Wendy's in Brockville

can’t get a simple order right, every single time i go. would give 0 stars if i could. don’t recommend unless you love getting your order wrong.

Good food and great service.

Incompetent people working the speaker and windows, last 3 times were complete right off ,with completely wrong drinks even confronted them about it and proceeded to say it was the drink we ordered and no option to fix the wrong drink, and missing food items, maybe a re-training will help with this?

They have a great selection of drinks and the restaurant was very clean.

I placed me order around 9:30 I understand they were closing but the manager needs to treat their employees nicely. .

We pulled up to the 2nd window in the drive-through and then were told to reverse back to the 1st to pay … we then were advised once we got back to the 2nd window again … that the grill wasn’t hot enough to cook a burger and it would be 2-3 minutes. Well about 10 minutes later, we went in and were then told that the grill wasn’t working. No offer of anything, but attitude. Terrible customer service! Maybe the manager should have been doing her job instead of smoking outside 🙄 never going back!

Friendly staff. Easily accessible wheel chair parking. A great variety besides hamburgers. I had a taco salad. Very fresh, plentiful, and tasty.

This location was very busy but the staff worked hard and got orders made.

Spent $9.09 on a salad. Arrived back at hotel, flipped salad bowl to shake. Salad is rotten. Called, manager was dismissive and offered refund. But, no replacement to be sent to hotel. No dinner tonight.

The older lady working behind the counter in the red shirt was incredibly rude and condescending to her high-school age coworkers. So disappointing to see as the young workers were just trying to do their jobs - seems as if she thinks she runs the place! I feel bad for the poor kids that work here - you can clearly see that her horrible attitude and mean-spirited behaviour makes this place a terrible place to work. This lady just proved to me again why none of my kids will work in fast food

This Wendys location has become our go to spot for fast food in Brockville. The food is consistently hot tasty and fresh. I can’t complain.

I like the choices for the sides. Anyone offers fries. But at Wendys you can get chilly, or a baked potato or a salad instead of fries. It is a nice change.

For a fast food place, expectstions may be lower than for other restaurants but the Brockville Wendys never fails to deliver on fresh food and exceptional service.

Too much mayonnaise on the burger. Fries were great. The coca-cola mixer is worth the visit alone. Can I get a like for peach sprite?! 🍑

Love the Southwest Avacado salad noms

This has been our "go-to" lunch for weekly trips to Brockville for a few years. Wait times for orders are very slow. We rarely get what we order. If if we ask for a correction, it still comes back wrong.

Fast food, but the staff are disorganized. Took 4 people and 2 transaction to get my order correct (not even special orders).

Good food. Quick service. Friendly staff. I would put 5 star except sometimes stuff is missing from the take out order. I usually get a salad. I have been given the wrong dressing and my fork has even been forgotten. I will continue to visit though.

Went here yesterday, ordered two chicken burger meals (one was regular and one was the asiago ranchboth with large fries. They gave me two asiago ranch chicken burgers and the fries were half empty... 30 dollars I spent there and they couldnt fill the fries or give me the right burgers.

Came for the breakfast. Was stuck in line for 5 minutes but I was able to get to the window at 10:25. They told me they just ended breakfast. I mentioned the sign outside said breakfast till 10:30 and she said we were too late. Disappointing.

I ordered 2 baconator breakfast this morning at 06:30 . The buns were supposed to be a cheese biscuit but they came with 2 plain hamburger buns. I dont know until I got home. It sucked.

Order a combo here , front counter women was rude , forgot my frys after she checked it wasnt busy as people were just standing around and no one there . Worst wendys in kignston.

This wendys location is always quick amd the best drive thru service in brockville....my food has always been hot. The new location is easy access and plenty of parking.

Nice Shiney restaurant. Very new and clean. The service was friendly and the food was fast. Imagine fast food at a fast food restaurant!

I don’t know what is going on with the staff at this wendys in particular but every single time I order something from here they always forget at least one thing. They have the worst customer service, never apologize or do anything for the inconvenience. And it happens all the time. Will no longer be going here

Always like to have a quick snack or meal at Wendys, the.food is always fresh and quality. I loved the fries is always freshly cooked. Salad is the best.

My mother and I spent over $40 there, got 3 meals and 3 fries, not even halfway done my fries, i found the longest darkest hair in my fries, now normally I would be thinking it’s mine or my mothers but my mother and I are both blonde… It’s just plain gross🤢

I was there yesterday very hungry to grab some food and their debit machine was down at that time. The staffs were so nice to give me food for free because of the situation, this is what i call the best customer service ever. Thank you guys. Much appreciated.

Stopped to grab lunch on our break about a week ago... will likely avoid in the future... it took the employee at the register almost 10 minutes just to come take our orders, and she forgot my cup for my drink... my coworkers order came incorrect, and it took us almost a half hour from when we came in to when we got to order and get our food. There seemed to be no organization, and everyone seemed to be jumping around doing different tasks instead of specific employees handling specific tasks. I probably just came on a bad day, so Im willing to update my review if I get a better experience the next time I come.

Appreciated their burgers. But I especially liked their willingness to come out and bring my daughters toys. They loved putting on the masks they got.

Dear Wendy,I must say that the food you serve has really gone downhill. Absolutely disgusting burger and fries I ordered, two bites from my burger and I almost puked. My medium fries were cold and half full. 21 fries in the box.FYI: You have really ignorant and rude staff working for you.Dave is probably rolling in his burger wrapper.

We went to the drive thru hoping to get fast food rather than going inside of the restaurant for quicker service. From start to finish the process.was about 12 mins. I thought that this was a very long process. The food order accuracy was good. Food tastes good. Server at window wasnt overly pleasant. Would likely go back if line up was shorter.

I ordered two frosty and asked them not to make them till I was at the pickup window because every time I order in the drive through they are more like a chocolate milk because they sit for 10 minutes or so by the time I get themOnce again they were melted so I askedTo have fresh one and they gave me back my old ones ...that was nice so I will never be back so dont offer me anything I wont come back some times people should be told who actually PAYE there wages .......worst service everGood luck ..........

Very nice Wendys and a friendly/efficient staff as well. The building is one of the nicer more updated looks, and is clean. While its summer still, make sure to get the deal on Frostys. Always available from my own experience

Been here twice in the last week. Once had the cheese and bacon baked potato which was good but not great. Last time was with a few friends helping me do a painting job and we had spicy chicken and other burgers with some fries and drinks and frosties. Everything was okay except they didnt put onions on one of the persons hamburger that wanted onions. I found the spicy chicken Burger spicy but needed more condiments.

got someones leftovers scrapped a so called taco salad. sauces and a chewed up chunk of chicken...go to burger king

The staff is really unprofessional.They charged me twice for a little amount of $7.90. The manager herself came to the window definitely did refund me the money but also told me specifically how to order at their store to make it easy for her employees.Excuse me, what?Now I have to learn a specific way how to order at every different store.Ohh come on guys.Never visiting again.Wendy’s Brockville sucks!

Wendys Was AmazingOrdered Daves single classic combo with no salt on the fries and a coke. While waiting at the pickup window I observed staff rotating stock? Cleaning the counter. Kind server brought my drink and informed md it will be a few minutes for the fresh fries. . . What made this even better was the coupons for 6.49$.

The food I do get is good, however they can not complete a full order by any means. Almost every time I go there. Weather it be through the drive through or through skip. They are always missing order items. Its ridiculous actually the amount of mess ups one order can have.Wendys is good. Brockville Wendys is trash.

Brought our little girl to the Perth Wendys location for her first Wendys experience. Fantastic welcoming staff including their new trainee. Piper ended up with two books, a toy ice dragon and some tasty chicken nuggets and lots of attention. A+ visit!

One of the fastest drive thru ever, 99% order accuracy, but drinks are half filled with ice (recommend no ice). Good customer service. You will rarely be disappointed here.

I went through the drive through at like 9:57 on Dec. 23 (not knowing they closed at 10 - otherwise I wouldnt have gone throughand felt really bad about it when I found out, but they were super nice and polite about it. Food was all good too.

After not being in Brockville for quite some time I will say it was odd to see the Wendys of my childhood in a different location just down the street, regardless of this its still the same old Wendys. The food is what you would expect from a typical Wendys, nice burger and wraps although the poutine couldve been given a tad more love but its fast food at the end of the day so taste is all that mattered. The only issue I really had was the fact that the drive thru windows seem unnecessarily high from a sedan perspective, but perfect for larger trucks and other vehicles. Overall I would say that if you have a Wendys craving like I did then hit this place up.

The service was exceptional. Friendly staff with a smile, helped me with my questions and was really nice all along. They even followed up in us to make sure our kid needs was met. Food was delicious and service was really fast too.

I ended up picking up drive through at Wendys but i realized my order was incorrect when i got home so I called to let them know and they happily gave me my order correctly for free by taking down my information. Very apologetic and accommodating thanks to Lia who was a great worker in double checking and confirming my order was perfect this time.

It literally smells like a barn as soon as you walk in the door. The ceiling was dripping water on the food trays they even admitted they knew about the water dripping and continued to set trays there anyways and the cashiers werent very respectful. However the food was good as usual.

Staff are friendly as can be. Food service is quick. Pricing is reasonable. Fountain drinks are watery, even with "no ice". Wraps are very skimpy ... 1/2 the chicken there used to be ... not much lettuce or cheese like there used to be ... and "no" ranch sauce, or if there was, it was too skimpy to see and taste. French fries are ... like any other frozen fries.Oh, and, the washroom smells "bad" !!

Stopped at the drive through, ordered a baconator and a son of a baconator, large fry and a med frosty. I drove a minute down the rd opened the frosty and it was melted. My burgers bacon was like rubber, and the fries were stale! This is not how wendys food should be! So disappointed!
