Wendy's in Saint Paul

Do NOT go here! I asked for a specific meal, was charged for a different meal at a higher price, and when I confronted her about it, she did NOTHING to fix it! Im paraphrasing but, she told me that its the same price and when I showed her on the receipt and compared it to the board, she still did NOTHING. Ive managed in the food industry throughout the years and in my experience, Ive seen how cashiers steal from their company. They charge you for a meal thats more. Then, once youre gone, they do a return on the product. They then, keep the difference. It may not seem like much to one customer being, "its only $.40" but that adds up after 10-20-30 customers in a shift. Even the manager got involved and nothing was returned. They just asked me to give them the coin change back and they gave me a dollar out of the drawer. No transaction at all. THATS A RED FLAG!!! It only makes me wonder if the manager on duty was involved, as well.

They really need to open the lobby it would be nice to sit in sometimes.

Do not order from here Ive had my orders wrong every single time Ive gotten food here this was the last straw ordered a double baconator and got two small nuggets and chili. Absoloutely Abysmal.

Members are kind and patient with me a Senior Citizen so I go inside instead of drive thru for the one on one experience 🤗 they work hard yet are courteous smiles 😁 are genuine LOVE THIS WENDYS

Poor service. They only make 1 order at a time and you have ti wait in drive thru at that! Yall never recovered from covid but to have your lobby closed is outrageous. At least let pickup orders come in.Do better every wendy except one in my coty does this and its unacceptable. No wonder people cancel orders making customers wait longer cause of what youre doing.

Beware: Drive-Thru ONLYUnbelievably, over 2½ years into COVID, theyve still got their dining room shut down.Its an especially bad decision considering Midas is just a block away, and people may have just dropped off their vehicle and want something to eat while they wait (as I did on my visit).The Wendys further west on University (near Fairview Avehas their dining room wide open.To be fair, its very possible theyve shut it down due to the neighborhood surrounding it. Someone was sitting at the nearby stores chanting like a crazy/religious person. Theres also a permanent metal sign attached to the building basically saying the cops will arrest you for being there.All in all, 0/10, would not recommend.

Theyre okay...the inside is no longer open and the food is never fresh. Either they dont have enough people or theyre just slow, but the food takes forever. If you have any customizations expect a 50/50 chance for something to be messed up. In my opinion the only thing thats good enough is the breakfast.

2/5 for the 2/5 items they got right. Terrible.

Today I Went to like Wendy’s at 10:40 pm, Mayda who attended me, she behaves very kindly and delivers my food on time just as my expectations were.Nice work Wendy’s 👍🏻

Ordered a baconator paid for a baconator got home and low and behold there was a half eaten chicken sandwich. Nasty

Wish it can be a 5-star but staff never gets my order done correctly! Other than that quick line gets you some food within min no long waits like other places.

Usual good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Would have been nice if the workers spoke better English and could do basic addition.

Usually have had issues with service and just everything about the place but they really turned the place around service was top notch and zero complaints from me tytyty.

My food orders were all correct and the food was hot. And the service was fast. The drive thru was a lil packed but service was pretty fast for the most part.

I have to commend the workers with all they have to do to keep a fast food restaurant running nowadays! But in the urban areas it’s always slow service but this sign has got to go ASAP! Nothing was “express” even getting the order out of the window it came in pieces smdh and we were on a DoorDash order.

Theyre drive thru is open but that doesnt help those who dont own a vehicle. At this point theyre just scared of public too much to open there doors.

The food was really good! Took forreevvverrrr to get through the drive through and there was only 3 cars in front of me.

$11.86 for a regular classic chicken combo? I Google the prices and it was $8 amd some change. For $6 more I could have had steak dinner. Thanks bit next time Ill be going somewhere else.

The Strawberry Frosty was fantastic. Dont forget to get your workout in. I bought three frosty today.

Burger was dry like day old patty and the Chilli was more like tomato soup. Horrible place go to a different place.

Something easy and an alternative to McDonalds. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is small but good. Be sure to get two, they are small.

They need to get rid of these lazy racist Mexican employees and send them to the east side of St. Paul where they belong with all the other half a** job working mexicans are my experience with them is always horrible theyre always rude,dirty, and racist the last time I stopped by (last weekI made sure to call ahead of time to make sure that everything goes smoothly and of course it didnt I came to the drive through early in the morning there were no cars in line yet they still refused to take my order I knocked on the drive through window several times saw no one came around several times looking through all the windows and still saw no one it wasnt until I came around called while knocking on the window at the same time when two female employees popped up from the floor looking angry and shocked that I was there to make an order and even after seeing me at the window they still took more than 5 minutes to finally open the window to ask me what I want with an attitude mind you so I decided to leave I later called to report them for their terrible service but of course they remembered my number so they refused to answer my call I then called from a different number and immediately the lazy employee answered my call I asked her for the managers name and number or for her to have him call me she refused saying what do I want and if I wanted to order something I replied asking for her name and the managers name and number again she refused and hung up on me lol this Wendys is a joke and I hope they fire all those lazy good for nothing employees

Just riding around Dale mall on University today. I enjoyed the bike ride University Dale Mall. Weather the 65° today and I enjoyed every bit of it how about everybody else 🥰

Can you pay people more so you have enough staff to get the drive thru moving faster? I wanted to try wendys breakfast and sat behind a truck for 5 minutes at the drive thru before giving up and eating a turkey sandwich at home. Get with the program and pay more, get fully staffed. You and the burger King on rice are ridiculous for your lack of staff.

I waited at Wendy’s for my fish sandwich to be made fresh (I am vegetarian for lent). When I got home, a Double Cheeseburger was in the bag. I’m fine with that, because obviously, Jesus wanted me to eat a burger. Great service here!

Food was a bit overpriced for the flavor and lack-luster way it was put together. I have been to better Wendys.

Was fast and food was VERY fresh. From time of order to eating was less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly too.

Kids were hungry so went through the drive through and ask for a cheese burger and two medium fries with no salt. The kid at the window refuses to make new fries without salt. He said that theyre just made but they have salt so is that ok? GTFOH! Horrible customer service and Im sure its a horrible place to eat if this is how they train their employees! No you cant get fries without salt! Shouldnt even get a star!

Tried to confirm order 3 times during the drive thru. Order still came out wrong. When I drove up to pay the employee just stared at me until I CONFIRMED what order I was paying for. Almost gave me someone elses meal. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Worst place to get Wendys from! There is no customer service, the food doesnt taste like it should. Im not sure what is going on with management. Drive a little farther down University, there are way better options to give your hard earn money to.

This Wendy’s is an alright place. I wasn’t pleased the first time I went but he second time the customer service redeemed it. The store is clean I will give it that. Maybe just need to be a bit more upbeat.

I placed and order at the drive thru today and waited almost 30 minutes with no one at the window the whole time. Then a guy comes to the window talking about were closed at about 4:00 in the afternoon 🤬. No explanation or anything, just were closed. I will never come back to this Wendys 😤

Every time Ive used the drive-thru it has taken them 15-20 minutes per car, so a line of 5 means an hour long wait.

The line was about 4 cars and it took 30 minutes for fast food. When I got to the takeout window three people were standing there conversing. Um, my food should have been discounted.

I went here because I saw the black bean burger advertised. They did not have any idea what I was talking about. I got a small chili. It was not very good. They also have the weirdest hot sauce I have ever seen; its pretty much translucent.

I have had good experiences here and negative experiences here. Sometimes the drive through moves quickly and the food is fresh. Today I sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes (roughly 7 cars in front of meand my fries werent fully cooked and werent salted at all. I cant recommend it based on consistency but, as always, the frostys are great

My baconator had two pieces of bacon on it 🤔The last time I ordered a baconator, I got a deluxe sandwich instead.The absolute worst service ever.You will stand in line for 10 to 15 minutes before they even ask you what do you want to order. They only make one order at a time.They are VERY slow, and dont care.They will you look you right in the face, knowing you want to order food, and continue to work behind the counter.Wendys on University and Dale in St Paul Minnesota is trash.

How far down hill will you go..... Ill give it 2 stars for now, but like the market, it does have the potential for growth. The texture and quality of the beef, REALLY has me wondering..... WHERES THE BEEF??!!??!! The bun was good, the condiments and cheese are good, but the portion size and all around quality of the "beef" leave much to be desired. Not sure if Dave got so hungry that he ate Wendy, or what..... But someones gotta go check on the beef supply!! And stock up before they cancel cows!!

Both orders were wrong, when asking to correct the order they were confused. The sauce packets we received were past date and rancid. I never leave reviews, but this stop warranted it. The floors were sticky and clung to my shoes, the tables were far from clean, and the soda tasted heavily of soap and was watered down. Half an hour after eating I could feel my stomach getting upset. Avoid this place

The new jalapeños salad was fantastic, staff very nice. Difficult to maneuver in lot, which is poorly cared for and pretty rough to drive on. The line for drive up was crazy long probably because food is great for fast food.

I didnt go inside but from ordering in the drive through, this Wendys was quick, and I appreciated that the employee told me a minor change to my order would save me money. She was friendly and professional. The chicken sandwich tasted good, but there was a lot of breading compared to the amount of chicken. I liked the chicken nuggets more than McDonalds.

Completely messed up me and my friends order, fries are soggy and unsalted, asked for pub fries and got regular gross fries that tasted heavily like oil. Speaker outside barely works and I doubt they can properly hear you inside. Absolutely do not go to this location.(edit: they scammed me on the pub chicken sandwich and gave me the cheaper junior patty instead of the patty It came with)

So my experience with the drive-thru staff was bad because the lady taking the orders and ringing up was too busy talking to her coworkers but my request for a refund was worse because the manager on duty tried to deny me a refund. I didnt notice the molded bread until I got all the way home and when I called the store she told me she would only remake my order. Then when I went up to the store to GET MY MONEY BACK she had an attitude. Why would I want to get more food from you when you have already shown me that your food is untrustworthy? Horrible customer service and I heard them talking about me when I walked in the restaurant.
