First time we ate at this location. Absolutely hated the entire experience. Bad seats, tasteless food, and the staff were very bitter and careless. Only time she smiled was when we got the bill, then glared at us as we were leaving for getting 10% tip which was extremely generous to be honest.Will never go back, or recommend this place. Infact I think Im done with White Spot in general. The company has gone down hill but this was something else.

We had brunch and they went above and beyond for my Celiac husband. We replaced the English muffin with a gluten free bun and they toasted it for us. I think it was the first place that toasted a bun for us ever.Id highly recommend this place for Celiacs, the kitchen was very diligent and they all did an amazing job.

As a celiac I was pleasently surprised by how serious they are about food allergies, and their williness to remake my plate that was accidentally cross contaminated.Their gluten-free selection is decent, and they are willing to accommodate some of their other meals to be gluten-free if you ask.TIP: the breakfast sausage contains gluten!

Service was good and food was adequate. Menu lacking many of the basics that originally made White Spot so popular.

Always consistent, good to very good food. Staff are friendly and professional but busy. Prices are ok, everything is stupid expensive everywhere 🙄 in this inflationary time.

Family friendly restaurant with consistently good food and chilled, low-key vibe. Loved it.

The food was good but they seemed under staff, we waited a really long time to get the bill to leave.

Best thing about Whitespot is that the quality and taste is always predictably good. I had the clubhouse and my partner the toasted shrimp sandwich. Tasted as good today as the first time we each ordered it 30 years ago.

Madisson made every effort to ensure we had all we needed; gave us time to choose our orders, fixed any minor issues promptly - provided gracious and courteous service throughout our evening. The food was fresh/hot and Madisson was attentive without being intrusive. It was a lovely evening, good food and excellent service.

I worked at this Sunwood Square location in the late 1980s and have always had a soft spot for the restaurant. My family and I had our dinner there tonight and were treated to the usual good food. But what made this visit extra special was the great service we received from our server, Madison. She was very friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal - she also went out of her way to make our visit special after finding out we were out-of-towners. As well, the managers, Jordan and another Manager (sorry didn’t get his namealso stopped by and asked to let them know if we needed anything. Overall, fantastic service and great meal!Sadly, I don’t get to visit this White Spot too often as I live in Ontario now and only visit occasionally.

Always love this location, the ambiance is nice AND allows your kid to be kinda loud without getting stared at. Mens bathroom sink is haunted though and stays on for either 2 min or hates you. Strangely charming.

My favourite breakfast, but unfortunately lately its not the same and also the big denver omelette turns in a half portion, but still going to order

Server Diana had an attitude the entire time I was there, she ruined what was supposed to be a nice day out with my mother. We were there a few weeks ago and the food was good but her service was simply awful. I was going to ask to speak to a manager, but didn’t want to ruin an otherwise good day. I will continue to eat at White Spot with my family, but never this location again because Diana was so dismissive and did not care about her job in the slightest. I think she needs to find a new career, because clearly serving is not the right kind of job for her

I went at 3.15 today July17, 2022 to dine in for a late lunch in Sun-wood Square in Port Coquitlam. After waiting for half an hour I got a burned burger and a small soup. The beef in burger only had the middle part not burned and it was a very tinny burger. It was very disrespectful to me that the cook didn’t care about what he was serving to his customer. I returned it back after two bites and they made another one. The waiter and the manager both apologized for that. I should mention that some pieces of tomatoes inside the soap tasted wired, but I was so hungry to ate that anyway.I was yesterday in another branch of white spot in Somewhere in North Vancouvet with my daughter and her kids and we ordered for brunch and We had quite a good experience over there. That was the reason I went back today to Coquitlam branch and my experience was quite different.I also should say that their washrooms in Port Coquitlam were disgusting too.There were a big amount of waiters and waitresses there and in spite of those number of employees, their system was not working well.I think after pandemic, this branch is not caring about their services. I was always going there with my family before Covid and I had my best memories there. I am disappointed and wish they care about sanity and how they serve their customers.White Spite branches were always my number one choice in between restaurants and now I have to be cautious about that.

5 stars for the burgers onlyInside a plaza, lots of parking spaces. I liked how they have a takeout section completely separate from the dine in section - a lot more organized. We ordered online on the White Spot website and picked it up within 10min. A big plus is that its in the same plaza as Pearl Fever, so we got some bbt afterwards.

I havent ate here in years and now I know why..$19.99 for a little burger and soggy zoo sticks? Paid $50 for one of the worst meals Ive never had..definitely not a good bang for the buck..pretty disappointing.

Got milkshakes. Husbands strawberry one was great, but my blueberry one was not. I was pretty much chewing blueberry skin the whole time.

Update: Came for happy hour today. Got the Coconut Prawn and Humboldt Squid which were both delicious!! Twisted Bellini was good too! It was more than busy on Saturday mornings. If you want to get a better experience, try their breakfast offers before 10:00 am. Other than that, you have to pay money in a very crowded place!

Good food lovely staffs. I was kick out one day because of unvaccinated. I was saying in my heart who’s the loser I keep my money for next time. But not them restrictions come from above. But now full dull vac. Keep going in keep eating good food.

had a very bad experience, has never happened at any other white spot. horrible service got lot service had hazards on for a long period of time finally got order taken, ordered half caesar salad and strips and took over a hour to take the food out. once the food came out strips were fine but the salad had no sauce no parmesan and chicken was very dry not even tossed, put the hazards back on many employees looked no one came for at least 15 minutes. once the employee came out she proceeded to take the salad and get a new one, she told us it would be around a 5/10 min wait. we waited 25 minutes nothing had come out still and at that point i called the store got put on hold then got hung up on called once again got hung up on again. called for the third time and was asked to be put on hold again so ask to speak to a manger right away. salad finally came after calling the chicken was not cut this time still very dry and no parmesan and barely any sauce once again. manger finally came out told him the issue asked if i wanted my salad fixed id been here for over a hour for a half salad and strips came before the dinner rush started. manger ended up taking salad off the bill and gave free cheese cake which had no sauce on top. at this point i still had not eaten and was not satisfied with this experience i am very disappointed with this location white spot.

Pastas are bland, but the bread is good. Wish it had more cheese and less bland. Sometimes soda pops taste strange. This would normally call for 2 or 3 star but the service is usually exceptional. Staff is accommodating, friendly, and very clearly, honestly, and politely communicate wait times. They also have mobile order so if you park in the specific spots and call they will bring your food to your car so very convenient.I will say there was this oen girl who have been very lazy and not doing that. She insisted I come inside the store. The sign says to call for food to be delivered, I expect that to happen.I visit less now but I hope to visit more if things improve

Havent been to this location for a long time. Our waiter was fantastic! Sorry but I dont remember his name, but I loved his Scottish accent! I ordered the cod burger. Hate to say it but I didnt care for it at all! It was suppose to be crunchy but the whole thing was very soggy!! Wont be getting that one again!!

My food had some kinda after taste, but other sandwich was good.They forgot our appetizer and not delivered. Our order was kinda mess 😁but in general I liked them.Its White Spot and I like to support them.Lots of free parking and windows all around restaurant.

Went around back to the drive in. Our carhop was so nice! You could really see that she was a people person 😊Food was good. Not great, but good. And the gravy for our fries was nice and hot!

My favourite place for a tasty burger. My waitress Alexa took great care of me and recommended that I try the Monty Mushroom because I always get the Bacon Cheddar. My Wife and I had an awesome time. Keep up the great work!

So terrible!We tried to order take-out for dinner tonight....an hour order time, arrived 5 min early for the pick-up, got checked in and waited 45 minutes for our food.After 45 minutes I literally see a bag of food with my name on it, sitting on a cold shelf right beside the busy back door; sure enough, thats mine. As they prepare to hand it to me, I ask how long thats been sitting there, they tell me 45 minutes, and still try to hand it off to me.I explained that that food was sitting on a cold shelf for 45 minutes, and I wasnt taking that. They then offered to remake it, another 15 minutes wait.Finally our "fresh" food arrives, and I race home (5 min driveto eat it; everything is cold! Burger, fries, gravy; my pasta is lukewarm and the noodles soggy. This is not fresh food, it tastes exactly as I would have assumed that old bag of food sitting on the shelf for 45 minutes would have tasted! Plus, they missed the coleslaw and the garlic toast that our meals were to have come with.The absolute worst takeout experience Ive ever had! Compete and utter failure in every possible way!

Old fashion with quality foods.We’ve tried brunch and on another day lunch.For lunch we ordered burgers which was juicy and delicious. Service was Ok and no complain. Prices were reasonable as well.Washrooms were pretty clean and during Covid all protocols were in place.Outdoor patio would be great option in sunny days.Lots of parking space...

We were very happy with the food and service today. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. The table wasn’t ready when they walked us to it and we had to wait. It was definitely worth the wait. The veggie burger 🍔 was fresh and the mushrooms 🍄 and sautéed onions 🧅 with triple o sauce made the burger 🍔 absolutely delicious 😋 Our daughter loved the salad 🥗 with salmon and our other daughter loved the kids meal 💕 with fish 🐟 and chips 🍟 Glad we saved room for dessert 🍨 We went back today. The food was not put together very well and the portions were small. The server was not very happy.

We have only ever had 1 bad time here and it was because the lady at the front was overwhelmed. It has great servers as they always seem to be friendly and the food is as good as all white spots. I recommend to anyone who enjoys white spot haha

Nice friendly staff when I was here. They have a patio as well as a good sized indoor area for seating and TVs for watching sports etc. Happy hour was good with some drinks and a few food specials. Tried the mushroom flatbread and a halibut burger and both where food. Worth a try if your around during happy hours.

I have to say, Ive never had chicken and waffles before (yes, me, an avid brunch lover!and the chicken and waffles at white spot pleasantly surprised me! Their service was fast and our waitress was very friendly, I highly recommend this location. Of course, Ive been to this location many times before. Each time I go I try something new, and Im always very pleased with whatever I order. Keep up the great work!

Great place for dining w/ friends & familyPlace is big and clean. Food that we ordered were pretty fresh and we were satisfied. Onion rings were hot & crisp, our back-ribs were cooked properly with good amount of sauce. I think the place is too big for the number of staffs working on the floor to cover them all because when we were there it was pretty full but took awhile for servers to come and check how were doing.Plenty space for parking as they are sharing within the complex but I say they brought the good experience on our visit! :)

We went for the first time for brunch and was honestly pleasantly surprised. It was 10am and not too busy. We got seated right away and ordered. The portions were large and very well priced. I would recommend the breakfast quesadillas. The server was very friendly.

Nice all-around place for breakfast and brunch on the weekend. Food is good, service is very friendly, and prices are reasonable. Eggs benny could have used a little more sauce and the place can get a bit too loud at times, but left the place happy and well fed.

Food was greasy, especially the fries had too much grease and soft, even McDonalds better. Service is good.

An institution in BC and the seasonal combo, as well as the rest of their menu, offers good quality food for the price. This combo features a legendary burger, Caesar salad and a blueberry pie locally grown in BC by a close friend of mine; for $13.99. A fantastic value in my opinion. A local company with great food at a good price with normally good service, dont miss it!
