Description
Privilege
Great place to go for a walk. Nice little restaurant with good food there
Very nice place to spend in the weekend, a lot of animals to see. Parking its a bit messy but its not that bad. 😊
MoreA zoo and a beautiful park above the mountain is a great place for a picnic and taking pictures. Entry is free. A restaurant is available, as well as some other services. Games are also available
MoreGood place to go with kids. Nice playground and a fine view over Feldkirch. We walked through the forest and ended at the Wildpark and had a great day.
MoreWildpark Feldkirch is quite bigger than I expected. And I have never seen white donkeys!! All my experience in Wildpark was lovely!
MoreFree zoo. You can come whenever you want. You dont have to pay for the entrance ticket. There are lots of animals too. But unfortunately when I visited this zoo, Some of the animals werent there. I dont know where the animals went, or they are hiding because of the sun☀️, who knows.. There is also a canteen, this zoo is perfect for family recreation. You can also buy souvenir medals at the automatic machines at the zoo.
MoreNice place to walk, luv it ♥️😘
Great afternoon
I visited in July.It was too hot. But interesting and you can walk through the forest.Has an amazing view.
MoreNot more than ok , good for walking and kids not much to do a few animals around the place
MoreWonderful family day out, well laid out in a natural setting, not big, not small perfect for children. Dogs are allowed a big plus. Would highly recommend.
MoreNice place love itCool location good activity
One of my favorite things about living near Feldkirch is coming here. The views are beautiful and it makes for a nice walk. However, if you are not a fan of screaming children, this place should be avoided... at least on the weekends. The only complaint I have that could be changed is the enclosure for the lynx; why have the most solitary, shy animal right next to the playground, with the aforementioned screaming kids? This is probably why I have only seen the lynx twice in the 12+ times I have visited. This noisy environment is not suitable for such an animal. Keeping the kids on one side of the property and the animals on the other would get this park 5 stars from me ;)
MoreGreat find! Family enjoyed the long loop which is 3km long. You could also do the 2km loop. Its free but youre welcome to make a donation. The walk up from the city is pretty steep but you can drive and park in the parking lot.
MoreWell kept deer park, with donation only entry. Been going here for many years. Lovely to see the wildlife of Austria
MoreIt is a wonderful place an plan Air like a park where you can see a lot of animals.. Perfect place for all families. There are a bar, wc and several tables.
MoreNice park with a lot of local animals; clean and famil friendliy
Good place if you have kids and you want a walk in the park. No entrance fee and is open 24 hours it seems. Deers, pigs, goats can be seen without any difficulties but of you are looking for cats and dogs species, you might e disappointed
MoreThe wild park is on a small hill in Feldkirch. It is well maintained and clean. The entrance is free but you can donate for the animals, even feed them with special foods. Very enjoyable for kids.
MoreI always go there every Sunday since a little girl. Have reasonable good coffee, sweets amd off course ice cream. Been renovated and looks very nice.
MoreAmazing! A bit of a walk up the stairs if you don’t have a car. Around 25min from the train station. Beautiful park with so many cool animals. The kiosk has a toilet and cafe when it’s open as well! Great views too!
MoreDidn’t get to see wolves but it’s ok.. the park is free to enter, generally clean and well maintained. I truly hope the animals are happy and well here :))Oh btw there’s a 20-30mins hike up to the wildpark so just keep in mind
MoreLovely park in between the woods.Run on donations, which means the entry is free but they have multiple points where you can add some coins to help them.Very interesting to go with kids, the only downside is the lack of information in English. (Thanks google translate)
MoreA beautiful place for children to see and adults to walk.
Nice park ! We saw many animals there. The best part of the park is maybe the hiking road. We had a good 2h walk in the forest and enjoyed the view !
MoreNice wildlife park in the hills above the town of Feldkirch in Austria. There is a footpath (lots of stairs to mountfrom the city centre to the wildlife park. This wildlife park is open 24/7 and free of entrance fee. In this park you can see the typical wildlife of the region.
MoreGreat place to take the kids , its quite a climb , first by car then by foot , so be prepared , very nice place for a walk with the kids see the animals and visit the play area
MoreIf you have a free day and you love animals three is no better place for a little walk ;)
MoreThis place is beautiful and amazing. First of all, entrance is free of charge. Secondly, the place is huge. You can walk around in the forest, see all the animals, its really worth a whole day. Locals just use it as a park to walk and relax, but for a tourist like me, its a whole experience. Third, there are donation boxes and animal feeding boxes. You can buy some food with coins and feed the animals, the kids I saw there loved feeding the animals. Highly recommended
MoreGreat park! I had a great time watching the animals and even petting some of them! Bring change to buy food so you can pet them :P
MoreVery good for kids and adults as well.
fantastic park! especially good for families but also for anyone who likes animals and wildlife. really well maintained and a surprisingly good restaurant also catering very well for young children. also found a bbq area with wood supply (wood 7euroscompleted an awesome day out.
MoreDon‘t forget to bring some exchange money for animal food and donations! Great place and nice concept!
Morenicr place to visit as a family
Really nice place to spend an after noon with the kids. Lots of local animals we all wish we would see in the wild.
MoreVery nice way to spend the day in family: entertaining, educational and on top the entrance is free
MoreVisited in February 2019 and really enjoyed itFree entry Donations appreciatedDrinks available from small hut
MoreGreat park with Alpine animals! We took the stairs up and it was a challenge to say the least. Look for the ramp, we found it while we were treking down and it helps.
MoreGreat location for a walk on a sunny day! Not only are there some cool animals, but the views over Feldkirch and the surrounding area are spectacular! Definitely somewhere for children. Also, dont expect a real zoo! You might not see some animals!
MoreLovely Wildpark, and all Free (donations possible), highly recommended.
Visited two timesNarure lovers will enjoy the placeChildrens playing place available hereOne small restaurant availableDeer and pigs park are available hereHaunting is not allowed hereThis above on small hillWe can spend 30minutes to one hour here
MoreWe had fun wandering through the park and seeing, sometimes interacting with the animals. Its really meant for kids but my daughter and I love animals so it was fun. I dont think they should have the wolves in the park. Wolves need a much larger area and you could see how stressed they were by being in an area that prevents them from running the kind of area they need.
MoreLovely wild animal mini zoo on top of a hill. Perfect place to take a stroll.
Nice place to visit with children, free of charge and no opening hours.
Nice way how to spend an afternoon, especially for families with children. There is also a BBQ area. The admission is free of charge. You can voluntarily contribute or buy food and feed some animals.
MoreA wonderful place
Fantastic animal park. Free entry but please leave a donation
Great idea to have a free 24h animal park, all year round. Modern facilities, multilingual signs. A kiosk with bathroom serves you during the day.You should not bring your own food for the animals, but there are dedicated food stations where you can buy the proper food for specific animals at just 20 cent (be sure to bring those coins with you!).If you liked the experience, you can leave a donation in a box at the entrance.
MoreLove this wildpark,so green and quiet! You can come and have a peaceful day in this wildpark, theres no much animals but my 5 year old loved it, plus it has a playground that what the best for him 😀Is nice to have a date as well, theres tables and bench so you can bring a meal and have a romantic meal in nature! Highly recommend 😉
MoreWe had some issues finding it as it didnt say where to park so we only entered the address of the park. Thus we had to walk for about 45 minutes to get there.Aside from that the park is great. There are some animals you do not find elsewhere, like the marmots. Its perfect for kids and free of charge.
