We 3 families have stayed in the hotel during UAE National day holidays and it was simply awesome, hotel staff and management were very helpful and kind. We have seen the Hotel manager reaching out to each one of the guests , lot of activities were arranged for the kids, they really enjoyed a lot. Swimming competitions and pool games conducted daily basis with attractive gifts. For the winners. I was one among them to receive a lovely gift from Mr Santosh who is a real entertainer. Recommended for group booking and family events.

Was nice stay, and the staff are very friendly especially Ms. Rashini & Ms. Shepfrina, also prices are not expensive and also they monthly rentals with a lower prices.

If you are looking for a long drive, and a stay, overnight, this place is perfect, surrounded by surprisingly amazing green area, in a small township, nice people and good hotel. And an Aqua Park for kids ( free entry near to the hotel

It’s a good hotel out of the city with comfortable, spacious rooms and a lot of activities: swimming pool, basketball, gym, public viewing for the World Cup. Dinner was good, breakfast was okay (Coffee, Orange Juice and Pancakes not good though). The service from the reception/ house keeping and the restaurant was amazing. Special thanks to the very kind receptionist Rashini.

It was a nice stay... The staffs were super supportive... And helping... Definitely recommend it ... Wants to explore the place more. May be in another trip

From the star of my stay, the people there were very kind, and help us. We stayed there as a a big group and in some days we arrived really late after a long trip to Qatar (World cup inauguration), and the hotel kindly save breakfast for all of us. The food is delicious Even though it says is a 3-star hotel, the experience there was further superior. Definitely would recommend!

It was a wonderful experience.nice n calm place for getaway from citys hustle life.nice clean rooms but the only issue was limited view. We got a free upgrade though due to same reason. Reception staff mr.zameer was welcoming and cooperative.at check out ms.rashini was nice n assisting. Kids small play area is an added advantage . Wd suggest to add a game room and some more attraction (soft playa reafor kids.Over all Highly recommended

I Would like to Appreciate Regarding Services of western Ghayathi Hotel in Ghayathi .I am staying here Nearly 2 years .Their is nice Services in this hotel ,Starting from Reception staff always a Smile on face and Greetings .Room Services is good Specially on this Ramadan Days ,They serve Good Foods (Pics shared below ).For Room Services Specially Thanks Manager Miss Jamie her team all other staff as well they did good Job .Housekeeping department also had a great role .Thank you All ,keep it up .

It was a good experience staying at Western hotel. I stayed here every other month and good for 2 days for business meeting purposes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative especially Ms.SHEPFRINA,she went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. She’s extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. So this was a big plus. The housekeeping staff was exceptional as well. Every staff member I encountered, were delightful and eager to help.

The rooms are old and the building is big. So, you need to walk a long distance to get your room. I gave it 5 star for its amazing atmosphere outside the building and its location which made my travel easy to rest.

This is our second visit to Western Hotels Gayathi after 2 years. I can surely say that the environment remains same. Very calm, beautiful and relaxing. The hotel service and room cleanliness is very good. This time we found a lot more activities for children. Toddlers can enjoy the meadows. The pool is big enough and a separate pool for children. Nice experience

We passed by on our trip and stopped for brunch. The ambiance of the hotel is great, and there were also Christmas decorations. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the whole place is peaceful and calm. Anjella, our waitress, was so lovely and funny. The food and drinks were good (my coffee exceptional). The only thing we minded was that the restaurant wasn’t full and it still took us time to be served so instead of a quick meal, we stayed for around two hrs. However, we enjoyed.
