West Coyote Hills Tree Park in Buena Park

Many hiking trails near by. Great quite peaceful park to watch sunset

Not much of a park but weve used it for photo backdrops and they come out great

Great place to mountain bike. Endless trails if youre willing to explore and great place to bring family. Be careful for steep drops if youre unfamiliar and it gets busy on weekends so be aware of hikers on the trail. I highly recommend getting out here theres something for everyone and every skill level.

The photos of the view looked gorgeous so I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, the trail was very hilly and unpaved so I couldn’t get far with my toddler in a stroller. I wouldn’t recommend this trail even for hiking if you have young children tagging along; there were many bikes passing by and they were going pretty fast. I couldn’t find a designated parking as well.

Beautiful & very calming

If you like plants and cacti, check out this place. Its very calming and peaceful here. No loud noises and I was able to mediate here without any problems. Just make sure you bring water because it was over 100 degrees and I nearly fainted looking for a water fountain.

This is apart of the Fullerton loop, there is some nice spots to ride the mountain bike within the trees.

A really cool geocache brought me to this park. After I got the smiley I took a walk around.This looks like it would have been a real cool park to grow up near. Many adventures are to be had here. Steep hills, secluded clearings among trees whose branches lean to the floor offering plenty of privacy to those on the other side.It would be fun to play here years ago. But now, I kinda walked around a little bit then left.

Good for bikingWe took our 2 small dogs for a walk, but we quickly realized this place is more for biking than hiking. There is a very steep dusty hill...which I’m sure it’s a lot of fun on a bike .... but it didn’t work for us, the place was very very lonely too

Great spot to watch a bitchin sunset or sunrise. Very scenic with biking trails. Be careful though the bikers get all kinds of cray cray if you get in their way.

Great trail and park. I throw the Frisbee around with friends and a good trail to hike.
