White Castle in Saint-Louis

Ordered 400 Sliders and the team came through! We were so happy to meat the crew and come specially to this location with our group and get such great service.

TOOK OVER AN HOUR! Thats absolutely ridiculous for fast food. Thats not an exaggeration either.

Food is great and food is always hot and fresh! Some of the night employees need an Attitude adjustment but other than that its great!!

The food was not hot food cost to much for not to be hot , Back in the day white castle was always hot and good I will not go back a gain very bad

Staff was very unprofessional. Went through drive-thru and the young lady couldnt get the order correct and even after we thought she had it together, order was still wrong.

It was cool for what it was. We arrived in town late in the evening and got nostalgic for White Castle. There are none where we live anymore. The staff was friendly, our order was fast and accurate and the food was fresh and hot. My husband decided at the last minute he wanted to add something on to the order and they had absolutely no problem doing so at the window. One of the things I most appreciate is they thanked us for our business and were pleasant throughout the experience. We enjoyed our "fix" for White Castle and they didnt disappoint in service, quality of the food and the nostalgia of it all. Thank you for a great experience!

Cashier that waited on me had a very nasty attitude, wasnt friendly or nice,or polite,she was suberlin in appearance

Ok food eat fast unless u want your car towed or shot throu the window if your car...lol not even playing

Never been. Was warned to go through the drive through but went in anyway. Food was as expected, small but satisfying. Next time I’ll definitely do the drive through.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in the city of St Louis I sat in line to get to the menu for 45 minutes once I got to the menu I had to wait 10 minutes before they would take my order and then it took 30 minutes to get from the menu to the window and my order was cold the food was not hot at all my shake was halfway melted and my onion rings were semi cooked if I could write this place a zero I would

Walked inside to like 4 people in line at 7:15.One of the employees locked all the doors so they could catch up on orders for some reason and despite people pounding on the doors they never opened it. We got our food 45 minutes later somehow and it was awful.This might have been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever experienced and I’ve eaten a lot of that.

This location has always been so so, but they do get about of business(extreme amountso that could really explain it. Its seems easy to get overwhelmed working here with the volume of cars always there.

Ordered food on 8/15, at like 1 in the morning. After waiting for almost an hour, we get food. We told the worker that all of our food couldnt have fit in one bag, but she insisted. OF COURSE WE GET HOME AND 2 DOUBLE CHEESE SLIDERS W/BACON ARE MISSING!!!!!Dont mess up peoples orders at 2 am, thats terrible service.

Service is a bit slow, but food quality is great.

Out all of my years ( well over 50+I have been going to the Castle this is the worst one I have been to by far!The staff was rude and nasty, my fries were cold so I asked for hot one the manager which were dropped but they were allowed to sit and get cold. The dinning area was filthy, I should not have asked to have a table cleaned so I could sit, which they had an attitude about doing that, but then decided to clean them all. The burgers were terrible, no Castle smell, or taste or onion after taste! What happened, those sliders arent the ones I grew up on. You cant substitute watered down kraut and a small and I do mean small amount of onions and pass it off as a slider! Never again will I visit this location again. One more bad experience and the Castle has just lost a long time oiler!

Not really happy at the moment. Went through the drive thru order large onion rings and got fries instead. Drive back to get it corrected, no one double checks the receipt I get sent out with a regular order of rings. Still didnt get what I paid for. Really sorry to have been such a bother to you all. You were busy but no so busy you couldnt take a minute to make sure you got the order correct.

They do not have a good service, they are not friendly and take too long to just make two veggie sliders and forget about the other two veggie sliders (the order was of 4). Super rude staff

The establishment was very clean, employees were friendly and the food was delicious!

I love cheese sliders and so do the kids. We stop anytime we are close to one on the way back home. Get a 30 pack Saturday and put the left overs in the fridge for a lazy Sunday brunch.

Service has improved greatly since my last visit a year or so ago!

Its been a year since I have gotten to go to a white castle. The drive thru was long and it took a bit to get the food but all in all food is the same and taste great Thanks guys for being tried and true. Other than the long drive thru wait. Please fix.

I WAITED IN LINE ALMOST 30 MINUTES ONLY TO GET MY ORDER MESSED UP!!!! I TRIED TO CALL THE LOCAL NUMBER, BUT THE LOCAL NUMBER SENT YOU STRAIGHT TO VOICE-MAIL, SO I GOT BACK IN LINE ANOTHER 25 MINUTES, TOLD THEM MY ORDER WAS WRONG. SHE TOLD ME TO PARK IN THE FRONT AND SHED REMAKE IT... I SAT THERE 20 MINUTES!!! ONLY FOR MY ORDER TO BE WRONG AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! ILL NEVER SUPPORT WHITE CASTLES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I come to this place every time I come back to my hometown E. St Louis. Fish sandwiches are the best

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind one car to get my food. Horrible service.

My experience here was awful. I showed up with a large group of people, and of course I was patient and understanding that since there were so many of us it may take longer for me to get my food. However, I was one of the first people to order and all I ordered was a mozzarella stick and two drinks. Everyone else got their food way before I did. The costumer service was downright terrible, I went to the desk to tell them they forgot my mozzarella stick and they were no help. It’s not the fact that I wanted them so badly I just wasn’t gonna pay for something I didn’t get. Do not recommend this location.

Purchased food here with a friend then went across the street to Broadway oyster bar, they had my friends car towed despite being paying customers. Im not sure if they have some kind of under the table deal with the tow company... but if thats how they treat their customers I will never be coming back.

The young man who took our order was super nice and fun to talk to! He made sure our order was correct before we pulled away from the window! The food was fresh and delicious!

This White Castles is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes its okay. Yesterday I sat in line for 5 minutes then they told me if I had a mobile order I had to come in. Once I got inside I waited 10 more minutes and half of my food was cold.

First time ever eating at white castle. I kind of thought I knew what to expect since Ive eaten the sliders from Walmart, but I was wrong. The food was amazing and the staff were great. We even got offered free dessert because it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Will be back next time Im in St. Louis.

Food on the go fast hot friendly staff

Ive been in STL for 26 years and this location has so many memories. This was my 1st stop after driving back in from Florida after a 2 week vacation! I ordered #2 plain bottom buns only, cheese fries or I substitute the Fries for fish nibblers I get a medium orange hi-c and a 6 piece chicken ring. The cheese sticks are really good too. This last visit was fast and friendly I was happy to be back home!

My meal took 15 minutes to make. When finally delivered it was incomplete. I politely told the servers this and they replied that I didn’t order the missing items. I got my receipt and sure enough they were right on it. Finally, they corrected the order begrudgingly.Great vegan options. Two vegan sliders--impossible burger and veggie burger.

I am originally from NJ and White Castle is a late night drunken staple. So when I moved to Oklahoma and found that there was no White Castle in this huge state I was very upset. Every time I pass through the area I make sure to stop here. There is another one I pass first but for some reason I always stop here. The service is always good and the food well the food is plain to say, its White Castle. Just a taste that you get used to and miss from time to time when its not there. I will be swinging by ans picking up a crave case on my way home like always as well hahahaha. It was a shame though that during my most recent visit they were short staffed and only had drive through open. Im hoping they dont close anytime soon as it is always my go to when passing through St Louis. Good job guys keep up the good work.

This is literally the worst White Castles Ive ever been. First I get rushed to choose my drink with a whole attitude. Then she rushed my order which I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get cold food, and forgot one of my drinks. Had to sit there til she finally asked me what I needed, and as well forgot my mozzarella sticks when I knew when she handed me the bags and I did a glace they wasnt there, she assured me they was. Absolutely TRASHY!!!?

This place is terrible. I sat at the drive through for 15 minutes before anyone talked to me through the speaker. They were out of many items too. It took another 15 minutes to get my food. Keep in mind there was only 1 person in front of me.The employee I dealt with was friendly at least. The order was correct as well when I ordered something that was in stock. It was hot and tasted great.

Messed my food order up. Ask for chicken ring meal. Got the 2 chicken ring sandwich instead. They totally forgot to pack my fish nibblers. Person on intercom taking order super ghetto. Then when he gave me food i ask for another brown bag to separate food for different people. Literally had to ask like ten times could i get an extra/ another bag. Before asking shift manager to come to window so i could get bag. Pretty sure the worker was high.

Always a long wait. Rarely worth it. Worst White Castle in the city. Been multiple times and always disappointed. Last visit was a 10 minute wait at the drive through just to sit at the order box for 7 minutes without a greeting, anyone taking my order, no one responding to prompts, etc. All the cars in front of me were long gone and the 10 cars behind me were clearly upset at me waiting. Why go here?!?!?!

I was shocked that you can only get 2 or 4 sliders and not just 1. But its affordable, and i love the drink selection, i got non alcoholic seagrams! Fries were mediocre.

Came to White castle since it is a classic staple in the midwest. Was very nice! Food was good and employees were good! Restaurant was also very clean.

Grew up on White Castles always good. Double cheeseburgers and onion rings.

By far the worst drive thru experience Ive ever had.. i am understanding when things get busy and you can get backed up.but I literally sat for 30 minutes in the same spot. There is literally no reason why it should take that long to even move up one space closer. Just avoid this place if possible.

If this place is a company store, they need new managers. If this place is a franchise, the owner is losing thousands in revenue. Almost 30 minutes in the drive through. (My fault, I know.The staff was rude and painfully slow. It was obnoxious how slow they were. The place is not clean. The parking lot is full of people partying. They are not customers.They are loud and annoying, just hanging out. Large groups of them. I know that working a job like this is tough because I did it myself years ago. The truth is that as a customer, it’s not my problem. If I treat you with respect, I deserve the same in return. I will never go back to this location ever. It’s a dump. After that experience I may never go back to any White Castle because it really isn’t that great anyway. Soggy sliders with half cooked french fries isnt really needed. Still an iconic tradition and hamburger. Love these sliders. This particular facility was well runned the staff was pleasant little small but thats what White Castles have been known for. Their menu has expanded quite a bit over the years.
