Wendys your 3315 Cobb Pkwy NW location just turned away 6 cars at 10:38 PM bcs they dont feel like working tonight! The guy outside just told me, as I sat at trying to order at the window, that they are going home bcs its a slow night...SIX cars in line and they sent us ALL away! Please fire that crew and bring on ppl who want to work. All I wanted was some spicy nuggets and fries...😢
Young lady snatched my card out of my hand because she didn’t ring order correctly. Manager had nothing to say about the attitude of this young lady.
Closed due to short staff I just wanted a drink to take my medication Couldn’t do that ! Don shop here

Poor management!!!!! Door was open but management refused to serve customers in restaurant and said only mobile orders and drive through. Is it to difficult to post a sign.
Food is good. Reasonably priced. Average wait time in drive through is about 3-5 minutes.
Very disappointed with the service and wait at this location. They had customers waiting for 20 to 30 minutes plus and then the cashier was taking names and said T which I put my food name under, but someone else use T too. They called the name T So I came to see if it was me I was told it wasnt me but the gentleman name T . He reached in the bag and notice that it wasnt his order and now the cashier said oh its your and I say I dont what nothing that somebody else dig through and young man reassure me he didnt, so I took bag out frustration. cause its covid and other things out Here going around. Im pregnant also and very cautious ⚠️ about people and germs.On top of that my food was cold after long wait so this location is Hell No for me cause they just handed out anything to anybody and I told them I was concerned about someone going through bag instead of asking if I want it remade he just wanted me to except this unsatisfied service. I will never go back to this location. Too many kids work here so the delivery of great service is not important its just a job for them. Becareful I threw up everything 🤮

We stop at this location often. Getting our baconator fries. Overall good. Sometimes not enough cheese. But nothing to make us to stop coming back
I am guessing they were short of employees because the burgers my husband and I got were not warm. In fact, the bun felt cold. The fries were good as well as the frosty. A man sitting near us overheard me talking to my husband and he said his was cold too.
My 17 year old son applied for a job and received a text confirmation that his interview was scheduled for 11:00 am today. He arrived at 10:50 and let them know he was there. He sat for 30 minutes and went back to the counter to ask if the manager was coming out. The person at the counter went back again but still no manager. Finally, after 1 hour of waiting, I told my son he could leave. No one spoke with him, no one apologized and said somethng came up. We read that places cant hire. Hard enough to hire if you cant meet with those kids interested in working.
This place needs to figure out how to manage work for e and not for e people to wait in drive thru during "shift change" . I waited 10 mins, drive towindow to find out what issue is and told shift change. Give me break, work cant stop during shift change. I drove back around and then 3 cars in front of me. I left.
Out of napkins, multiple types of beverages and the soda machine in the dining area was broken "again" according to the employee behind the counter. He was apologetic on the situation. More embarrassed I believe because the manager obviously has no clue how to run the business.
I have to say this was by far the nicest Wendys Ive been into. The guy at the front counter was amazing great friendly customer service, he even brought our food to our table. Wish I could remember his name but definitely a great employee
Very polite courteous even though they were short staffed the manager from another store stayed to assist the new hires because it was their first day he deserves a raise
Im very disappointed on the experience I just witnessed with this food chain. I will not be ordering from Wendys going forward. I placed an order on the Wendys website for delivery and the door dash driver never delivered my food instead took it back to the store. As I was on the phone with the store the manager cursed while on the phone with me also she seen the driver drop my food off and drove off. I requested after I paid a tip and delivery fee that I could come and pick it up myself because I couldnt receive a refund. When getting to the store they tell me they threw my food away and they told me I would have to order again to receive my order. So now you want me to pay twice!!! 😡 If you threw the food away shouldnt you remake the food? I asked for the corporate number multiply times and they refused to give it to me. Why is it this hard to eat breakfast at Wendys. Please train you crew on customer service.
The food was fresh and flavorful. Nice and hot. The service was great. The one thing I like is a restaurant with clean restrooms. This one had clean bathrooms.

Worst Wendys Ive ever been to. I threw my food away. Wasted 12 bucks on cold food. Went through drive thru. No one in line except me. Asked to pull up so the drive through time would be less. The guy that brought my food didnt even walk to my car. Stood in walkway of restaurant and passed it over the bar. I actually had to open my door and almost get out of my car to get my food. It was cold, horrible, french fries tasted like bacon. Suppose to getmedium fries it was a small. Dont go here. Rude service, gross food. And customer service is horrible. Id be embarrassed if I own this store. The good reviews on here are probably employees.

We only came here because its Sunday and chic FIL A is closed. It appears other people in line did the same thing. This location is Sooooooo slow and the driveway workers have way too much attitude. Guy at the last window had a broken hand in a filthy cast and kept scratching his hands which is disgusting considering he was the one giving us our food. He literally moved life a snail and now I see what took so long. Get it together Wendys. Workers just standing should staring at each other, maybe if they got to work, the love could move faster smh

Friendly drive thru person trying to do too many jobs while heavy set person on front counter just stood there. No condiments for baked potato. No napkins. Food ok.
You will guaranteed wait in a line for a while and then there’s a good chance you get the wrong food. It’s 50/50. I just waited in line for 25 minuets for the lady at the window to say “here’s your large sweet tea” and hand me a sprite
Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! Ive really been very patient with food establishments as I know they are short staffed up until this experience today. I was spoken to in the worst manner ever by what sounded like a very young manager over the speaker in the drive thru. During that time he did manage to tell me that only had 3 people working. Well my suggestion then would be close the dining room and only have the drive thru operating. The young manager also needs some serious training on speaking to customers. Especially ones that never raised their voice or got upset, such as myself. I do plan on getting his name as well as his direct supervisors name. If only I had the option to give negative stars..... needless to say I left without placing an order and will not go back to this location.
You need to check your order before you leave the parking lot. Most of the time their food is good and fresh, but I strongly urge you to look at the food you purchased. Ive gotten lukewarm warm, stale bread hamburgers, cool/not hot fires as well as the hamburger and what you did or didnt want on your sandwich. apple pecan grilled chicken salad. ......when I got home and started putting it together; I found the lettuce was FROZEN !!! It was GROSS , the chicken was very dry and rubbery.

We hit Wendys drive through on our way out to the Scout Shop in Atlanta. Only to discover when we went to pay for our Newbie scouts uniform that they never gave me my debit card back. The food was adequate. I have had better from other locations. It was just a miserable experience not being able to pay for our things all the way out in Atlanta!! An they did nothing to rectify there mistake.
My order was right and everything tasted good. They were really nice when our truck didnt set off the speaker.
Unfortunately this is my kids go-to for ice cream (frostyhappy meals, but they have been slipping BAD lately. They have gotten our orders wrong everytime for the past 5-6 times weve gone. Had to leave the line one day after waiting for over half an hour. Today they didnt have one of my kids happy meals on the order, so the guy comped it (cool!), but then we had to wait 10 minutes for my ceaser salad that ended up being just lettuce and chicken, no dressing, croutons, etc, and he gave me a spoon.. ordered a chicken sandwich, they even asked which kind of chicken, ended up being a burger. Screwed up my kids meals. I could go on. I really hope they get a new manger to get that place together for my kids sake..
For the third time in three weeks there was something we ordered that they were out of. They also were out of drink carriers, making drive through very difficult. Apparently, management at this location needs some training.
Food was cold. It was very busy so these things happen. Bigger problem was one of the milks purchased had been opened and partially consumed (foil peeled back and missing about a third of the milk, then cap placed back on bottle). Made us a little concerned about what else was done to the food.
Big bacon classic for lunch was very good. Fries were only about 75% full but tasted good. I got a coffee straw for my drink which was a challenge. Drive thru took about 12 minutes but overall it was worth the stop.
Usually when we go here its great, but apparently 4 o clock is a bad time to get Wendys. The nuggets were old, our fries were unsalted. My boyfriends burger was smushed. I didnt even get a straw or spoon for my frosty. We were very disappointed because Usually this Wendys is our favorite.
I ordered a pretzel bacon pub burger. I recieved a bacon cheese burger. No problem . I get it . Mistakes happen. When I called . The manager told me that no one had ordered that type of burger today. I know what I ordered. She was very short w me and said she was very busy and had to hang up .listen, I was the manager at Arbys. I know you get slammed. New employees, short staffed etc...That being said . I also know that I didnt stop being a customer because I payed for my food and left. She could have said , Im sorry would it be possible for you to call back instead of trying to shut me down and cop an attitude because she was busy. Not all customers are right but they all deserve to be respected. You shouldnt be a manager and in customer service if you arent good at customer service.
Haven’t come to this place in a long time but I had a great experience! Food was well cooked at nice temperature.. didn’t have to wait much to have my order ready so I was happy with my meal! Will come again for sure!
Service is not consistent. Most of the time , the drive through moves slower than other nearby fast food restaurants.Yet I found myself back here last night because a lot of restaurants close earlier. So I sat in line at 10 p.m for 25 minutes, placed my order of 3 orders of nuggets and 3 fries. There was an adult manager on site working , in fact she handed me my order. My mistake was thinking that it was correct! You see in my mind an adult being present validates the order so theres no need for a second check. Wrong!! I get home and Im missing an order of fries!! For that reason I took away a star on my update!!To top it off, I always ask for a receipt and of course the "machine" wasnt working.
Went through drive thru. Fast, friendly service. Asked for hot fries, they were not hot or fresh, which is getting to be most of the time at this location. Guess I will have to start getting side salad or baked potato and see how that works. My elderly mother likes the frosties, so we go frequently.
They literally got every meal my family ordered through the drive thru wrong. 3 sandwiches had lettuce and tomatoes that shouldnt, the carbonation for their drinks was off and ruined them all, spricey fried chicken instead of a grilled chicken sandwich. What a disaster. The receipt had everything correct so why did we receive everything wrong?
I love Wendys good fresh hot food! A little bit if a wait time but I can wait for good food and my order is always right! Top it off with a chocolate frosty and there you have it!
I am 0 for 2 since this store reopened! The first time they even got the kids meals wrong! How do you screw up kids meals? Both times, my sandwich had mayonnaise. Should I sue considering I am allergic? Nah... but I will NOT be back.
This location does not have their employees wear masks (and wearing a mask under you chin is not wearing a maskespecially when preparing food. The drive through was so long that 8 cars drove away. My meal ended up being a chicken patty on a bun and nothing else - I guess they ran out and a half melted frosty. Never eating at a Wendys again. Too many bad experiences at multiple locations.
Today we had a massive power outage and the line was around the building and down the driveway... the staff must have been stressed, but they had such great attitudes, smiling happy to help... and the food was fresh and tasty!!! Kudos to the team, and to the new management!!!!
Im pretty much over this Wendys already. They have the longest wait for the worst service. In the last 3 visits theyve got my order right once. Today I neither got a receipt nor was I told how much I owed. They just swiped my card. I got down the road and had the wrong order again. I threw the entire order in the trash at the car wash. Got home, logged into my bank account, and found out how much I overpaid for the wrong order. This is my last visit to Wendys in Acworth. All three locations are terrible. I blame myself for not checking behind these kids that never get it right. Ill seek self-improvement by never returning to this location.
I know that most of us have lower expectations for "fast food" than we have for food prepared at home or a sit down restaurant. However, when fast-food turns in to slow food, I do expect my burger to be hot and juicy, not a little on the dry side and cool.I also like service with a smile, not a smirk, especially when Im saying please and thank you every time I speak to you. When I ask you for a tray for the 3 drinks I needed to transport home, because you started handing them to me one by one out the window, I dont need an eye roll and a big sigh, like Ive asked you for major changes and to hand feed me my food. I didnt have 3 people in my truck, my cup holders were full, and I had to drive. Sorry I couldnt hold them all and drive at the same time.I worked in fast-food when I was younger. I know what its like to be really busy. I also know that it can be done with quality and a smile.Of course, Ill give them another try and just hope this was just a bad day.
Slow drive thru with no one in it at peak time. Girl can’t even handle one order at a time... ordered a burger with a fry and drink she charged me separately for each - do I have to spell it out? Last time I ordered just a burger, fry and water they charged me a meal... when I called her out on the higher receipt she blamed me and the manager just kinda shrugged.Oh yeah - and a ‘med’ fry here is always only a half order...weak.Update - got home and didn’t have the right burgers...
Enjoyed a nice dinner with the spouse, couple salads. The restaurant was not busy at all. Clean, well kept, food was good.
