I hate when they dont melt the cheese on a cheeseburger....but the chicken nuggets were good

Just went in for a quick snack with my mother. There wasnt a line on the inside and the drive through only had three cars. Wendys was clean service was fast and friendly I would definitely recommend 😁😷

This place is a joke. Every time I go there, and I mean EVERY-TIME!! They forget something or completely mess the order up! I’m pretty cool about it, but when it’s legit every time and I’m spending a lot of money feeding a big family I have had it honestly, and I will never go back!!

I think there is a big difference in how you get your food when you dine in vs drive thru. I am testing this theory.

Did not put bacon on my cheese burger, did not give me my drink and tried to charge me $55 dollars for a $20 order. There is a disconnect in the fast food industry nowadays.

Dont have vanilla frostys which is what we normally go to get Since we have strawberry allergies so we dont go there anymore

Order 3 meals only got two and they where wrong. I called, said he would refund money the missed meal but not the rest of the order and wanted me to come in again to get a refund on one meal. I told him I dont live close to their and its a bit of drive. I want a refund for the whole meal, being that it was wrong.

Very polite and friendly cashiers. The food was what we ordered which we rarely see at fast food anymore.

It’s pretty difficult to update a website to show you close early. Nothing a customer loves more then losing his entire lunch to come get a sandwich and not even being able to eat on break

Had to try the spicy nuggets. Will of course go back and have some more. The people working in the afternoon seem like they dont want to be there.

Went to the drive thru for dinner. Service was good.

This place was a mess first we were treated rude when we ordered and when we paid and then we were given the wrong salad all around bad business bad place and then I tried to call and get a loud beep from fax machine . I just want a refund of my meals and can’t even get a hold of nobody and gas is too expensive to drive down there what do I do

Very friendly customer service fast accurate food delivery. I was surprised that when I asked for a cup of ice that they not only remembered it but have me a large cup full of ice and a lid! 👍 Good job!!

Well I had to wait for about 7 minutes for my meal, in a hot car. Because it wasnt ready. Than when I got home it wasnt even what I ordered. Wasnt very happy meat was over cooked and the bacon was burnt to a crisp.

Since they cancelled their value menu , real question is why ?

Food quality was poor. Staff was friendly, but not very competent. Dining room was dirty.

They keep getting my order wrong. Over and over again! Need to do better!

Big Rig friendly drive thru. Food is always piping hot. Super fast drive thru service, short wait time even if the line looks very long.

Didnt go inside, my boyfriend loves their food is always fresh. Twice now hes ordered chili and had is soak through the bag maybe consider bagging chili in a plastic bag vs paper. The first time it was handed to us sidways in the bag. The second time we ordered a biggie bag that was literally tossed on top of the chili in the bag and chili all over the side of the cup wasnt wiped off before bagging and i needed another bag so it didnt get on our clothes on the way home. All in all great place.

The food was not good. It was cold. Service cold like the food.

I’ve gone here three times and they always mess up my order. I’m allergic to mustard and every time I say no mustard they put a lot. Also, I ask for regular nuggets and they give me spicy. Please pay attention to your orders, it’s not that hard, especially when I’m the only one in the drive-thru.

My experience with Wendys was good the food was great service was awesome

The rudest manager ever. And teaching his staff to be rude and ugly. He has no business in public service and the sooner he is gone the better.

Crispy asiago chicken sandwich was super fresh, juicy, and piping hot! The burbon burger was also a new favorite! The quality explains the lines that are well worth the minimal wait!

The only place that gets your food to you in a matter of minutes. They are always staffed and it feels they care about your oder. Recommend for sure

If you dont have to go to this Wendys dont go. The service is OK the food is fine but the lines are always long.

Workers dont know how to read a doordash order and put bacon on items even though we requested none. We have a bacon allergy and tried to contact but they are declining our calls. Worst service

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and got 1 very thin slice of bacon that was cut in half to seem as though I got 2 slices of bacon. Come on now Wendys...do better. Wont be ordering breakfast from here again.

Worst Wendys I have ever been to. They have screwed up my order every single time that Ive bothered to come here. They will swap things in your order without telling you theyre out of the item you ordered. Staff is 100% incompetent. Will no longer be giving this location my business.

Wendys is God tier fast food. Sadly, fast food is what it is, which means that its very predictable in that sense. Much love for Wendys, yall have made a night or two for me with some impromptu food trips.

Wasnt too happy with my order. I ordered #7 meal, 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets, and baconator. Pay $17.22 for this order and didnt even get my fries. So disappointed. Try calling but they didnt answer. The number was like fax number. Not going there again.

Waited for 10 minutes and still no food received. Had to go to window to get my money back because it was going to take at least another 5 min. Was late for work. Also, they had me mive onto a oarkibg soace because at the window is a timer. Whats the point if having a timer if you still dont have your food yet.

Worse I’ve ever had, old hard COLD 🥶 fries. Prepared and set aside withOUT being under warmer. So sad years ago this was best place ever!!

In the little town of Oakdale there isnt a shortage of fast food places, problem is none of them are really good. The golden arches cranks out the same old cookie cutter junk, the other places seem to be greasy or not that great. Wendys is my go to for a burger. As advertised, hot and juicy. You can add pickles, tomato, lettuce and onions at no extra charge on some sandwiches. Prices are comparable to everyone else.

Went through the drive thru ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, paid for it and was asked to go park in the parking lot to wait for my order with the other 3 to 4 cars waiting for their orders OMG!! After almost 30 minutes the guy finally brought my order moving as slow as he could not even in a hurry, i could have gone to a sit down breakfast place and would have been done by the time my food came I will never go there again, !!

Very rude drive thru employees. A disrespectful comment was made that they thought I wouldn’t hear. I expect employees who help me to be at least somewhat professional and they were far from that. I guess you can’t really expect much from Wendy’s employees.

They gave me my order all wrong they gave me spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular and they added an extra bowl of chili I didnt order and charged me for it!! And the forgot the butter on the backed patatoe w/out side of salt and pepper.....

I went to Wendy’s drive thru yesterday and asked for lemonade with my meal. However the one that I was given they charged extra for which wasn’t what I wanted so upon seeing my receipt I decided to go inside to ask for it to be corrected. An older man in a white shirt so I guess he’s the owner or manager immediately got upset and said well you ordered the natural lemonade ( there’s natural and another lemonadeso that’s extra. Which I did not, that’s what I was given. I told him I didn’t know that he Saul ‘ well now you know’ again angrily almost like he wanted to fight me. Then another lady who also seemed to be a manager maybe his wife or something said that me she what I can do. Then she walks away to get the change. He is still very angry and sternly peering at me. Mind you I went in there calmly, respectfully, waiting on the side for my turn, and respectfully tried to explain it but he was completely irate. When she walks away this man grabs the lemonade and glares into my eyes angrily and continues to stare at me into my eyes as he is walking until he can anymore because a wall prevents him. What I’m the WORLD who does that. Because I don’t want the lemonade?! And you want to fight me and give me a stare down cause I ask to please get something else. Never experienced anything like that.

Wendys is always good, and Ive been to this place since I was a little girl were talking 40 plus years ago... The food is consistently good hot fresh and fast. Dine in isnt open yet... But the drive-thru is great.

Delicious as always, we paid $10 to the 2 of us to eat and they accidentally made 2 extra vanilla frostys so they told us "its your lucky day" and let us have them! Couldnt have asked for better service!!!

This Wendys has come along way these past two years, when I do my mobile orders (theyre usually large orders)they get them right and they have been really nice everyone has been helpful and friendly.

This Wendy’s is disgusting. And the employees at the DRIVE THRU are very rude! I ordered a biggie bag & the bacon in the sandwich looks so old & who knows how else probably not even cooked. Make sure to look at your food before you even eat it with this location. Lol

Food was tasty and made correctly the first time. We went through the drive-thru quickly and the staff was nice. This is also a great spot to Modestos Car Cruises. Thats why you see all the photos of old cars. Check events in Modesto after the pandemic is over and they will happen again.

Big Bacon Classic where???I just couldnt believe what I was eating. Looks nothing like the picture. The last time my kids and I went here I ordered a salad that would take 8 minutes to cook. Lol Instead of starting it when I ordered it she waited until we got to the window to tell me this.

There were 5 cars ahead of me in drive-thru, but the workers were quick and I didnt wait long at all. The food was good too, I got a #1 and Caeser salad.

I ordered on mobile for the first time. These people messed up our order so bad. We had a total of 5 medium drinks plus one large diet. Not hard to get that right instead they gave us 2 small one small diet instead of large. Completely ignored one order and didnt put it in the bag. When I called to tell them they messed up my order they hung up on me and disconnected the phone so I couldnt call again. I called corporate and of course they answered for them and the manager lied to them and said the order was right. I could take pictures to prove they were wrong. Corporate was telling me the manager was quick to get off the phone from them and acted like she was not going to replace it. If the general manager is reading this it was 7/22 at 7:15. After reviewing all of the previous comments it shows this place always messes up orders and some situations they dont want to replace it. The other Wendys up the street after I called them to find out why they McHenry store hung up she told me they always do that. I will NEVER go there again. Customer service doesnt exist there not even with management. Come on people train your employees better. The general manager needs to look at replacing some of these rude people so they can have more customers. I dont normally complain but to get hung up on after they messed with my order and it was paid for is VERY UNCALLED for.
