly. They are both assets to your team and I would love to be served by this server again.

Ordered for delivery. Order took over an hour, thats fair sometimes restaurants get busy, however when it arrived the drinks were missing and food was wrong. I had ordered a vegan calzone and received one full of pepperoni and what seems to be minced beef (no mention of a mock meat version of these on the menu so can only assume its real animal), stopped eating it straight away, never again 🤢

Absolutely loved my visit, the staff were so lovely and friendly. My party was running late and one of the waitresses was lovely enough to keep me company and tell me some jokes :the food was unreal and the menu had a good amount of choices and amazing value for money. We had cocktails and wow!!! They were so good and a great price. The atmosphere was wonderful and the decor was industrial chic I loved it. I can’t wait to go back with my husband :)

Excellent place to have a quick meal or enjoy your meal over a drink. Good location, the place looks spacious and the interior is modern but cosy too. Very friendly, welcoming staff. The menu is a little diverse but the food served quickly, hot and its delicious.

Excellent food, excellent service and very reasonably priced for a city centre location. Staff very friendly and attentive, could not fault them at all. Would highly recommend. All 7 of us, which consisted of both adults and children, thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to returning, albeit not local for us at all. All guidelines being adhered to under current COVID-19 restrictions.

Lovely place for a spot of lunch!Went there in July 2020, so it was a bit calm. The menu was diverse,with a choice of pasta, pizzas, burgers, salads... The plates were full of food and the ingredients tasteful. The staff was lovely. The chef even came to ask how the food was. The decor and location in this former arcade is original and provides for a different perspective on this venue. Seating was comfortablr, everything clean although the graffiti in the bathroom are less tactful! I will definitely come back.

Came here for a works night out! Food was delicious- great value for money especially. I ordered the seafood risotto, quite spicy but perfect! Plenty of seafood in it which was fantastic... considering the price. We will definitely be returning- Thanks Wildwood Liverpool

The best pizza and the juice in my life. Great and friendly staff and really beautiful atmosphere. It is great instaplace. There is kids room also.
