Westquay Shopping Centre in Kapoeta
Description
Privilege
Went after 6 years. Easy to get to and easy parking even with the 3 bike carrier attached. Only 4 stars because one lift in JL wasnt working and Pizza Hut closed early.
MoreReally nice shopping centre experience. The John Lewis staff are amazing and friendly. The baristas at Costa were talkative and felt very welcome. This is a breath of fresh air in this city which is usually full of ignorant people.
MoreGreat range of shops all in one place and loads of choices of place to stop, eat or have a drink.
MoreWe loved west Quay in general, however we came specifically for New Look only to find the large shop was closed and only a much smaller one open. Very disappointed teenager. Thank goodness for H&M. Please remove the pics of New Look on the web site as theyre very misleading, thank you.
MoreThis shopping center is a nice place to do variety of shopping. Lots of goodies and products, although may be a bit expensive but the quality is mostly assured. There are coffee shops, restaurants of different nations, including Chinese, Italian, Indian etc.The ambient is very conducive and beautiful to behold.Top notch 👌 shopping center!
MoreMust Visit, Happening Place, Good Variety of Stuff N Brandz
Good shopping place for most of want you might need.Great parking and food choice.
MoreWhat a place 👏. Everything you can think of and more. Want to go shopping go here. Very busy place at times. Parking is easy but watch out for lifts not working. Note what far part you in amd level. Or you may not find your car again 🙄
MoreWent for the light show and it was awesome well worth the visit. Plus saw the Sarah the dinosaur.
MoreWhat a sad miserable place this is, not worth wasting time coming here. No wonder people go online these days. Security is a joke, if they gave out medals for leaning on stuff theyd win hands down.
MoreJust been to the greatest fireworks show at West quay. Yet another brilliant free event put on by them! Well done
MoreGreat digital fireworks event. Everyone really getting into it and joining in with the signing and dancing. Advise getting there early. We were 30 minutes and seating was limited on the steps. Lasts 20 minutes twice a day until Saturday
MorePerfect central location with easy access to the shopping centre. Reasonable parking charges. Well worth a visit
MoreHad a fantastic day going into the shops and enjoying all the lovely food on the top floor.
MoreLots of people so hard to manouver around. It is a nice big shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants, unfortunately it was so hot we couldnt stay too long.
MoreGreat selection of stores, conveniently located lots to offer. Good range of fast food outlets. Very busy, better to know which store you need to visit before attending. Spoilt for choice for stores
MoreGenerally a good selection of stores under one roof. Most of these are not cheap, but have good quality products. I have found the Staff at Waga mamas to be very good too.
MoreSolid local shopping place. Good John Lewis for essentials and nice brands. Good watch shops and Highstreet places like Zara and schuh
MoreHuge place, a lot of different shops to choose from.
Good range of shops including John Lewis but totally outrageous parking fees. I cannot believe that there isnt a system where parking becomes free or discounted if you spend a minimum amount in the shops.
MoreNot too busy today Monday, with some comfortable casual seating areas. Which we were able to take advantage of when we met some friends and had a chat for half an hour or so.
MoreI love Westquay always has a buzz with tourists from the ships, youngsters from Uni and locals. Great variety of shops and restaurants with plenty of parking too.
MoreEdit: Thank you for your answer. That makes sense now. Had only 1 day and unfortunately it was Sunday :( When I arrived the shopping center and found it closed, I asked to the nearby businesses and closing time 16:00 was what they told me. So maybe next time I will have a chance.A shopping center that is closed by 16:00. So be quick. If you are still reading this, it might be closed. I was in Southampton for a business trip and the only time I had was after 18:00. I couldnt be able to travel this shopping mall. Maybe next time.
MoreI prefer West Quays rather than our own Cascades It always looks clean and the vast range of shops is fabulous. There a really varied range of food outlets which are up and away from the shops All in all a fantastic shopping centre
MoreGreat to see it busy again! Lots of shops and designers as well. Food court gets crazy busy but lots of food options available.
MoreGreat selection of shops inside and out and a great showcase cinema where seats are so comfortable and loads of restaurants on the outside also like zizzi and cosmo all you can eatWell worth a visit
MoreAbsolutely packed with people on a Sunday. We arrived before 12, circled around inside multi-story car park nearly 25 mins before we can find a space despite it has 15 floors! Shops are normal high street brands, podium side is renovateing, all covered by scaffoldings, but restaurants are still open.
MoreWife and I love coming here, we live in Bognor Regis so its a nice day out for us.We always park in the westqusy carpark and for £4-5 all day you cant Go wrong. As a bonus we Pop into IKEA before we leave.
MoreOnce inside spotlessly clean, lots of parking connected by escalators and lifts. No issues with disabled access.Excellent range of shops over three floors with food outlets on the upper level. My only fault are the people sitting around front entrance begging.
MoreIf you have a birthday they use to give you a meal free even if there was only the 2 of you by showing your ID.But now the rules have changed and they are saying it has to be a group of 4 people or more with ID. They also want 24 hours notice up front. When I said we had booked it on the previous Saturday she didnt seem to believe us even though we had the email confirmation on us. So make sure you show evidence of your booking.ThIs put a damper on the evening for the both of us. Bit of a rip off.But still rate the food and drinks.
MoreNot the best shopping experience. The centre in itself was ok, clean and presentable. But lacks all shops situated together in one place.
MoreBig mall and with amazing variety of shops to visit. Great place
Lovely food. Nice surroundings but the staff didnt come across as chatty or friendly. (Apart from tall slim guy with coloured hairwho did engage with me whilst clearing tables. However they were all efficient and kept the place clean.Would reccomend.
MoreI love visiting Westquay Shopping Centre. It is a great place to do all of your shopping needs. It has plenty of shops to explore, so shoppers have different products to choose from and according to their needs. They also have plenty of restaurants located in and outside the mall to cater to their customers different palates or menu choices. There are plenty of parking spaces in the car parks and available public buses. Therefore, travelling is not a problem.
MoreNice shopping mall located within short driving distance of Southampton port, where we were. Most went to eat. Very nice, clean food court with ample food selections. Also several shops located just outside the mall for additional selection.
MoreThis place is awesome. It has so many places to eat and shop.. I start my day at Westquay by first grabbing a sausage roll from Auntie Annes and a bubble tea.. I walk around and check every shop. Then after everything is done I walk down to Forbidden Planet for the weekly comic books and then lunch at the many restaurants.. you cant go wrong with some Yo Sushi or Greek food or if you are really hungry Cosmo.. its awesome. So if you find yourself in Southampton with nothing to do.. Go to Westquay.
MoreThis shopping centre is top notch with plenty of shops. There are also a good number of eateries and restuarants. The car park is massive to accommodate a good number of cars. For film lovers, there a cinema to make it happened for you guys.
MoreIf you like all of the big high street chains, this might be for you. But dont expect anything different. It would have been lovely to see a small selection of independents in there though.
MoreIt was a nice experience for u to look around WestQuay, but it gave the review 10 out of 10.
MoreAs shopping centres go, this is pretty good. The Mrs had plenty of shops to visit, the food area had something for everyone. Toilets are clean and well maintained.
MoreCurrently have Hares of Hampshire & an allosaurus
One of the best shopping malls I have visited. The two main stores are John Lewis and Marks & Spencer, but also many of the other famous and popular names are there. There is a wide variety of " eateries" in there, so its a good place to have a meal or snack.Parking is usually plentiful, but not free.Adjacent to the Mall is a cinema complex with, I think, 10 screens and again, a variety of restaurants.Well worth a visit.
MoreIt was clean, well kept and bustling. All shops where full and there were convenient seating areas for charging or resting your legs. It is accessible accessible wheelchair users and people with problems easily using stairs as there are conveniently places escalators in all areas.
MoreIt is definitely a no. Noisy, labyrinthine, Wi-Fi works terrible, no seating areas (at least in West Quay South, that disappeared one day and theres no place to seat at all). No proper children areas. Expensive parking and impossible to get in.I have to thanks the manager to take her time to answer some of the issues that Ive seen in this shopping center.I understand it. But I think you have to work a little bit more to make the experience better, at least from my point of view.
MoreGreat place to shop in the centre of Southampton. Plenty of good shops on two floors and great selection of eateries on the top floor. Eat at John Lewiss top floor restaurant for a good view over the docks and any cruise ships that may be in. Multi-storey car park is adjacent to West Quay as is the main High Street for further shops and restaurants.
MoreA very well laid out shopping centre, with plenty of parking on site. Lots of different outlets to choose from. Lots of good restaurants to choose to eat from
MoreI don’t know about shopping, but for sure the picturesque of the locale don’t allow you to get into showrooms, rather it calls to gaze the sea and the horizons beyond. Absolutely stunning views and charms. Regarding the shopping : Expensive if you are poor. Cheap if you are shopaholic. Love sales ? Then u will get the best deals.
MoreGreat place to park the car and reasonable for the whole day. As visited the Southampton boat show.Encouraging customers to come and shop.Hoping they can get paying machine repair or reboot whenever it breaks diwn
MoreBig place, with lots of food restaurants and stalls to choose from. Lots of seating place inside.Plenty of Outside seating as well.Quite close to the Southampton central train station and an entrance on the main Street.Impressive design.Best section the below ground outside restaurant area and court heard.
MoreBig shopping center with lot of varieties, bit crowded but clean and safe. Plenty of parking spaces. I enjoyed my shopping and dinning in this mall
