Sprawling retail center with international chain stores, diverse food options & a movie theater.
The biggest shopping mall downtown. There are tons of international shops, you can buy clothes, electronics, food and much more. Food space is a bit crowded and if you’re first time in the mall it’s hard to find WC)
Huge shopping mall but for some reason it looks old somehow not appealing. Dull and not welcoming. Probably there is an issue with the order or shops and lights. It looks like it was not planned and just grew with years... Though I must say we did have good shopping experience and found some good presents for the Christmas. Something wrong with the atmosphere, but not with the variety of departments and shops. Even with several cafes and food court we just went out to grab a coffee and sandwiches instead of going down one floor... I would recommend visiting if you are looking to buy something as the result and not just to enjoy the process.
Big mall, covering 3 floors of retail store, souvenir shops, foodcourt, and nice shops. If youre a tourist and wanted to shop, this can be a good place to spend a half day. There is a cinema at the top floor too.
Starbucks at breakfast. Not my favourite place but somewhere open selling non alcoholic drinks at 8am when your car is having a service 😀
Its quite big shopping center with many different stores and brands. Food is inexpensive and really good. You can drop off your luggage for 1€/h.Nearby (in front of the Nyugati train stationtheres a kiosk where you can buy Chimney cake for 1€/320Ft (but its cash only), the waiting line is usually long but its worth it 🙌🏻
We found everything we needed here. Not too crowded during weekdays.
Could easily get lost in here haha! Give yourself plenty of time unless you know what youre going in for. Something to suit everyone. Any staff we interacted with throughout were friendly. Eating hall so plenty to choose from.
What can I say. Shopping at it best. Top floor is more exclusive brands and more bargain in lower stores. Safe and clean.
Has great shops, good to wander around if youre a tourist and there are also food shops within
Large center, also food corner is good, tasty fast food. But some of them closes a bit a early, at 9 oclock.
Discover the new wave of shopping in more than 400 shops, 200 fashion stores introducing renown brands, more than 70 shoes, bags and leather stores, 50 watch and jewelry shops, gift shops and a large offer of 50 restaurants and cafés are waiting for you all year.
Best shopping mall in Budapest to me! Try ladies cofee at first floor just near the Lego toy shop! And your kids will love amazing Lego shop just there, I have used to buy small caracters for my kids every day. They just adore this awesome shop!!! Many other useful shops. Also have good bags shops and amazing toys (dragon figures, super heroes etc.shops. Give a visit, you wont regret!
Hungary - Budapest: Shopping centre is similar to Westfield from the UK. Have all the high street shops. Generally items are more expensive than what you would pay in the UK. Not a pleasure able place to be people just stare at you because of your skin colour, my partner wears a headscarf, so it was worse for her. Everywhere we went we felt someone was staring and making comments in Hungarian. Service is appalling, you ask them if they speak English, they respond saying “sorry no English” walk away laughing. Not willing to help or care
Huge. Great location. A loooot of brands and shops. Awesome for shopping, all you need in one place
nicely managed shopping mall with variety of fashion brands and F&B offering, and a quiet roof garden, good place for hanging out if you want to avoid sunlight in the afternoon!
Fantastic shopping centre!! Huge selection of shops!! You would spend hours in here and so many different eatery options too! Something for everyone!!
It was interesting to visit a shopping complex just to compare with back home in the UK. Good if shopping is your thing. Finding the right pedestrian tunnel to it in rush hour was fun!
I think one of the biggest shopping center in Hungary you get all kinds of things and service. Most of people visit this shopping center for buying clothes and shoes and one more thing very good restaurant is there like start bug 🙂
In my visit it was under several floor tiles repairs makes feels dirty and uncomfortable... temperature was too hot...wide selección of local food in the food court, avoid classic fast food suchlike McDonalds or BK, give an opportunity to locals!
I like this mall because of its location, it is close to Oktogon and Andrassy Boulevard which is very convenient area for all sort of activities. You can find major brand stores inside, there is market and food court on the lowest floor with good choice of meals. Coffee shops, major banks, all available as well as the MediaMarkt if you need IT equipment. It was nice while Hilton Westend hotel was working, making this shopping mall a perfect match. Some parts need renovation tough.
Its a shopping centre.... with shops....I dont know what else to say really except if you are hungry, the food area is cheap and absolutely brilliant. We loved our food there.
Amazing, you have definitely go there, one of the best Mall here in Budapest.
All toilets closed for cleaning at same Time (6-7pm). Quite logical ! (Ironic)Very easy for customers ....
Very big shopping center on 4 floors, you find everything you need. Many shops, restaurants and a cinema. I always go there when I am in Budapest.
One of the good malls in Budapest as it has all the famous brands like Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka, H&M, C&A etc
This is quite a large mall. You’ll most likely get lots of stuff here. Open space to hangout and chill out!
Great mal , but too crowded for me
One of the biggest shopping mall in Budapest. very well assessed by Train TRAM and Bus. As usual many best branded shops are available here. Ground plus two floors with a cinema hall at the top with a well maintained garden to relax. Many tastey food courts are also available here.
Buying International SIM card in Budapest. Since they are not sold at the airport, we had to go to the town center.West End is a large mall with a great number of shops that sells everything from clothing to electronics. There are a few different operator for cel phones. They are all busy. Vodafone is known brand to me, so we went there first. They were not busy. But they had employees who all looked that they have do not disturb` written on their face! There were 6 people each sitting in front of a screen. They take turn and only 1 person working at a time. As soon as the one finished, she goes to her own cel phone, not bother even to look up or at the work computer!I have not seen that type of service except in the old days of communist countries! We finally got 2 cards from Yettel. Though not fast, they had 2 staff who continuously to serve customers who got a number towait in line. A SIM card good for all EU countries was under $20 with 10 G data is valid for 1 month. Very reasonable and it was plug and use.Unfortunately, once outside of Hungary, we could not figure out how to make calls. But data continues to work with no problem. The clothing stores and the electronic stores all have nice selections. I found everything I needed here. This mall is worth visiting.
Very good shopping mall, has everything you need! For travellers who are looking for a new suitcase, they have multiple stores selling them at the bottom floor.
Big and beautiful shopping mall in the heart of Budapest. There are a supermarket and several stores. I needed to reach an optician and a mobile phone repair service and they were both helpful. There are also several fast food restaurants inside.
Its a mall. It has free toilets, which isnt always the case in this part of the world. Selection of shops overall is about as good as it gets in Budapest, though there is no Flying Tiger for example (walk up to Oktagon!). Food court is huge, they have a 4DX cinema, so overall its not bad but I wouldnt consider it a tourist destination.
Very big shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, money change, cinema and so on.Its clean inside and close to the bus station.Public toilets and parking lot are available.
I am not a fan of Westend. There are to many small, extreme small shops, and not enough large places.Restaurants are mostly all on the same place, but tables are in my opinion not enough.Because the place is very central, it is always full. The roof is nice and green, and has some opportunities for children.
As a shopping mall its very good everything is there one can find everything and practically all products one would need. Cinema, restaurant are there Leroy is my favourite so all in one come and see 👀
Lots of great stores. Very crowded place where I often get disoriented but sometimes I just decide to come here when I want to go to rare shops such as Desigual. Its also a very convenient meeting place. Last time the waterfall didnt work, the landmark which is partly why its worth the experience.
Please do not buy from this shop. All their prices are triple than other lingerie shops around. I realised it after I bought it and went to tell the lady of the shop, what they are doing is not right. Anyways, let karma do it’s job for such business who is not ashamed to rip people off.
Everything is here. Nearby Nyugati station. You have to visit here.
I rate it excellent. Its like everyday I keep seeing bigger and bigger malls. This is one of the biggest so far I have seen. It has its own world.
The largest shopping mall in this part of Europe, loads of shops, quality brands, good service.
Big shopping center with a great variety of stores. Huge food court which has many options to choose from. Great location, it is just next to Nyugati train station. On the rooftop there is a nice outdoor space where you can sit down and just enjoy the weather.
Nice shopping center in Budapest, close to Nyugati train station. Lots of stores, huge food-court.
I love this place, paradise for women, me and my friend we have lost there for 4 hours, I cant express with words my feelings, I have put on a thousands of clothes items and got tons of satisfaction.
The shops are very good overall but the mall staff are seriously lacking in proper manners and basic etiquette. Quite a few of the cleaning staff speak no Hungarian or even English. I recommend shopping in the mall but try to avoid interacting with the mall staff.
Pretty good mall with lots of stores both high end and affordable. Lots of places to eat in the food courts as well as coffee and dessert places. Easily accessible with Metro 3 and street cars/buses. Worth the time to discover if youre in the area. Also has a Spar for groceries. Definitely worth it to visit if youre in the area.
Amazing city center shopping mall. Lots of shops. Something for everyone. Great selection of places to dine in the food court.
Very big mall and everything you can think of is here! Very clean and nice! Food court have all kinds of local and international food if you consider KFC and Mc Donald as international food! But the things here are not cheap !
All in one City centre mall! Find the best brands and nice public rest place with many choices to eat some food 😊
Some of the local suggest me visit this shopping mall for shoping...mid range shoping mall with moderate price... nothing special I must say...time waste...better the main city centre shops...for value of money and updated items
Very nice wonderful city center I liked so much .....lovely
