They gave me the wrong order at first, then they only gave me my nuggets only so I had to ask for the fries, then they forgot my ranch that they asked me if I wanted while ordering, then they forgot to give me my straw and napkins, then my nuggets were cold, then they looked like they were tired of me asking for my items. 👎🏻

Absolutely incredible experience for me. Not busy but the service was amazing and food came out faster than I could put my wallet up. I got the new hot honey chicken sandwich and its good. My experience was great and I hope everyone else experiences what happen to me. 👍💪

We asked for a number 12 they give us what they want us to eat. We end up with a number 5. When brought to attention they made a face. All they doing the whole time is arguing. Very sad environment wont be back.

This Wendy’s is a horrible Wendy’s the cashiers had bad customer service I specifically asked them for separate bags for my combos and they just stuffed all of our food in one bag, also the burger I ordered was the bourbon bacon and the bacon was microwaved to a crisp, when I first tried to order inside the Wendy’s the door to the lobby was unlocked so I walk in and all the workers are yelling at me “get out the lobby is closed” and this is the only Wendy’s that I’ve been to in the past 5 years that doesn’t take apple pay

WORST customer service I have ever experienced.I usually dont call to get credit on my missing food. But, ever since prices went up on fast food i feel like I should get what I paid for. I called the store because they forgot to add the chicken nuggets and what a coincidence that the "manager" answered. I was letting him know what happened and asked for the money to be put back on my card. He said he couldnt do that and i could go pick up the nuggets. I said i would not be able to pick up them so I wanted store credit. Then he said that thats what he told me. That i could either pick them up or get the credit, even though he had only mentioned picking them up. Regardless, i went ahead and gave him my name and went on to ask if he needed my last name. While i was still talking he said "good day" and hung up on me.I call back and no one picks up. I call again and this time someone else picked up. I asked for a manager and what a coincidence... This person was also a "manager". I let him know that the previous manager hung up on me without letting me finish talking to him. I also explained to him that i understand that they are very busy but there was no need for hanging up while i was still talking. Especially because there would have been no need for me to call them if they had not messed up my order. So now this "manager" tells me that he can do without my attitude. So, even though i was NOT giving him attitude i sure did start to after he said that. How can they be managers talking to customers like that?? You better believe I will calling customer service and reporting this store to them. It is ridiculous that I am the one that was wronged and, yet, im being treated like im bothering them. Very uncalled for behavior from someone that is supposed to be a manager.

We ordered a double met burger and a baconator. Both burgers were small like kids meal burgers. Neither has double meats and one had a strip of bacon. Such a letdown!!!

Its 2021, so the long lines, along with underpaid and overworked workers are everywhere. Yes the line was long, but the food was freshy made, hot and the staff were friendly (Im friendly too, maybe that made a difference, some reviews here are mean). I enjoyed my fries and spicy chicken sandwich. Love that the veggies are mostly free, I add more tomato and spring mix. I recommend the Wendys app.Big props to the workers, I hope yall get a raise.

Not a good experience. The customer in front of me took forever to give her order ...the I waited patiently for them to prepare her order over 12 minutes. I left because my lunch break was over 😩. Not happy!!!!

Chanel SCREAMED at us for not understanding what comes with the 4 for 4!!! She repeated her statement over and over getting louder and louder each time until she was literally screaming through the drive through mic!Horrible manners, unbelievably rude!Then she specifically asked what kind of dipping sauce we would like, and then "forgot" to put all 4 sauces in the bag.

If youre not going to serve fresh food at night, Dont serve food at night at all.... Lettuce should not be heated.... Tomatoes should not be heated..... My Burger should not have been REHEATED!!!! like who does that???? But I bet when yall ready to take yall break, you fixing your food freah off the grill...... Just went through drive thru on 11/18 12ish. Drive thru ppl made me repeat myself 5 times so i said it louder, so they yell at me. Will never go to any wendys and i will make sure everyone around me never go to wendys again. Bty its the wendys on mlk.

Extremely rude. Didnt give me all my change at first. I asked for the rest. She gave me 2 of the 3 coins she owed me. I had to ask AGAIN. Barked that my straw was in my bag. It was NOT in the bag. Both our orders were wrong. Wont be stopping here again. Ever. No toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. I probably would have overlooked everything else if the staff hadnt been extremely rude. 🤷‍♀️

Yesterday October the 4th, I came through the drive thru to order my mom and I lunch. We ordered a baconator meal with a frosty and a Asiago grilled chicken club, we paid for our meal and was told to pull in a parking space and they would bring us our food. We never got our food. One of the employees came out to ask us what we ordered because they forgot 20 minutes later. All the other cars coming through the drive through were getting served after us just fine. We waited patiently another 10-15 minutes or so then it really occurred to my mom and I that we really weren’t getting served. I pulled back into the drive through and just got my money back. I will also never come through to this location for food again. You’ve lost my business and I could really care less if I eat at Wendy’s again.

Disappointed in my visit today. Order 1/2 Apple/Pecan Salad, was given a Full; ordered a chocolate cookie - did not receive it; did not receive a receipt. Total $12.39 Got only one thing right - the Single with Cheese. I need a refund on my next order.

The Frosty is the most under appreciated dessert in America. It is an American masterpiece in all of its simple, cold, soft served glory. I love me some Frosty! And chocolate is the only flavor in my humble opinion.

Service was horrible, my wife who just came out of surgery a couple days ago almost slipped on a wet floor. They were out of sweet tea and plastic knives. Bathroom had no hand soap. Just all around terrible.

Slow and aggravating service,or should I say lack of service. Always understaffed for some reason. Your order has about a 40% chance of being right. Avoid this location if you have anything else to do that day, because you’ll be late. My family and I just walked out in fact and this wasn’t the first time. I will not be back to this location.

Could have used a little more speed at the register during the lunch rush. My advice to Wendys and all fast food establishments: place the register mid-level and trainees during the slow times, and place the experts on the register during lunch time. But I do have to give them credit, they did a great job on the hamburgers.

Shout out to Wendys bcuz I was a foster kids til age 18 and I used to love getting theyre food bcuz of the frostys but its also way higher in price then others but lm now realizing its bcuz this company sends us foster kids to college for free ! This place has several issues that need to be addressed. They have a serious problem with flies in the dining area. There were probably at least a hundred flies inside the dining area alone. I doubt if conditions are any different in the food preparation areas. When made aware of the situation, several employees-including a shift manager, stated "that it wasnt their problem, that there was nothing that they could do about it, that it was not part of their job to kill flies in the dining area, and, finally, that they would let the General Manager "know about it" the next day!! We cancelled the order that we were in the process of placing & will not return to this place anytime soon, I promise you that much!! I would not recommend this place to even my worst of enemies!! Get it together, Wendys- or close the doors & quit calling yourself "a dining option" for families!!!

Started with an attitude from the moment they came in speaker, became worse as time went on. They where out of an item I ordered, so they directed me to go to other location which closed 30 minutes prior to me being directed for me to go there. So I returned. They messed up the order twice. And continued to have an attitude.Ill never understand why some are so rude to others being polite to them regardless of the circumstances.

Went inside and the restaurant was filthy! Including the bathrooms! The employees were rude and unprofessional.The soda fountain touch screen was disgusting!! And the other one didnt work. You can definitely tell NOONE cleans. Prolly wont return to this location.

Went today for the new chicken sandwich and was so disappointed! It had no bacon or Quacomole what so ever. Sure the guy was nice in the front, but whoever made the food didnt seem to give a care. Both sandwichs had none of what it was supposed to have, and the bacon on the loaded fries were just thrown on there! I mean the other Wendys by Sams club got it right off hand, but this one seemed not even care for serving it right.

Have loved getting late-night Burgers from Wendys on the way home. But yesterday I had a problem with two Wendys in town. On a cold day, that was forecast to be cold to Wendys this one (malland the one at Hollywood Road had a 30 minute wait for chili what? Did you not think you were going to sell chili today. Or did you think it was not going to be cold?
