Wendy's in White Sulphur Springs

The food was really good, but what gave this place 5 stars was the counter guy. An older black man, he was super friendly. Had a nice chat while I was waiting for my wife. He brought our food quickly and accurately. A very pleasant difference from the usual fast food experience.

WITH 4 vehicles Behind you And 3 vehicles ahead of you STILL WAITING to give there orders!! SERIOUSLY BS!NEVER GOING TO LEWISBURG WENDYS AGAIN!! This location Caldwell, WV, just got my order all wrong. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. One was the artisan and the other, just regular grilled chicken. I ended up with 2 sandwiches that was a mixture of both original sandwiches. How does that happen?!

This is a great Wendys to go to. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Wonderful customer service always brings me back for lunchtime. Clean bathrooms and reasonable wait times keep the people moving and coming back.

We had two cold burgers but the fries were good or I would have given them a 1 star. Daves single should have been taken back but we were rushed and running late.

I couldnt get a grilled chicken sandwich across the street at McDonalds, so I found one here. Who knew? And much better too!

We had the new bacon, bourbon, onion rings burger. It was delicious.

Fries were soggy and cold with no salt or taste at all. The drive thru took longer than necessary. Asked for extra ketchup and salt and napkins and got 3 extra of each. We had 6 people. Not a great day for this Wendys.

Shorted me on my order. Wasnt really a big deal, but if I pay for 10 spicy nuggets, I dont want 8. Wasnt a mistake. Both orders had 8. On the plus side, the food was good.

This Wendys truly is nestled in Almost Heaven. The most beautiful setting for a fast food restaurant. The parking lot borders a shaded grassy knoll on the banks of Howard Creek. Right off I64. Good service, clean inside and out. Worth a stop! 2 outdoor seating tables. Dine in allowed, masks required. Parking lot big enough for a camper or RV.

Food is really good. Staff is friendly and food is prepared in a timely manner. Service is great all around.

Bathroom needed some attention. My Baconator was ok but my wifes Jr. only came with 1 piece of bacon. Fries seemed to be a little on the old side, no fruit and basically out of toys for the kids meals.

Gave my husband a sandwich with mayo when he asked for none. I am not fond of spicy chicken ranch salad as too much iceberg lettuce contrary to its picture

There was a long line at the the drive thru and the employer had told us that she was sorry that we had to wait and hour for our food because their employee did not want to come to work. Overall when we pulled away from the drive thru and started to eat our 4 for $4s all our food hot and ready to eat and everything was there that we ordered. Thank you for serving our food.

Has always been very clean, anytime Ive been there, usually fairly busy. Thew food has yet to disappoint me, they are far superior to McDonalds.

Delicious food and quick service! This Wendy’s is really close to 64 and a great place to stop and grab some food. When my wife stopped by last Sunday on our way home to VA from OH, we had a great experience. The reason for 4 stars is when we visited, they were only accepting cash payments. Luckily, we had the cash on us.

Service was great and quality of the food was excellent. Ill stop by there the next time Im in the area.

For a fast food chain it was about at good as it gets. Really friendly and the food was fresh. Very clean as well. Service was a little slow but they were very busy. Great stop on the way out of new river gorge where there really isnt many options for places to eat

I drove through the drive thru.Ordered Burger with lettuce tomato onion and mayo got the burger no onion FF no ketchup. Not very enjoyable since I didnt get what I ordered.

Best burger chain in my opinion. I mean the fresh beef matters alot. Also the burgers and sandwiches dont seem like they have a lot of salt witch is nice. Down load the app to save some bucks.

Good food but terrible service. I interrupted the cashier from texting to inform them the ketchup was out in the dinning room. They said "ok" and went right back to texting, failing to refill the ketchup before I left.

Mine was good burger a little bland but it was accurate quick and hot. But they did mess up on my husband s and gave him the wrong potato but it was okay we switched 😁

Ehh, its ok. Wendys baked potato with bacon and cheese and their chili at least not a dern burger,right? Clean and welcoming stop. Im tired of to-go food and burgers at Wendys is too greasy. Sorry Wendys, youre better than others to some. I prefer Roy Rogers for fast food. Chipotle and Panera bread are my favs!
