The service was okay. Didnt have to wait too long for the order and it was well prepared. In light of the pressure put on workers during this pandemic I empathise with the staff. Keep up the good work.

great food could make more space for drive through tho

Got the couple special with my husband... kinda cute $69 for 2 burgers and fries but a shared large drink. Honestly the best burger I had in a long time... loved the specialty bun

Consistently out of chicken for long periods. Tastes great when they have.

They never have frostys. Like this is the equivilant to America always having broken ice cream machines. Plus, I dont know who manages this place, but it seems to always lose stock of their food pretty fast.

I purchased a Homestyle Chicken sandwich and was totally disappointed. It did NOT taste fresh AT ALL. The chicken was VERY tough and very chewy. I usually frequent the branch in Tacarigua where I get it hot off the press, I wait a little while but it is ALWAYS SO FRESHLY MADE AND TOTALLY DELICIOUS! As I was in Por-of-Spain I decided to pick up one from the Woodbrook branch on my way home. BIG MISTAKE. I will be staying with MY Tacarigua branch always.

I bought 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, the chicken was burnt and undercooked. No tomatoes in one. Horrible! Waste of my money.

We felt like having burgers and went to the Drive through in PoS.We got home and sat to eat just to discover that Wendys gave us one burger short. So please check your orders before you leave the site.

Ordered apple pecan salad, no nuts, cheese and dressing. Tomatoes were rotten. They should shut their doors

The food was good but the fries had no salt, the service was great and very friendly. When at the drive thru be patient as they may take a minute to answer

Customer service is fast in wendys woodbrook. Would rate their nuggets higher than mc donalds.

The drive thru service was truly flatline. Note I said service, presentation of a No.1 and delivery on a small order was off 🙄 . Would i go there again? Maybe.

The Bad :The customer service standard has dropped significantly since their arrival into our country. Now its just like any other local fast food outlet and the menu needs updating since there would be things advertised on it and when you ask for it, its not available. Oh they are no longer open for breakfast.The franchise owners need to seriously look at their operations locally as it can potentially damage the global brand.The Good:Food quality and quantity is acceptable, Clean surroundings including the toilet. Good location that takes advantage of the business places in Woodbrook.

They have a menu board with beef burgera, chicken sandwiches ans chicken meals and everytime I go, theres no chicken anything, no salad, no this no that! Take it off the menu and stop wasting peoples time. Sometimes too they give you cold fries and you can taste the oil. Dave would be disappointed!

Used to be a really good place to eat but for the last year their standard has dropped dramatically. They no longer service breakfast, many peak hours they do not have numerous products or items to serve, even when you get your order, it missing cheese or bacon or something. Which can be really annoying when youve paid fully.

Missing several items to make a standard salad offered such as pecans, spicy chicken and pomegranate dressing.

Bought some home style chicken and fries the sandwich taste burnt and the same wit the fries its the second time this has happen dont buy from here.....bad food standard are low here

This franchise is struggling. They once offered some good fast food options but now, youd be lucky to get nuggets sometimes. Items on the.menu are often not available. Their salads are nice once you can get them with the right salad dressing. The spicy chicken sandwich is also pretty tasty and worth a try. They sometimes have chilli and its a decent portion and tastes good, not spicy.There is a drive thru at the location on Ariapita Avenue and the attendants are fairly efficient. Prices are average when compared with other fast food franchises like BK or Popeyes.

3 years ago it wouldve gotten 6 stars. Now its quality has dropped so drastically I have stopped my family from buying. We banned ourselves from buying. One disappointment after the other.

Overpriced for mediocre quality and small sizes. I can also never get what I actually go for. Especially the salads, chilli and breakfast burrito. Either change the menu or get the stuff your menu has and stop wasting peoples time.

Nice clean restaurant, friendly courteous staff. There isnt much parking though. The food is good and the portions are right, price is a bit on the steep side when compared to other fast food restaurants.

Every time I go to Wendy’s they never have the full menu!They seem to be constantly out of something, chicken, asiago , pecans- , chilli, They seem unable to get their act together

Pretty good in accessibility for drive thru and parking. The staff is generally on average courteous and helpful. They how ever have dont have all the menu options available and you dont know until you give your order. The service speed is average with a 15 mins wait time to order if the line is long with a 10 mins wait time to collect. The seating is spacious and comfortable. The washroom is not exactly up to standard for a franchise of this global reputation, feels like you Step into a hole in the wall washroom that was added as a after thought. The food quality is the same for all in the local chain.

No bag, No lids, No bacon but I still got what I wanted in a timely manner and the food was warm and tasty so I cant really complain but everyone else surely could seeing as 50% of the menu is not available for long periods of time. Would also be great if you offered proper bags and the Ice cream and Shake options that are on the menu.

Salad was great.... burgers were also very good. Tasted like homemade burger patties. Lil expensive though.

Went to the drive through. Service was really good, one of the only places I know that you pay at the first window and collect at another, very efficient. Only fault is that once you enter the drive in you cant exit from there.

Never have anything. They dont have sausages on a morning for breakfast. They dont have soft drinks sometimes they dont even have beef, fu real, your a burger place and dont have beef. But the burger does taste good when they have it tho.

Even though I had received my order in a timely manner I was majorly disappointed with the salad I had there. The tomato was cut in in large wedges (which I only got 3 ofand it also had blemishes. Not buying there ever again.

None breakfast food like burgers arent sold until 11am. The pancake platter did not have syrup available . 20 to 11 we coyldnr order regular or specialty burgers.

The food is good,but the Toilets! The toilets need to upgrade and clean often. The Coffee Stop section seems to be a liming place for employees which makes the atmosphere really unprofessional.

Went to get a burger only to be told there was no beef. A place famous for its burgers with no beef... The attendants were pleasant, though.

Take your pic of whether you get horrible service, cold food, the wrong order, theyre out of ingredients/meals, or all of the above. Theyve been doing better lately but not consistently enough to change by review just yet...getting there though.

Typical Wendys food, this particular branch has terrible parking and the drive-thru is quite narrow. But roof access to dine on is always nice.

I love Wendys food. But their management is poor! Many of the items on the menu are simply not available or out of stock consistently! Coffees served in regular styrofoam cups... Other items are served in unbranded bags... Its just deteriorating.

Horrible service. They never have sausage or hot drinks available for breakfast. When you get a chicken biscuit the chicken patty is burned and flavorless. This branch has spectacularly dropped in quality of service and products since they opened. When they were new everything was great but now its just useless and pointless. Avoid at all costs and go to Subway walking distance from here.

Use to love them... They are steadily going down hill... Location deteriorated, lessening on goods, never have coffee, or something (bacon, biscuits...however service is still ok. And i love the pancakes, when i get a good batch.

Inconsistent service. Most times theyre really nice but during the night shift there are the most horrible, inconsiderate staff on board. Its very frustrating dealing with them. And its more frustrating saying "Its after 6pm, I cant eat at Wendys without getting upset".

Food quality is good but they tend to be missing items on menu occasionally. Also, their menu boards needs updating as there are quite a few items listed that are no longer available.

Not always prompt and ready for long lines. Staff need to be reminded that a friendly service agent brings repeat customers. Came again today June 19, 2017 for breakfast . Guess what? No coffee. No juice. Only coke and water!!!

Love the taste of real beef. Though they give you bad attitude in the drive through. Dont believe me? Just ask for extra ketchup ....see the response....its like you are begging them...when trinis have a ketchup eating culture. I love the food in spite of this.

International chain stores are good at keeping a consistent product. You know exactly what you are going to get when you order.This store almost always has a short line. It moves slowly, but you tend to find that there are fewer than 10 people ahead of you.Parking is around the back, but it is limited.

Parking is difficult sometimes seeing as they crammed as much parking space in as little space. Great location though but frequently run out of items on the menu do to under stocking. Food tastes good and is nice and hot about 85% of the time .

Kinda slow drive through-could have been due to the time of day and the fact that they were changing shift personnel. There is no parking so cant comment on the walk-up service. CSRs were fairly good in terms of customer service.

Wendys for some reason your service is beginning to suck. Long waits in the driver through, no chicken, no pecans for salad but price still the same. Whats this surely you csn do better

I usually never eat fastfood, but one night I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the great service and the tasty food... wait, did I say "tasty"? I must have been famished : Seriously, the chicken sandwich was good.

Customer service at the Montrose Chaguanas location is horrible. I returned a few times only because they were the only option close to my school and the quality of food is good. But due to the bad customer service received in all my prior visits, I will no longer make Wendys a meal option. International HR needs to intervene and fix this problem asap, the team at this location needs retraining in customer service asap.
