Wendy's in Amherst

They are as bad as McDonalds all the tables were dirty at Wendys and Tim Hortons that was around 6:15 p.m.and they were not busy

Nice place to get a bite to eat . Not the best place but reasonable to go and at least get a hot meal. I actually like their pre-made salads. Yum yum. Plus you have a nice place to get coffee if your thirsty.

Disgusting place to work. Doesnt follow health codes. Avoid at all costs

horrible choice no starwberries for strawberry salad , my wife and had chicken pecan,i had grilled chicken sandwich and chilli we both got sick avoid this location

Breakfast sandwich steak and egg was gross. Sloppy and sauce was dripping off. Was not appealing or tasty. The coffee was fine!

The foods fine, but the enployees are kinda rude. I had alot of expereness when long hair was in my food. When they do nachos its like they slap it together like dog food on a plate

As with most fast food places food is always the same. They could have heated the cheese on the nachos. Pleasant staff

We came in and got two burgers fries and 2 pop. the burger had absolutely no taste or flavour to it whatsoever. The french fries were undercooked and cold we did go through your drive-thru we will not be back

The food was good even tho it wasnt hot. Too hungry & pressed for time. Didnt want to take it back. After all we eat fast food because we dont have much time on ower hands.

Best burger in town ***** IF ***** THEY get it right... which is about once every 5 times you go!!!!! I"m never going back there again, done... too many times I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my order straightened out. NO MORE!

Drive-thru is always fast, parking lot is full a lot of the time. They share an entrance with the busiest Tim. Hortons in town.

Never had an order though the drive-thru come out correct. Between missing items and incorrect items Im afraid to go there again.

It was a pretty average Wendys. The food and service were up to standard, nothing exceptional, nothing bad, just decent Wendys fare.

Food was good. Tiniest piece of lettuce and see through thinly sliced tomato. Customer service was lacking and swearing as she had to get us our drinks because their machine was down.

The food was nice, but they misspelled my name, and I only got three chicken strips when I ordered them, Ive been told since that there are multiple sizes, but they couldve asked, not to mention that the 3 chicken strips cost more than my budget and drink combined.

The food was terrible! Fries were greasy and the chicken burger was dried up and old! Even the frosty was soft and half melted!

No side salads, Caeser or garden. Fries burgers and chicken strips were all cold. Soda machine was out of root beer. Had to keep my coat on inside because it was so cold. The only good things I can say are that my chili was nice and hot and the building looks nice inside.

2 of my kids got raw chicken nuggets I took them back and was told by a manager I might add thats theyre like that cause theyre deep fried?? like seriously? then was pissed when I demanded that they cook fresh ones....
