This one is excellent clean and fast. The one on south Madison is not exceptable and very unsanitary

Coffee cold for some reason at this Wendys they service warm coffee. Did ask if they could warm it up in mircowRe. But they said they didnt have one. But food was good.

Got 5$ sac its pretty good but seems like they got new nuggets or they were undercooked but besides that everything was pretty good

THE FOOD WAS COMPLETELY 🤢 NASTY. FRIES & NUGGETS WERE OLD FROM SITTING THERE WAY TOO LONG UNDER THE LIGHT...BURGERS WERE COLD AND TO TOP OF OFF WAY TOO MANY FLIES FLYING IN RESTAURANT IN FOOD AREAS AND RESTROOMS WHICH NEED ATTENTION IN THE CLEANING DEPT.THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED! DISGUSTING FLIES FLYING AROUND THE COOKING AREA!!🤢🤢🤢 WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

I ordered through mobile ordering and waited 30 MINUTES and still no food, while car after car got their food through the drive thru. Incompetent.

Quality really bad. Cold fries, Dr Pepper didnt taste right, Chicken sandwich overcooked and dry. Strawberry Frosty was the only thing they didnt mess up.

Prices are too high, in my opinion. The food is mediocre at best, unless u love fast food. My favorite food is their taco salads that come with a side of chili, tortilla chips, and sour cream, if u so desire. Pretty much all of the rest of the food is just average, in my opinion.

Its typical fast food not much else to say about it. Albeit we like Wendys compared to other fast food places.

My husband want something,fast in and out this place was extremely clean , well taken care of we ate in would recommend this place,over McDonalds any day.

Ordered salad said no meat. Twice normal amount in the salad and does not even look like is cooked all the way. Why is it so hard to get an order right?

I dont know what has happened at this location but how do you add chicken and serve a Salad the the drive thru that has wilted and slimy lettuce in it and not notice? I think quality control is at an all time low at this location. Sad because its closest to Yorktown

Wendys is my most go to fast food place. I love the food and service.

The food was ready before I even pay for my order! Really fast and hot too so you know it was fresh!

We go to this Wendy’s quite frequently and typically don’t have too many issues. That being said, their fries are usually not very warm when we order them, and by the time we get home they are cold. But this time they forgot one of my chicken sandwiches! Those are over $5! Very disappointed!

They have on the bag " hot fries guaranteed" and the last 4 times they have been blah. Not hot, not crispy...just sad. I dont eat out very much and Wendys is about the only place I go because of their fries....so now Im done, and the inside was closed so I couldnt go back in and get hot ones. I thought it was open or I would have done it at the window, I didnt want to ruin other peoples food waiting on them to correct mine. Just sorry food.

The so called fresh fries were anything but fresh. I hate complaining since help is so hard to find. The staff was friendly and the sandwiches were good fries were not so good.

We had to pull up and wait while there was nobody else in line. And when we got home our order was wrong. And we spent 20 dollars there so not a good experience.

Went through the drive thru at 11:15pm. The first time around she told me she couldn’t take anymore orders due to “shift change”. It’s 11:15pm they close at 12am why would they be doing a shift change? So I waited 10 minutes in the parking lot. The second time I went around a guy told me he can’t take orders because the “machines” were down. BUT there was two other cars at the window? I don’t know what else to say but that they are lazy and unprofessional. Never going back.

This Wendys is a complete joke. Ordered online, came to do curbside pickup could not check in so I called, was told I had to go through the drive thru so I waited for 15 mins for my food that was already bagged up. Then I get home, was missing 5 nuggets out of the 2 10 pieces we got and the bottom bun on the chicken sandwich was so hard it was inedible and the chicken had obviously been sitting there for a long time. Literally paid $30 for disgusting food. The staff are disrespectful as well. I do not have a problem waiting when the place is short staffed but to wait and then get food like that is unacceptable. The only decent thing we got was my lemonade. That is the 3rd time Ive gave this location a try and I will not be back. Honestly dont know how they havent been shut down yet. If I could rate as 0 stars I would.

I really do love Wendy’s, but the last few times we’ve been to this location, it has been rough. Staff are not professional and management is no better. Last night the staff were just playing around and messed our order up. This is like the 3rd time in a month that out orders have been wrong. I understand staffing is tough right now, but this Wendy’s is not ran right. We will not go back to this one.

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. Every time I go here one they can never except card/cash. Tonight I went there they couldn’t except card so I went down to the ATM that’s two minutes down the road not my bank so I got charged an ATM fee go back wait behind three cars who pull up pull around I get to the speaker box and they apologize because they can’t take orders because the machines are down and they don’t close till midnight and it’s only 10 o’clock!!!!!!

The staff of this establishment should really have the sign on their building as required reading. The food was awful. The manager that I spoke to about the terrible food was rude. Not even an apology for having to travel back across town to pick up replacements to eat.No quality what so ever, and every possible corner cut to beat times in the drive thru down. Very sad excuse for customer service.

The blonde at the window couldnt the the math of how much dressing I ordered. It wouldnt of been a big deal until when i told her 3 times it was wrong I ordered 6 total because well im paying for it. She came back to the window 3 times to hand me the dressing then when I explained I was paying extra she said "OKAY?!" she got one more which totaled to 5. Then I said no I need 6 she had the other in her hand like why not just stop wasting both our time. Needless to say Im calling corporate over salad dressing. The other lady also blonde a little older was so sweet we appreciated her service.

This is like second time, i went there about 11:15, and they said they were closed even though, they are suppose to be open until midnight. I understand if u need to close early, but if u do change your hours online. If i ever closed early at the restaurant I worked at I would be fired.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through. Our nuggets were soggy and stuck together as if theyd been microwaved. Our first were cold and hard. The sprite was all carbonation. I will not be back to this location.

Slow slow slow plenty of employees but none there to work! Also dont ask for fresh fries or they may throw them at you! And milkshakes and a tub of bacon.. I am not kidding! This woman really did this and messed up the whole restraunt and the flying frostys hit almost everyone in there! Wow just wow stay away from there!

Cancelled my grubhub delivery and turned off their tablet to accept orders. Theyre still open and I ordered from a different wendys who didnt turn off their grubhub tablet without issue

Fast food, in Muncie, served hot & fresh. The restroom was fairly clean & sanitized. Unfortunately, other local businesses should be ashamed. The Wendys crew delivered our order with 100% accuracy! Lastly, the recent ketchup shortage was a non-factor in our bag full of condiments!

They seem to struggle keeping well trained employees. They have been quick on occasions but tonight I think the order taker seemed to be either brand new or poorly trained. (Im going with newhowever she was not working with a trainer so things were a little rough. The good news is that our orders came out correctly.

Wendys. We teased then for wearing shirts that said "Never Too Much Bacon" and they happened to be out of bacon. That aside. Food was as expected, service was great. Give them a raise!

Went to get dinner tonight. Was told to wait on fresh fries. We wait a couple mins no big deal. Drive TWO MINS to our home. Sit down to eat and the fries are NOT fresh. Our sandwiches were COLD like they had been sitting out for hours! I try to call and the lines busy for 5 whole mins. Drive back up there they replace the food for it to STILL BE COLD! I called the one on Madison street and spoke with the manager there who was very, very polite and helpful. But the one on West Jackson WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! And they were not busy!

Waited 23 minutes to place our order then another 17 to get our food.My four cream and chive potatoes was so old that the skin was hard, the inside was an orangeish-brown color and only approximately 1/3 of the inside was soft enough to scoop out.Terrible. I left the food on the table and walked out!Will never return.

Their food is so good and a lot of very good choices-I couldnt decide what I wanted. They add more choices at times, like they just added a buffalo chicken salad yummy. Plus added a jalapeno type burger. My sister loves the Baconator fries try them very yummy or the jalapeno and cheese fries if you like spicy with some spicy nuggets the best. Now I am hungry.

Meh its Wendys. The product is okay but this location never gets your custom order correct and they will always send you out a burger that by company standards should go in the chili. Its better than the golden arcs but not by a lot.

As far as fast food and hamburgers go this place is the best in this part of town. Right down the road is McDonalds which is also known as hell. If you are going to go through the drive through at that McDonalds go here instead. I promise you can go through this drive through 5-6 times in the same amount of time it will take to go through McDonalds. The amount of time you will save is unbelievable and in the long run will make your life better. Also the staff is helpful and full of energy.

I’m displeased. Last few times I’ve gotten Wendy’s late night it’s not been as good as it usually is in the day time. Cold fries, I mean not fresh at all. Cold nuggets.I asked for a large fry, paid the difference and still received a regular fry (4for4)My crispy chicken sandwich was the only thing hot and fresh.And not to mention ONE SAUCE!!!!........BUT I WAS THANKFUL AND ATE IT ANYWAY. There are those that don’t have the opportunity to eat so I’m humble enough to have a bad meal. But it’s not acceptable! Especially when there are more than enough people standing around being goofy.I’m not looking for handouts so I’m alright, I’ll take this L. Thank you though.

I go to this place a lot. They are super fast during lunch rush, line is broadly less than 5 minutes, which is wonderful in the area. Every employee I have had contact with has been really nice and caring. Orders are always correct, never had any problem. Fresh tea every time I go. Every wendys I go to forgets napkins and bbq sauce for nuggets, except this place, even during lunch rush!! Thanks to all of you!!

It was quite busy but they were still pretty fast. the only reason I didnt give five stars is that as with many fast food places the cashier is not just the cashier. Money is pretty nasty, people handling money should not be handling food.

I frequently go to Wendys for lunch because the drive through service is so quick. This location wasnt as fast as the Madison store, but still much faster than any other restaurant. I was not impressed with the chili cheese fries, however. Wendys chili is so good, I expected the chili cheese fries to be much better than this.

Love Wendys, love the food, but the service and preparation of said food at this particular Wendys is by far the worst I have ever seen. Ive lived nearby for years, and eaten here more times than I can count, and after all that time the only advice I can give is to go early on Sundays. You stand a better chance. Otherwise, if you want to eat what you ordered, the drive to the McGalliard Wendys is worth the gas money. Be warned.

A nice looking remodeled Wendys with great service. I wont say it was the fastest service but the level and kindness was very good. All the employees seemed to care about the customer and their jobs which was refreshing and wonderful.
