Me and my children have came to this mall for over 10 years and i have never had a problem with this mall until i received a call from my daughter last week where she called me frantic saying her and her friends were kicked out because, they weren’t with an adult. She then continued to tell me how the security guard treated them with nothing but disrespect. My daughter and her friends are 16 and they have never had a behavior problem in their life. I then proceeded to have to find a ride for my daughter and her friends since i was at work and they were kicked out the mall and stranded. I am not pleased and i am very very disappointed in this mall. A place that used to be children friendly is now a unsafe environment for me and my kids.
Love this mall clean and friendly people my baby love the merry go round with the lights she is so amazed
The mall closes much to early. I was having my hair done at Paul Mitchell, and had to run out with my hair sopping wet because they were going to close the doors to the mall. I would have had to been let out the back door to Paul Mitchell and would have had to walk in the dark around all of Macys.
I was in T-MOBILE today and Jonathan P. was the gentleman that helped me. I thought I needed a new IPad (and was prepared to buy a new onebut Jonathan fixed what I thought was broken. Thank you again Jonathan for being so kind and honest.Jodi Gibson
A little surprised that they have a new rule where no one under age 18 is allowed to enter the mall without a parent or guardian. My daughter was stopped by a security guard and not allowed to enter the mall. My daughter is 17. When I asked when they implemented this new rule, I was told it was implemented 3 weeks ago but not permanent.
Good things never change. I still enjoy visiting the mall whether I want to window shop eat or shop it is always a good experience. Love it.
Nice mall. Almost always find everything I need, good variety of stores. Very clean
Who goes to malls besides teens? Well now, even they won’t be at this mall. Only age 18+ is allowed in the mall without a parent present. Gone are the days of high schoolers window shopping, getting a milkshake and buying some items with their friends. Can’t even have a summer job there as a 17 year old now. Poor Bath and Body works, food court, Spencer’s, etc…, who will be left to go in, if teens are unwelcome? My teens and I will spend our money where they are welcome.
Took the ride today to ho to Eddie Bauers to pick k up some items. Great sale going on (50% off some already reduced pricessee Patricia if you go, shes very helpful, doesnt try to push you into buying anything. Was disappointed with Macys, my better half thought a large store like they have here at Citrus Park would have a better selection of clothing she appreciates.
This is a nice mall with plenty of lighting. Its got a good layout & its easy to find which store you want. Its single story. Like most malls, there are quite a few empty stores. The food court is pretty good.
Teenagers cant walk around the mall anymore??? Time to close the doors. Malls were already dying. I guess this is just a way to expedite the process.
Train your security staff better in the job and social skills with customers. Two of the security staff today talked down on me like I was autistic and asked if my dog was a service dog, first off, it’s none of their business if he is a service dog or not, it is illegal to do so. Not happy with the security staff belittling me…
I came here by accident, I was looking for another place but ended up in this mall. What a hidden gem! I never knew this mall existed. Been living in Tampa for a while now. Very open, great vibe and I love the 1940 or 50s era design with the merry go round and mainstream reference. And surprisingly it was not busy. The only reason I took a star off is they need to keep the food court clean. I couldnt sit down to eat because all tables were dirty.
We are from Ohio! Malls up there are boring compared to this place. So neat and so cool! The Berlin Wall museum was the coolest! My husbands grandpa served in that area when it all was going on, so how cool history is when its close to us. Would go back!
The theater was clean, small one upstairs but we enjoyed ourselves. restrooms clean, popcorn could be better. Serve only a limited menu at this time
Lovely mall. The mall is 1 floor so if you want to move your feet and get your blood flow on point, you can always come here for a walk. Solid clothes and jewelry stores. Movie theatre is nice.
Was nice experience not many fresh veggies that I seen. But the people seem okay. But I think Ill visit it better Walmart that has like a darkness... I think they need to do some Spirit cleansing on that property.
Workers need to pay more attention to their customers. Rays were playing and all but one TV had a bush league basketball game on it. The other had teams from another state. Store had not received their last supply shipment and had small to go cups. This store has gone downhill since our last visit this year.
Overall a nice clean mall. Not too busy and very clean. I do like the fact that they have a Red Robin adjacent/ inside the Mall. Also every time Ive been there I seem to find a parking spot. Definitely better than the Gulf view mall up in Port Richey.
A great mall with lots of shopping & food variety. This is probably the cleanest mall Ive been inside of. The mall is relatively quiet these days, sometimes over run with teens just after the near by high school lets students out for the day. Lots of parking & a few entrances make this mall very convenient for in & out style shopping.
This was my favorite mall in the early 2000’s. Over the last couple of months I’ve been disappointed by the decline I’ve noticed and the lack of response. They ran out of paper towels, which was a mild inconvenience- the dryers are loud and scare my young children. Also, the towels are the main drying resource in the family restroom. Even so, it’s a privilege not a necessity. Soap is a different matter. All manner of disease is going around and the kids play on the lovely playgrounds spread throughout the facility. It isn’t going to take long for that to become a serious issue if none of them have soap in the family restroom. When asked about the issue, a customer service rep seemed very unconcerned and stated that it’s a supply chain issue.Even worse, there were feces on the outdoor stairs near the theater for at least a week. Yet another health hazard. It’s an enjoyable place, but it’s just not at the level I once knew.
Recently visited this mall for the first time and I have no complaints. A lot of locals consider this to not be a good mall but i was surprised. It was clean and had a lot of different stores there. I will say the stores were on the small side compared to other locations but it’s not a very busy mall at all so it makes sense. If you are looking for a more relaxed mall and no high end stores this is it. They have all the basics and sometimes that’s all you need.
Great shopping center!!!! and nice restaurants...Love Johnny Rockets!!!
I’m sad to say there has been a steady decline in this property this year. When it opened, this mall was wonderful! Over the years, I’ve truly enjoyed my time here.In the last month, there have been a couple of disturbing developments. Paper towel shortages are inconvenient, but truthfully it’s a luxury we can live without. Soap is another story. Think of all the small children touching everything after using the restroom. Same with the food vendors. Add to that the fact that we’re in the midst of a pandemic and it adds an extra layer of concern. When I reached out to customer service, they seemed pretty nonchalant.Since last week there have been feces on the stairwell in front of the movie theater. This is another health concern, on top of being disgusting. Does Westfield care about cleanliness?
Went to JCP hair salon. Queenie(my stylistdid my hair. She did an EXCELLENT JOB! Listened to my wants & showed concern for my hair type. Very professional. Rarely have I left other salons happy & content as I did here! Lots of compliments! My new forever salon! Cost was very affordable(20% first customer too)! Queenie is the BEST!
Love this mall. It is designed with a Main Street design with each merchant having a distinctive roofline. Pristine clean. Not a piece of paper, etc. On the highly polished mall floors. There is a very nice cinema with 29 screens, Dillards and lots of smaller stores too.z. Along with several places to sit and take a break, there is actually a shopper lounge where you can charge your phone and relax in a comfortable chair if you want or if you are waiting for someone to finish shopping. Nice four court too. Love this place. And it is nice and cool.
I remember this place being built when I was very young, replacing an old mall that used be where the Buccaneers training camp is now. I sincerely hope that it continues to stick around for a long time in spite of the decline of brick and mortar. After all this time its still a great, clean, enjoyable place to go shopping. The premises are well maintained, and the inside is kept clean and presentable. Great variety of stores ranging from clothing, entertainment, shoes, jewelry, Knick knacks, food, and more. The Regal Cinema is a good experience, and the restaurant food is usually delicious. Sometimes wed come here just to get out of the house and look around, its got a good atmosphere that feels calm and welcoming. On top of that a lot of the stores have reasonable pricing compared to other malls Ive been to, without sacrificing much quality. Ive done a lot of shopping for clothes and shoes here, as well gotten some appliances and electronics.Great place. Spacious, clean, welcoming, variety of vendors, and good quality.
Nice mall. Single story. 4 anchor stores. Huge food court. Carousel for the kids. Good movie complex.
Great mall with a bunch of stores and entertainment.. very clean and safe. And with the addition of the new arcade/bowling alley and go cart track coming soon, it will be even better!Great food court as well, with bubble tea and nestle ice cream!Definitely a great mall to come and explore
Overall very nice and good looking area. Great plants and overall vibe. Almost everyone you meet is nice and welcoming, beyond some of the impatient customers that almost all malls have. There are some shutdown stores that lower the rating.
Let’s get into this beautiful mall! The well thought out architecture provides plenty of natural lighting giving an out door feel yet the cool comfort of being indoor. The environment is clean and well kept with beautiful exotic potted plants and small trees that adds an exquisite beauty.I love that this mall accommodates it visitors with great amenities. There is a family room with comfortable seating, tv, changing tables, bathroom, private nursing area and even a microwave provided for families. There is also plenty of seating areas, a guest lounge for relaxing/phone charging, and a playroom too!Great selection of high end stores, It’s expensive here so do know that you’re gonna spend a pretty penny…ouch!***Female security guard was rude along with the lady at the carousel*** of which I had to mention and reduce my experience to 4 stars.
A very spacious and well kept shopping center with high end stores and dinning options.
The feature I love more than anything is the quality of service here. Thank you Finish Line for my sons NIKE sneaks! He was happy 😊 and Mama too!!
Clean, nice mall to visit. Like how it looks like youre walking down a high class part of town, like shopping district in a European city. Plus, multiple play areas for the kids.
Overpriced but what can I say its a mall. One of the better malls for sure. Great for walking around and taking pictures love the scenery.
This is one of the nicer Malls in Tampa and they do a great job keeping retail spaces filled during these difficult and trying times. There is a huge variety of locations in this clean and well kept Town Center. There is a cinema, food court and a few restaurants. There are activities and play areas for kids as well as all the seasonal characters for photo opps. Mornings are for Mall walkers who get early access for exercise purposes. There are also usually exhibits of art, play areas and/or non-profit spaces in store fronts that are empty. There are tons of pop up retailers along the mall promenade. Sears closed their doors and that space remains unused.
LOVE IT!!! Clean, big, amazing stores with lovely staff. It was our first time visiting and my son has a blast time.Beautiful areas to take pictures. Areas sll over the place for our little to have some fun and play with others kids. The statues are so pretty. Stores for the youngest to the oldest. All clean and very well organized and stock.Really enjoy visiting this great mall. Will love to come back soon.
This is a great mall without a doubt. It’s located in a decent area of town and offers a ton of tasty food places as well as great stores. They have Bath and Body Works, a Macys With the Backstage, Forever 21, As well as a BJs, Chick Fil A, Planet Grilled Cheese and a Red Robbins. If you need to get shopping done it’s a great place to do some shopping and grab a bite.
We had an impossible burger, a banzai burger and zucchini fries. All was delicious. We had come from seeing a movie so the mall entrance was already closed and we had to exit the mall and enter from their main entrance
Pretty clean mall, a good amount of stores but think of it as just your local mall nothing big fancy. Although the Dillard’s attached is great. A great place for the kids, very very family friendly. The public restrooms are clean.. they have good amount of food options as well.
Nice big shopping mall. The mall has lots of shops with variety of brands. There is plenty of parking. Public restrooms available. There is also a food court with few food options. There is children play area for kids. Clean and very well maintained.
Took my service dog in-training today so he could experience the hustle and bustle. We had a good training session. The mall was clean and not crowded.
Nice mall with various clothing, accessory, shoes and novelty shoppes and kiosks, as well as a great food court choices and restaurants. A nice carousel and play areas for the kids. Right now, masks required for shopping.
Great mall for walking. Not many stores open right now. We enjoyed all the statues inside. A different small mall. Big food court. Some food places open.
Took my son Trick or Treating here. So much fun! Its safe, well lit, air conditioned, and there is a food court and playground for your littles, when Trick or Treating tires them out. Did I mention a ton of stores participated? So many kind people.
This mall has become our go to. It has every place we like to shop at and more. We have discovered many new places here such as Pop Cult which is packed with anime items. Bathrooms are also very clean which is extremely important to me. I will continue to come to this wonderful place for the foreseeable future!
With a large selection of shops and a nicely updated look, this mall is one of the nicest. We always enjoy walking around this mall. Lots for kids to see and do since it has a couple playground and 3 or so kid areas as well. Lots of fun and unique shops as well as many large department stores and many of the standard mall chain stores. Great food court, carousel, and movie theater on property. The company that manages the mall is always doing something fun and interesting do there is always something to see.
Very helpful staff. Rob did a great job explaining how the beds work and the differences between all of them. No pushy sales tactics, the beds sell themselves. The store is very clean and I love the build your own pillow area.
Gorgeous shopping mall!! Very clean and beautiful decorations throughout the mall. They have very nice stores. A wide variety of different types of stores that sell different things. From Godiva Chocolates to comic books, this mall has it all! Its in a very nice location and has lots of seating and places to rest inside! Very comfortable atmosphere.
