Wild Wing Cafe in Evans

i feel like this is absolutely awful service in the food industry! kids attached to their phone and it looks awful! this kid was also rude when we entered the building and told her we needed a table for 4! glad this place is being replaced !!

My reservations for a birthday party of almost 20 and they forgot to say the reservation or inform the manager of the reservation hot Augusta Georgia Sun. It was so hot the ice would not stay in the drinks. But I must stay away from delightful and the food was good and affordable 😎🥵

We got seated right away and the staff was very nice. We asked about the soup and was given one answer. Our server went and checked and gave us two options that were different than the first. When she brought out the soup it was something completely different than the previous answers. Maybe the cook should post the soup of the day so there would be no confusion. Had to ask for items multiple times in order to get it. The food was good. But the service was not great. Hopefully it will be better if we go again.

The fried chicken sandwich was delicious but the wings were tiny, basically nuggets (largest & smallest "wings" pictured& the mac n cheese came out cold & tasteless. When I asked the server about the wings, her friendly tone immediately changed as she explained the wing shortage & how it was out of their control. I do understand that. However, it would have been appreciated to let us know when ordering what to expect. For over a dollar per wing, it was very underwhelming, especially for a wing place.

Food and atmosphere was great! We have been searching for decent wings and we think we found a winner! However, the service wasnt great. Our waitress didnt bring us silverware or plates until I finally was able to wave her down. It was pretty busy, but not so busy to notice we needed napkins.

Awesome experience. Although they were busy and we had a party of 6, we were seated right away. Greeted by friendly employees. Our waitress was great. Ahe was extremely patience and kind. Our order was correct and came out very quickly. It was hot and fresh! Excellent service!

Grilled Chicken was Good. they apparently cook the fries and shrimp in the same oil so I had the get coleslaw as a side Im picky the coleslaw was not to hot for me glad they were busy also only Diet Coke as a substitute or water. Pretty Girls and attentive.

We attended my sister-in-laws retirement party. We had at least forty in our party and thing went well. The staff were attentive, quick with drink order and requests. The food was excellent. Thank you for making a wonderful evening.

Really enjoyed wild wings on Washington Rd. Service, cleanliness, speed, quality and taste were all to standards. I had the blu, basil burger. Patty was quality beef cooked to a perfect medium as ordered. Onion rings are amazing but could have gotten more in an order. It was a great visit and I will definitely return in the future.

We ate there last week on the outside patio. The hostess was extremely rude when we asked to be seated at another table before we sat down and realized the sun would be in our eyes. She actually rolled her eyes and made a face, which is not the way to treat your customers. We tried to pass it off and say well at least this table is cleaned for your next customers. She still gave us a mean face and bad attitude. Within minutes the other table had seated customers, so we do not understand the bad attitude. I wanted to leave, but our party said to stay. Our waitress was very good. However, the wings came out undercooked and not very flavorful. For a place the specializes in Wings, it was pretty bad. The onion rings were not good and tasted like frozen fare with more breading than onion. I will not go back when visiting this area.

The food was not good .We 8 hour food outside. Someone brought two dogs beautiful dogs there and thewaitresses where petting them and loving on them.We noticed that they never did wash their hands. We talked with the manager and he handled it right then. Definitely will not eat there again

I decided to take my mom out to Wild Wings Cafe before Mothers Day considering she came all the way from California to visit and the Augusta venue is awesome! Tiffany was great even though she was hella slammed. We had the Sirachos, which were a gee layers of flavor. The grilled shrimp that were my favorite. My mom had the Fathers and she loved them. My son had the nuggets and absolutely loved them. Overall, it was a great experience. This was my nbn first time to Augusta wild wing cafe and it was pleasant despite how busy it was, which is a plus for me.

Good food good service, best wings in town.Lately the wings have been shrinking. They found a supply of bantam chickens somewhere. UPDATE: This was my go to restaurant for the past 5 years. I can not recommend this place. I will no longer support this chain. Employees are still great food sucks.Update 4/24/21Service and food sucks we are done

Today I went to wild wings of Washington road I am so disappointed in their food.I order the barbecue chicken taco, first of all how it look it was not even pleasant to look at it the chicken taste like it came from a can and some barbecue put on top something like that it didnt taste rightThe chicken wings was like they were warmed up and put or dipt isome barbecue sauce taste was awful Im sorry I love chicken wings but no .Got to step up with your cook.

Place is slowly going down hill. Not sure if new management or what. Certain waiters are pretty good but last experience they ignored our request to put the Big 10 tournament on, forgot our appetizer, and took 20 minutes to get 2 bottle beers.

Delicious 😋 best steak hoagie Ive had in a long time! Waiter was fantastic too! My friend loved the burger with egg too! Thank you! We have to come from Edgefield County S.C. No places in North Augusta good.

Went early so it wouldnt be crowded. Arrived at 3:30 pm. No hostess present so sat ourselves in bar area. Waited for service but bartender seemed preoccupied. No one came to wait on us for 15 minutes. No one walking around worn face masks either. We went outside and sat down at table, socially distancing from others, dirty from previous customers. Just got a bad feeling about this location so we left and went to the Wild Wings in Grovetown. Wow what excellent service and great covid protocol.

The customer service and Trivia night was great. The alcohol drinks sucked. the all tasted water down. I order 4 different drinks and they all were watered down. the food was decent. the Trivia night and friendly customer service is what will bring me back.

This is a chain restaurant in the south in this first visit to this establishment but second time visiting wild wing Cafe. Busy restaurant service was excellent refreshments were cold. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was prepared perfectly. If I was looking particularly for something negative to say it would be that attention to the customers needs was actually above and beyond what was expected and actually boarded on being annoying. My second experience in a wild wing Cafe was his pleasant as my first and I would use this restaurant again in the future.

A remarkably poor experience.I love wings, but had not tried Wild Wing Cafe yet, having moved to the area during the Pandemic Times, and avoided being in a restaurant entirely, with only a few trips for curbside pickup in many many months.I got the combo of both bone in and nuggets, because I wasnt sure which Id prefer from them. Both were supposed to be sauced in medium buffalo. As far as I could tell, neither were meaningfully sauced. The nuggets were spectacularly overcooked, to the point that they were extremely dark and dried out - akin to what I achieved as a child overcooking some frozen Tyson boneless wings in a microwave - with the distinguishing flavor notes being "burned." Id rather have had my burned microwave Tysons. The bone in wings were better, but that is really only by default.. They also were lacking in noticeable flavor. I also got an order of "buff chips" which I got sauced in wing sauce with blue cheese crumbles - its clear from these buff chips that they are capable of having sauce with flavor, as these chips were at least discernably buffalo-ed. Im sure the buff chips would have been good in a dine in situation in a different time.The food was, additionally, not ready in the described time frame, so I waited outside their dedicated to go area for some time until it was finished.I recognize that takeout is not always a fair representation of a place, given travel time, and had merely hoped that the food would be good enough to warrant a trip back in some far off, theoretically post-pandemic world, but it very much was not.Food aside, there also did not seem to be ANY Covid related protocol in place, despite multiple signs on premises and statement on website/googke. Curbside pickup was not available from the website, despite indication it would be here on the Google page. Instead, a separate ToGo pickup area, which could be fine enough if executed appropriately. The staff manning that counter area seemed to be under the impression the chin is directly connected to the respiratory system, rather than their mouth or nose, as they opted to wear their mask as a chin guard. From what I could see through the windows, the dining area did not seem to have tables meaningfully spaced out, and it was quite packed.Absolutely will pass on giving it a try again.

Augusta location is hit or miss. While dining there the service is great! Food is hit or miss. I picked up 30 wings and only 5 of the wings had sauce on them. When I called just to inform them, the manager said he boxed it himself and I must have been mistaken. Never minded the hit or miss food, but when you say I’m wrong that’s really aggravating. Seriously hate writing negative things, but this has happened quite a lot.

Could not be more disappointed. Placed a to-go order at the restaurant and waited in my car til they called and said it was ready, also my drive home is barely over 5 minutes (point being, nothing wrong with my food was due to latepickup or a long drive home). Half of my wifes wings came in the wrong sauce. My tenders were awful. The breading was super soggy, like mush, amd chicken tasted like it too. Yes, they were dipped in a sauce, but I do the same at Zaxbys and they dont taste like they were soaking in a bathtub. My fries were also soggy amd undercooked. I understand mistakes, but when every aspect of a meal is bad, then something is wrong. Also, a lot of money to spend for food that mostly winded up in the trash.

Service was good as usual. Went with the fam and all of our food was great. The wifey and I really enjoyed our Garlic/Buffalo/Wild West wings and the baby girl loved her Kids Sliders. If u are Looking to catch a game or sit outside, this place can accommodate you. Worth a visit!

We had the absolute WORST service in our lives at Wild Wing Cafe at the Augusta location. We were seated for 30 minutes before we had to get up ourselves to find a server, who mentioned that she saw us but she never came to speak to us. She eventually took our orders and everything was brought out completely wrong. We politely asked for our orders to be correct in which she yelled at us saying "that is what you asked for, I do not care, I know thats what you said". Also, Instead of bringing out a six piece nugget meal, she brought out what looked like crumbs. Then charged us for TWO meals once the full meal actually came out correct. We eventually had to get up to go to the bar to get our own drinks because she never came to check on us, or would avoid us. She also made rude comments to us and then stated she would no longer be our server anymore. A new server came which then proceeded to cuss at us and spoke to the customers next to us telling them that we were ignorant. The manager then came with our checks and stated that we needed to leave and wouldnt allow us to finish our meals or our drinks that we HAD to pay for. The two servers were very irrational towards us as we only were wanting our orders to be correct after waiting for over an hour for them, and spoke to us very poorly. It came to my attention that these girls speak and act this way all of the time. I would not recommend the Augusta location as it has poor customer service and management. Its very sad that we couldnt even finish our meal or drinks, because a girl did not like that we asked for our order to be correct. The manager also did not inform us about what was going on and would not allow us to speak about the situation, which is very unprofessional. Those servers should had never spoke to paying customers the way that they did, as others around them were disgusted by the way they handled things.

It is always hit or miss with this wild wing cafe. We can go in and get exactly what we ordered sometimes and not be charged an arm and a leg sometimes we go in and they are unsure how to charge it and they tell us they cant do but we want on our order. Wings werent as done as what we wanted them. We like them extra crispy, so the sauce doesnt make the skin soggy. The beer is always good cold there but they should try to change out their beers once in a while and put in different more local beers.

I have visited other Wild Wing locations in the Columbia and Myrtle Beach areas so I was very familiar with the menu. So I will evaluate on the atmosphere and service. I visited for lunch and there was not a wait and I sat at the bar. I will say that I was not in a hurry but neither was the bartender. What saved the rating was the food of course and I ordered my staple in the Pepper Jack Wrap. Probably only deserves 3.5 stars but of course Google doesnt allow for half stars.

One of my favorite place to go with the family, even though we are not sports fans. They have a huge wing platter that serves a large family like ours. You can choose up to 5 different sauces for 50 wings at a good price. For littles you cant go wrong with the Wild West flavor! Have had bad results ordering just a salad though, that is NOT their forte.

BEWARE!!!Advertised specials are not honored without dispute. We asked for the Blue Moon special for $2.75. She asked, "tall or short?". We responded, "Whatever is the happy hour special." She delivered shorts (pints).The bill came and they charged $4 each. When we questioned the bill we were informed that the manager says, "They are usually $5.50 so they are $4 during happy hour." They did concede and charge the advertised price, but not without dispute followed by them attempting to justify their hoodwink.Shady at the least. Check your bill before paying.

It was really good. Some of the wings we thought were going to be hot, turned out to be very bland, but Im sure some people like that! Our waiter had been working for almost 11 hours and she kept forgetting things quite a lot, but she was a total sweet heart about it! My uncle was playing in the band and doing sound so we enjoyed some music while we ate our wings. It was an enjoyable experience overall and I would recommend it. I had twelve wings with a coke and it came out to just over $17.00. If youre looking for a good deal over food, this wouldnt be the place for you, but if you want to enjoy some wings, I recommend the atomic bomb style for a little kick!

Been coming here for close to five years since moving to the area. At first the food/service was top notch. But in the past six months or more, the food quality has severely declined. Either the order comes out wrong or cold, and also the wings have gotten smaller in size. We are from Ohio, so we were partial to Buffalo Wild Wings but really enjoyed Wild Wing Cafe better. But as of late, we have since changed our minds...

Finally!!!!! Got a burger cooked medium! Not a huge fan of this place. Lots of yelling at the TVs. If that’s your thing. It’s nice.I did have to order the burger medium rare at the advice of the bartender. They burn them sometimes! I said yeah let’s do that.Not the best. But hey. It was cooked right.

We happened to stop here on our way to Myrtle Beach and may stop again on the way back! It was delicious. Great food options that taste incredible. I got the 4 feathers (grilled chicken kaboband my friend got the wings and nugget combo and he said that they were now in his top 5 wing places. The kids menu was incredible and well priced. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite or even a family gathering!!

A few friends and I met up for food and beer. We had an awful experience. The food was great (so a shout out to the kitchen staff). However, we were extremely disappointed with the wait staff. We experienced 3 separate servers in an hour and a half. It took so long for us to leave because no one wanted to actually be our server or check on the table. Instead, they crept into this closet of a room and played on their phones. This closet could only be what I assume to be where the servers go after they’ve been cut to roll silverware. As someone that has plenty of experience in waitressing, I will say that I will most likely not come back due to the lack of service industry skills that the servers demonstrated during our visit. Also, I received my cup of water with the straw already completely unwrapped in my cup. The straw was extremely off putting; anyone could’ve messed with our beverages and we wouldn’t have known. And I didn’t receive my celery/carrots that I ordered with my wings; I had to wait until after finishing them to re-order what I asked for since no one came by to check on the table. Very disappointing.

I am now living in IL and miss this place. After this review we went back another time, and it was great, so we kept going back. My daughter loved this place, they have a pretty good kids menu. Miss this place and all theyre waitresses work really hard and are always super friendly!Didnt get the right items on my burger, but they were pretty busy. I also didnt ask for them to redo it, first time theyve ever messed up out of the 8 or so times Ive been there. Always good food, and nice waitresses/waiters. They had live music too, which was great!!

This was my first visit. The food was good, but the wings were SMALL!! Also, just a tip for the management: if you want to have a meeting with the staff, at least make sure someone is still seating people. My wife and I were actually discussing other places when the meeting finally broke. Im assuming the hostess was having a bad day because her attitude was simply depressing.

Great place with outstanding service! Our waitress was very kind and took great care of us. The food was great and at a great price too boot. If you are looking for something comparable to Buffalo wild wings but cheaper with a better food and service experience then this is the place. Will be coming back whenever I have a craving for some wings

Was having a good time here until I met this girl. Terrible Bad attitude. Otherwise food was good and the other staff was cool.

Definitely love the flavors of wings I had. A+ on the quality of wings being sold at this location. Got to say, great first time being at Wild Wing Café and I hope the other locations are just as good. Extra points for live band that night. They really brought their best to the stage.

Excellent food and atmosphere!!! Loved the wings and the vegetable kabobs. I loved the ambiance. I will definitely be back. The wings I had were ginger-flavored and they were amazing!!

Loved the place . Wonderful service great beer selection. Place was busy but very well organized. Not a long wait for drinks or food at all Charlie our server was excellent.

Amazing food and atmosphere. We had a waitress that was amazing. She was on point. I cant complain. She offered drinks and knew the menu. She was punctual with all of our requests. We had the stress reliever and pain killer. I had about three pain killers. I also had the blue cheese burger. That was really good. Cooked perfectly and seasoned right. We also had three different flavors of wings. They all were good. Nothing was bad. Will definitely add this to the top five in the Augusta area. Definitely too five.

Walked in with my wife and asked for patio table. We were told the patio was full and offered to sit at the bar or a regular table. We chose the table and on the way to it we walked by the patio entrance and happen to observe numerous empty tables,hmmm....RUDE... Ordered an appetizer and drinks. The app came fast and was very good. Ordered food immediately after we ordered the app. Waited for our food for about an hour before the waiter came and told us they brought our food to the wrong table so he put our order in again. Waited for another 20 minutes and still nothing...Proceeded to ask for a manager at this point. Manager came to the table and said the paper ran out of the order machine and lost our order. What can I say,lied to numerous times and all I wanted was to eat supper. Have no plans on returning, its just sad as the wife and I are big foodies....

Ive lived in Augusta my entire life and Wild Wings was never really my scene. However, I have been 2 or 3 times in the last year in addition to this past Saturday night. The service was excellent and made up for the long wait time because they were so busy. We sat outside, as cold as it was, the host and our server helped gathered heaters to keep us nice and toasty. Food was great and we will be back!

Arrived during lunch rush I guess. Parking lot was very full and ended up parking way out. When I left parking lot had cleared up.Wait staff were very pleasant. I ordered the boneless wings (aka Nuggets). They arrived quickly however they were not very hot. Im not talking about spicy heat from sauces. I mean temperature hot. It seemed to me like they pre-cooked them for the lunch rush then just sauced them upon order. They were only slightly above room temperature.

Love the salads and the atmosphere!! Alabama got that win over Auburn!

Husband and I had two free hours today and decided to meet for lunch! My ginger wings and sweet potato fries were delicious~His wrap was very filling and tasty as well! We sat at the bar and received wonderful service~Not too busy and very uplifting atmosphere!

Bring your patience and high tolerance of disappointment. I went here twice during my stay in Evans, GA over the weekend. My first visit was Thursday night. It was busy as one would expect during the March Madness tournament. My buddy and I waited on a booth as we had others joining later in the evening. After getting seated, I asked the waitress for a water as my buddy looked over the craft beer menu. She brought the water back to the table, set it down without making eye contact, and quickly moved on to another table. I looked at my buddy who was ready to order his beer wondering what just happened. It was like this for the rest of the night. Not good, not good at all.I went back Friday night to meet some friends who had been there for an hour or so. I sat down and ordered a water from the waitress. I had to wait a while to get that and to put in an order. About 35 minutes later, my order of a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was delivered. I had to ask the food runner to remove several empty plates and glasses from the table to make room for anything else. In fact, I started to look around and I counted 12 tables that had no customers at them with stacked plates, cups, and trash. It looked like a disaster zone.

I normally dont have anything negative to say about this place other than theres always a long wait and an extra long wait for the food to actually make it to your table. But all in all the food is good for what it is. But last night was exceptionally different. It was a Monday night not busy at all! I was getting ready to leave and my daughter wanted a childrens Sunday will 30 minutes later they finally bring it out and its covered in caramel with she doesnt like and its supposed to be chocolate syrup and theres no ice cream. So instead of saying something to the waitress I go to the manager because I figure it would be taken care of a lot faster. So the manager goes in the back to see if they even have any ice cream left and he brings me out one of those little cardboard things full of ice cream where you peel the lid off usually the kind you get for a kids birthday party. This ice cream is so rubbery and hard I literally cannot even stand with my spoon I tried letting my spoon I tried everything. So to say the least I was irritated for a 30 minute wait for some desert my child was upset because she didnt get to eat the ice cream that she really wanted. And then the waitress wants to catch a attitude with me and say the childrens Sunday doesnt even come with ice cream. Girl you better check your menu before you catch an attitude with me. The way of the kitchen is being run definitely needs to be re-evaluated and the manager needs to learn about customer satisfaction!
