Ordered my food in the drive through in between 9-10pm and the food was hot and delicious, plus the service was fast. The staff on Sunday night is killing it!
Check your order before you leave!!! Ive been going to this Wendys a couple times a month. I call this the "Clueless Wendys". They mess up my order every single time. They give me "modified" salads. I love the southwest avocado chicken salad, but what they give you here is not right. Usually they just put lettuce, breaded chicken, shredded cheese and tomato. No tortilla strips or avocado. Sometimes I just deal with it, other times I complain. They should let you know that youre not getting what you asked for. Today they also forgot my extra dressing packet (which I paid for), they forgot the chicken nuggets sauce, I didnt get any forks, napkins or straws. Last week I ordered from the breakfast menu at the drive-thru. It was 10:20 am. I waited 15 minutes and they gave me a burger, not a sausage and egg croissant. They ALWAYS mess up here! It takes so long to get your food I rarely go back to fix the issue. I did go back once and they were very nice about fixing and apologizing. But still... way so many issues here?
Dinner for 2 $24. Burger med fries med drink. Drinks 40% ice. Burgers not much better then a Whopper jr. Very very disappointed . look at this sad burger no tomato , sure dont look like the picture of a big burger overflowing with bacon and toppings on the menu.Never again , avoid the disappointment eat at home.
This place is not the Wendys one expects. Drive thru is a joke. At times they service one car at a time from point of ordering until they pickup their order and leave, then on to the next cust. I have waited 20 mins to order with just one car ahead. As for their Chilli...if they are putting beef in it they must finely grind it...not one chunk. It is all beans with very little broth. Thankfully I found another Wendys on Columbia. Finally got good ol Wendys Chilli...with chunky beef and broth!
Worst food and customer service of any Wendy’s. Employees are rude, lazy, and slow as molasses. I don’t think there is a single working brain cell inside this location
Can’t even take an order 10:47 “Comeback in 30mins our casher is on break.” 11:36 doesn’t even answer the drive thur speaker. There is a team member sitting in the front of the lobby near the east corner with a headset on, looking at the cars drive up. Moved up to the window just incase the speaker stopped working still no acknowledgment of my existence. Management if you’re wondering why the sales are lacking from 10 after this is why. I continually try to give this location chance after chance with it being so close to my home. I can see my money is no good at this location and have finally learned my lesson. I guess McDonalds is my new spot and all I wanted was a frosty.-edit 9/14/2022 its been over a month since I made this review and no one has even attempted to reach out and this shows that not only does the store level not care but neither does upper management. I wonder if they are getting too many complaints or if this is just the interaction to expect at this location. One thing is for certain problems begin with the leaders.
This wendys would be fine if theyd employ people who are competent.
The young man that took care of us was very helpful. My sandwich, NOT so great!I dont understand why it will taste different from one location to another!I had the Bourbon bacon I believe the point is the bacon I had on the first Wendys was thick slices of bacon and the sandwich was filling.This location, not so much. I believe sometimes when they come out with a seasonal item, they make it extra so people can buy it and then they lower the quality of the product.Only reasonable thing I can think of.
This Wendys has the best Burgers on all of Garden street, no joke. 🍔 💜 💣 🔥 They are always Fresh & juicy. Never had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work 👍
I went to this wendys today to get myself and my niece a #3 which is a 10 piece chicken nugget meal I ordered 2 orders of #3 chicken nugget meals I always request cook to oder..so I drive up to pay for order onced i paid..the cashier politely asked if i can pull up as they prepare my order i pulled up and sat for almost 12 mins waiting for someone to bring my order out..so he brought my order out...okay like usual I like to look at my food before I pull off..oh my goodness the chicken nuggets was over over cooked almost burnt-out..I pulled around got out and walked in and asked the cashier is this what I waited for 12 minutes for over cooked burnt-out chicken nuggets so I Immediately asked for my REFUND and than she asked where is my receipt..ask your cashier why drive thru cashier dnt give customers a receipt for their paid order and than she tried to short change me giving me my refund..this wendys cannot cook a simple order of chicken nuggets..
I got 3- 10 piece nuggets and asked for honey musterd, sweet and sour, and ranch. I got 1 each for 10 pieces of chicken
Littlerly cant have anything here there were out of everything no cheese sauce, no sprite, no tea, no pickles, no $1 bills drink carriers only. How ever the dude was awesome who worked the drive thru he was really great would give 5 stars in service but food.. gets 1 star my chili is littlerly as cold as it can get....
We preferred Wendys over McDonalds and Burger King. The burgers had a much better quality.
Theres bad...then theres just awful. This Wendys is the worst of the worst in the industry. The food is old and disgusting, and order accuracy is non existent.
We went to the Wendys drive-thru and ordered the new strawberry frosty. We were pleased with the new frosty. The drive-thru attendant was extremely distracted talking to their coworkers (without muting their micbut they did not mess up the order.I will go again but likely to a different Wendys location.
Got there at 10:30 am. Ordered a #5. Got to the window to pay and had 3 different ppl ask me if I ordered the #1. Told them NO, #5 6 times. The 1 girl kept trying to get me to say it was a #1 I ordered not a #5. This Wendy’s is hit or miss, but today I had the freshest fries and sandwich ever. It was hot and juicy!!
Rude young man at drive thru. My order was wrong and food was not included and the guy gives my an attitude staring at me while he dropped (not placedmy food in the bag like Im intimidated, then walks away. Never says sorry about that, thank you or your welcome. If thats the kind of employees these places are going to keep around I just wont go back. Ask McDonalds. Their service isnt perfect, but theyre doing their best. I ordered a double bourbon bacon today, but they accidentally gave me a single. After I came back and brought it up, they let me keep the burger I got by mistake and brought me the double I ordered.They deserve more positive reviews. Ive been going here for months and they have been nothing but a delight to me.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Should be torn down ASAP. Place is the farthest thing from fast food there is. If you have an hour window of time save it for this place because there is a total of -2 brain cells combined working at this dump.
Dont get grilled chicken just as they start lunch. Its tasty yes and the service is great, however you will have to wait a while as they prepare the chicken. Which is no fault of their own. Other than that great service as usual.

As much as we love Wendy’s, we will never go to this location again. Went around 10:00 after a movie tonight. Chili was super cold, nuggets were burnt and chewy, my coke had no carbonation, fries were cold, burger made wrong and customer service wasn’t even worth asking for a remake after the drive thru girl spilled soda on my husbands car because she didn’t have the lid on properly. Nor did she care to apologize. As someone who ran a restaurant for 6 years, you really need to get it together and be more professional.
Their new strawberry frosties are amazing and Idk if youre looking at this review but you gotta go to Wendys now and try it😀
I would give 0 stars if I could. Just went through the drive-thru and for $22 I got spoiled tea that was undrinkable, fries that were old and cold, a big bacon cheeseburger that had nothing on it, a decent chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke. Never again!
Rude manager 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 the Hispanic lady she didnt give me a receipt to know her name.i honk the horn cause I needed something else she looks at me and turn her head . She never came back to the window and I waited . She just waiting for me to leave and then she came back to the window..l promise I go higher than this Post.
Waited for 30 minutes . Salad had bacon slice , should have at least cut it in half. Fries were cold ! Not too happy
They are absolutely disrespectful they dont put all of your food in your doordash order then when confronted about it they throw the food on thw counter at you and then refuse to take your order when you need to order more
Went thru DRIVE THRU. I do not expect to have to turn around and come in. I had the Parmesan Caesar Salad and a Large Coke Zero. I Had to come back in TWICE. Once for the Parmesan Chrisp that are part of the salad and again because they didnt include a straw in my bag. They need to double check their work and get it right the first time.
I had to repeat my order quite a few times to the young one behind the register because it wasnt showing up right on the screen the way I was saying it. Even the manager came to help me place the right order, so the first lady walked off to another position of her job. The manager has other things to do so the first one came right back to charge me the price. The sandwich was alright I guess but the fries were very salty. Im never usually a Wendys fan to begin with anyway so, that will probably be my last time I waste my time and money with them.
They take forever! Everytime I go through the drive through it never fails they make you wait 5 min before taking your order! Its absolutely ridiculous this its supposed to be fast food!
Wendys step your game up, hire the right people for the job, everytime a place a order here it is wrong. Seems to me like they do what they want to do. Maybe just over worked and under paid . Not 1 time have I had a problem from chick-fil-, maybe you guys can learn something from them.
They are never open at 6:30. If you show up they will ignore you and avoid the window. Do not go before 7:15. Then once they do finally open the sausage patties are way over cooked and hard as a rock. Don’t bother.
horrible experience. spent 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead. mixed up two of our drinks, gave us the wrong sizes, the fries were stale and cold, burgers stale and bacon was awful. guy in the window had an attitude because we wanted our order right after we paid for it. never coming back.
Food was goodand hot, service was pretty good as well, once you got it.. Im giving only 3 stars because it was so slow! The drive thru took me 1½, and they were only taking 1 order at a time.
Waited 40 minutes in the Drive thru! If you are in a hurry dont come here. After the long wait, 1 sandwich was made wrong, the fries were old, and we couldnt exit the drive thru due to the car parked in front of us waiting for their messed up order to be fixed. Sad
Todays visit was awful. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and there were 7 people in the lobby waiting to order. No one was taking lobby orders. There were 3 employees behind the counter. 2 of them did absolutely nothing. Nothing. One employee, James, was taking drive thru orders, running orders outside, managing all the fryers AND taking the lobby orders. There was a 4th employee sitting on break eating and did not seem at all concerned that there was a major rush at the time. It was 3 in the afternoon so it was not a lunch or dinner rush. The lack of assistance from any of the other employees present was abysmal. I did make sure to ask the one guy, James, his name so he can be recognized. Whatever hes being paid is not enough!!!
Food was fresh and hot but a little delayed. Rachelle did an excellent job communicating with the staff and trying to move things along. She was very friendly and communicated with the customers as well.
Weve been traveling a bit lately & we stop at this Wendys for a short rest from driving & a quick bite. Sometimes a snack, sometimes a meal & sometimes just a cup of coffee & the restroom facilities. Im one of those people that feels I need to spend money in a business if I need to use their restroom. That wont be happening again at this Wendys or any other. The bathroom was flooded! This isnt the 1st time this has happened. The Wendys in Titusville restrooms were totally flooded last time I was there as well. I get that these Wendys get a different type of traffic than a neighborhood Wendys (a highway, rest areabut I mean really, shouldnt they be aware by now that their restrooms need a higher standard of maintenance? Nothing worse than stopping for a short Respite & getting soaked by a flooded restroom in the process. Appears to be a problem for Wendys & since Im not a big fast food fan anyway, I think its time to cross Wendys off our list & find a new stop that will better suit all our needs. So bye bye Wendys, get those facilities CLEAN!!!
4 1/2 stars. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. There was quite a few cars in front of me and it did not take very long to get my food. I would have given five stars except my fries were not very hot when I got them. You know everybodys picky about Hot Fries LOL. I would say this is more like a four-and-a-half star review for them. The rest of our food was good.
In a word Terrible! Poor experience started with the lack of concern of the staff for their job, walked in and was told by employee the person taking orders Is in the bathroom, no interest whatsoever in assisting the customer, food was over $20 for burgers size of a kids meal, quality wasn’t there either major price hikes to meet the $15 hour wage demands nonetheless service a disaster! Major employee training moment. Overpriced and not worth it, value proposition to customer non existent
Stopped to get a burger at around 7pm. Went inside to order and it was absolutely FREEZING inside. I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter and she agreed but didnt go any further with it. Ordered a double burger with no cheese, no pickles, and extra onions. After a long wait I got the burger and it had pickles and one lone piece of onion. These fast food places arent so fast anymore, and they dont ever seem to get the order correct. Ill be stopping in again in the future, but only when I HAVE to.
This Wendys has got so much better recently. Had the pleasure of going there for the past month and waited on by Rachelle and she was so professional and friendly with her customers. She went out of her way to be helpful. Things have improved so much here. Keep up the good work. Will definitely be stopping here more now.
We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and it was truly the best ever! Crisp, juicy, and hot! Fries were fresh and the service was excellent! Looking for a great chicken sandwich, go to Wendys! We will be back!
Well food has the most flavor Ive ever tasted from Wendys but trust me its not a good thing. All have a universal flavor old stale oil yuck. Couldnt finish.
We ordered the 4 for 4 meals and they came out hot and as ordered. The hostess at the take out window was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the second time Im 2 weeks that we had gone to Wendys and I was impressed both times.
Ordered food took a half an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got to the window. they took my friends credit card and then said The food was not ready and we had to pull up. I said are you serious we’ve already waited a half an hour. we pulled up And had to wait another 15 minutes. This food cost $28.83. For 3 bourbon bacon cheeseburger doubles an 3 fries. Not an item by all 3 of our opinions that was worth waiting all that time or money for. On top of that my friend got home and looked at his account and he was charged 28.83 and then another charge of 16.86. a double charge on his credit card. A total of 45.69. I would definitely not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. Their food and service was bad enough without trying to double the charges. Judy
Went specifically to try the new bourbon bacon cheeseburger. It tasted great but was a huge RIP off. I got the double which only added an extra beef patty. Bacon was equivalent of less than one strip. The burger was so small, it should be called a slider. Over $13! Ridiculous price. Eat elsewhere.
Burnt and old. Keep in mind, this is a remake. The previous one had pieces of paper towel in the melted cheese. When I first moved in the area 2 years ago, the crew was great. The food was always fresh. Then, I came through one day and they stopped giving me my receipts. One lady charged me 40 something dollars for 3 kids meals. I was confused because i get them all the time @$12.84 give or take. The supervisor had to come and straighten everything out and even then cashier did not want to give me my receipt. Theyre just going down hill. Buyers beware. They have more training and hirings to do.
It took 15 minutes for them to take my order when only one family was in front of me, the workers dont care if you get your food or not and my friend waited 30 minutes in the restaurant after the designated time his food was supposed to ready
