Good pizza but in need of a good clean....

lunch buffet is great.

Just in and out to grab pizza for supper. The pizza was good but service was slow.

Made right and in good time.

They put parm on our Canadian … was horrible. Dough was still delicious tho!!!

Worst pizza hut place in medicine hat. Do not order from them. Very rude staff and dont even try to do delivery, because you will be waiting till the second coming of Christ.

Great Pizza, the only thing that stood out during my experience at this location; was the language barrier, a little hard to understand at the time, however, the masks didnt help either. The reason for posting 3 stars.

Ordered two pizzas, confirmed THREE times there was no vegetables on it. When I got it not only was there mushrooms on it but it was totally undercooked like raw dough in the middle, so gross. And a pool of grease underneath it. Got a refund and never going back.

This location must have under new management because we have never had a problem with this Pizza Hut location until recently. It is not Pizza Hut pizza at all! The crust is terribly different, and the pizza itself is grossly different. We couldn’t even finish it. If anyone does order Pizza Hut, order from the Maple Avenue location.

Ordered the triple threat box with an extra cookie got charged for it and never got it so I called there and hes like oh ya you did order it, never apologized and than asked if I could pick it up! I said no thats why I paid the delivery charge and hes like OK well Ill deliver it and surprise they never did! Wont order from here again no sense of customer satisfaction! Also the cheese lovers pizza had barley any cheese at all and the the other one barley any Alfredo sauce, waste of $50😡😤

The Sause were terrible on base. it Was very oily base and after eating felt like vomit.

Worst pizza I have ever ordered from anywhere. The box was so light when I received it I thought it was empty, crust was less than paper thin, so much so that the pieces had curled up like curly fries and were squished against side of box, was so dry! The sauce was non existent, I could go on and on. The only reason I ate it was I was so hungry I couldn’t wait another hour to send it back! If there was less than one star I would give it. The pics are on opening box. So disappointed.

My experience was that the front desk person got rude while I was ordering, and he used the f word, so I am definitely not going back.

Very tasty pizza and staff is the best.

Pizza Hut on Trans Canada highway was a great pizza joint both as a restaurant and delivery.Prob higher quality than the other one, but thats for other reasons.

Driver friendly, very nice staff.Prrsonally, only worth it if using a coupon...

I travel lots and I like to get the PZone because Im obsessed with it like Ben Wyatt in Parks and Rec.This Pizza Hut is by far the worst. Id get more bang for my buck buying a stack of pizza pockets from the grocery store and throwing half the box out. This thing was tiny, a good 2 inches of dough crust and maybe an inch of filling. What a joke.Gave it 2 stars because at least it was cooked fresh and hot and the flavour was as expected. But its offensive how small it is, and those are words Id only ever want to hear from my wife, never from my beloved Pizza Hut.

Great service, store is always clean and pizza always has lots of toppings! The staff is always friendly and so helpful highly recommend

The Trans Canada Highway location is terrible! They screwed up my order and then when I phoned to speak to the manager, someone who claimed to be the manager told me it was my fault. It was not my fault. It was YOUR FAULT!

Best deals for pizza and the crust was so good and crispy. Keep up the good work.

Not sure how one makes pizza taste bad, but this location pulled it off. Virtually no toppings, stuffed crust was SEE THROUGH, and the cheese smelled like a dirty sock. First time in my life Ive thrown a full pizza in the garbage after taking a few bites.

The lady that served me was super nice. I give her a double thumbs up. Amazing service, great food, fast service. Pizza was great as always from pizza hut. Classic taste. Enjoy.

I ordered Ceasar salad with salt and pepper chicken wings.Salad was rotten.. very oldChicken wings literally had bottle of salt and pepper sprinkled over them and not seasoned at all. Wasted my $21😞. I was actually really hungry after work and wanted decent dinner.

They told me 15 minutes. It was more than 45 kept telling me 5 more minutes and pizzas were overcooked. Pepperoni was dark brown.

This review is for the Pizza Hut Trans-Canada Way SE location.I just to share my experience ordering over the phone, just now. I am ordering over the phone for pick up, but the girl who took my order is in a hurry. While talking to me she is talking to someone else saying “can you check that table?”. I mean, at least be polite and entertain your customers over the phone nicely.*just my experience.

The staff here are almost always excellent. The pizza buffet is awesome. Also, I recently had an issue with the other location in town, involving an online order. This location is so awesome that they allowed me redeem the "apology" offer I was given by the other location with them.

The all u can eat pizza is great... the staff and management are something needing work . Unfriendly staff and a manager who wears track pants ... wow ...

This pizza hut it very tasty! The staff is very nice and understanding. I dont enjoy the buffet too much but i dont usually use the buffet so its fine :)

Ordered a Large “Meat Lovers Pizza” with simple instructions! Light on the tomato sauce, and stuffed crust. The pizza came to a total of $33.06 the pizza was warm but when we sat down to ate (8 mins after picking up pizzathe stuffed crust was see through, and absolutely no tomato sauce, meat was sour, and pizza itself was dripping in grease. Been going to this location for years, but will not go back! Another customer lost

Went last night, there were a few couples there, all waiting for food. the tables around us had not been cleaned, most were covered with food debris.We walked in shortly before 7pm, it was obvious that the waitress was out of her depth, she was delivering food to the odd table now and again but never did she manage to complete an order in a timely manner. We had ordered at 7pm [ two 9 inch pizzas] we decided at 7;30 that we were not going to waste our time any longer and left. This was not the fault of the waitress, she was obviously working hard, but I do believe that the kitchen staff should give their heads a shake, what do they do when it gets busy? will not be back any time soon.

Horrid. Been now twice. First time the waitress tried to overcharge us and not even a sorry for the mistake. Second time I ordered my pizza without mushrooms. Check it and of course thheres mushrooms. Not worth the money this place

Things have gone down hill. Smorg used to be pretty good but now its pizza and pretty poor salads. Not that pizza Hut was ever great I see it getting worse as less people come and feel its spiraling down fast. The worker and management seems very pleasant.

Have ordered from this particular restaurant location 3 separate times over the course of a year, and all three times the food has arrived burnt and tasting very very odd. We tried the whole three times hoping it was just a one-off experience, but it was every time. One of the three made both my husband and I sick. At least delivery times werent terrible.Would not reccomend.

Had the lunch smorg which was good. Waitress asked if I wanted something to drink. 20 minutes later, got my coffee but they had no cream. Sent it back. Ordered a Pepsi got it 10 minutes later.

No $5.00 pizza... bunch of liars. But the food we ordered was most excellent

Stopped in to get a couple pizzas for carry out, after 15 minutes they said it would be 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes...45 minutes later when I told them to give me my money back and I’ll go somewhere else they brought the pizzas out, the place was dirty and disgusting and the pizzas looked like they were just slapped together and looked and tasted like no other Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had, it was terrible. This place has gone down hill and we won’t be back.

Went there tonight for supper at 5:30ish. Waitress took our order and then we watched other patrons receive their meals before uszwhen they had ordered after us. Asked a waitress what was taking so long. She saud computer glitch cant find our order. Will put order in right away. " No apolgy".we decieded to leave with out waiting another 1/2 hr. Stopped and asked if they were going to charge us for my pop. My boyfriend saud we will never be back. Waitress behind the counter replys with "WHATEVER!!!".I have never felt so disrespected in my life. They couldnt care less that we sat and waited 45mins for a meal that was never ordered in system.Great job Pizza Hut!!

Said my order be ready at 5:30 got it at 6:30. Ordered on line. One staff member out front trying to waitress and take carry out pizza orders

Zero rating. Got seated at a table . Sat at table for 20 minutes no menu no drink not offered anything. It was busy but others that came in after us were served. We walked out. Not impressed

I really enjoy the buffet they do on Sundays. Never had a problem with food.

The food was hot ready to eat at the store. Service was excellent. The bathrooms were cleaned. This is very important to me. Ill be back.

Inside looks like they need to hire a cleaner and do some updating.Husband said bathroom floors were sticky with piss. pizza was good.

The pizza we had tonight 👎 paid $27 for a extreamly thin crust pizza. (did not order thin crustflat pop. The only thing good we got were the boneless wings. Bill was $52. Not impressed.

Horrible service, we placed and order online and forgot to add pop so we quickly called back and asked to add a couple things and they lady said it has already left the store even thought it was only places 10 min before and hung up on us and we waited another half an hour before we got our order, not happy will not order from this location again!!!!

Food was good but service was awful. Waited over an hour for half of my order and after an hour and a half still didnt get the rest of it. Please get some real cooks
