Wendy's in Providence

3 employees in the place. All of which do not know what theyre doing. Completely ignored the front counter, no acknowledgment for about 5 minutes. Freestyle machine is out of soda. Coke and sprite all watered down.Asked for a PLAIN hamburger. Plain apparently means EVERYTHING on it.

Was supposed to be open at 6:30 am but was not. Lady at window said machines not set up so couldn’t serve food.

Says doors open at 7am I work with a big truck that dont fit in drive thru and the denied my service and wouldnt open the door

Super polite service, fast. Good food, for what you expect at a Wendys. Made a mixed vanilla and chocolate Frosty for me.

I often take Bird baths in there bathroom and I am thankful for that.

Last 6 times I’ve ordered from this Wendys there’s always food missing and apparently they lack instruction following skills since they never seem to get the toppings right. Will never order from here again.

Hot and fresh as can be. Workers polite. Just what youd expect but always plseant when its at least warm!

Its aight, I mean cmon its Wendy. However, I do choose Wendys over any fast food, but the quality inat always up to par. The quality of taste is always there, but the quality in preparation is the problem. Cant say that once, I had fresh hot fries here and I live across the street. Always taking my children here. They do put the quality into their prep, I feel.

For once my Baconator fries were good

Service was slow, didnt give the sauce I asked for, no ice and hot soda. Meh

My first time back trying Wendys after many, many years. Disappointed about the changes to the chicken sandwich sauce and French fries.

-Fries carton-Never filled-Nuggets have white patch. Meaning not fully cooked.- Gave me a ripped $5 bill-Finally get my food. I say "Thank you. The young man just looks at me and hands me the food. Smh

I like Wendys...it good value, the Biggie Bags have a lot to them and you can upsize for $1. The rub is this location is very understaffed...went tonight, drive thru only, but there were youngsters in there doing their best so you have to let it go. Can be frustrating though when you want to just pick something up quickly and go.

Their value meal gives you three items plus a drink but the problem is you cant get all three items hot.

I went through drive through and it was as if i needed to have the order ready before i made it to see the drive though menu there was not suggestions, the order was not repeated to verify its correct and they only said drive up with out telling me how much Ill have to pay...The experience was awkward they did not seem like they cared for the individual picking up the food as if it was just another customer in a line. No proper communication and no manners. The food was as expected for fast sloppy food but things could be better. Good people working but treating customers i guess... okay... but not great things should improve.

Worst wendys in the state do not go there they cannot get a order correct if their life depended on it

Was very surprised when I went in and found out that even though their credit card readers have the electronic payment symbol on them Wendys doesnt take Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or any of them.

Customer service is lacking, Has a manager read my mobile order to me, tell me to wait in line, all while she took drive though orders.. My mobile order still just chilling there... Manager looked me in my face as she made the last bowl of chili for a drive through order. When i finally got to the counter, she told her employee shell take my order, and then proceeded to tell me that she gave the last bowl of chili away (remember she read my mobile order 5 minuets priorand she wasnt making any, and i couldnt get my rewards points for the item back.. This is on top of the store usually being dirty, there drink machines either not carbonating the soda correctly, not having the correct flavors in them for said sodas, or not cooling the soda properly either.

Customer service has been great lately, but it takes way to long to get your order.

Normally fine with little issue. Went today at 11:30 and see lights on which tells me they should be open. I sit in the drive-thru for 4 minutes with no one talking/acknowledging me sitting there.Go to the window and they motion for me to go away before finally opening the window. They just keep saying "Today were closed" until I hear the manager yell from the kitchen to "tell them were closed and lock the window."No signs indicating theyre closed or anything similar. They looked completely open probably not going back if thats how they close with no explanation

When it comes to ordering they take too long . Once they take your order they don’t say “ all set drive up” they stay quiet which is a problem that happend to me today! There’s this lady who I feel that doesn’t like her job who was at the cashier at 8pm today 03/11/22. She was talking to me like i made that mistake lmfaoo should thank god I didn’t tell her to go wipe her bum with that mouth. STAY HOME OR JUST QUIT IF YOU CANT TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY.

The line at drive through was long, my food was not how I ordered it and I thought the price high for fast food...but there was a sweet young woman at the window so I didnt drive back around to complain.

Very quick & courteous, but under supplied.I ordered a Baconator combo but they had no fries and no baconator bread, so they packed it all into a smaller bun ( for the same price ).When I approached the window to pay, they gave me back 3½ dollars in change because they had no dollar bills. It was a mess 🤦‍♂️

Well I went through the drive-thru it took so long for them to take my order and then my food wasnt even hot or fresh the sandwich just look like it was made together I had gotten a hamburger Deluxe and it was awful

Fast, friendly and quality service they offer the usual services as any Wendys with plenty of parking. They are open long hours. The drive thru is a little tight but manageable. The staff tries there best to keep it clean 🪥 given the local foot traffic that can be difficult because of the area. Its next to Rhode island 🏝️ hospital 🏥 and flames Jamaican food resteraunt. There is a great basketball 🏀 court behind the store in the neighborhood on public street Ive been playing there for a long time and going to this Wendys the same amount of time.

Employees were rude i asked for somethinf he said we dont do it we dont do it I drove of I never been so disrespected in my life. I wouldnt even give a 1 star

A very crowded place as it is near downtown Providence and the hospitals. Long lines inside and at the drive-thru. Your best bet is to order through the mobile app and just pick up at the counter. No ice was coming out from either Coke Freestyle machine. The mens room and restaurant were clean.

Very smart and organized kitchen, employees VERY NICE, ON THE BALL, AND FRIENDLY! FRESH AND DELICIOUS FOOD! I wish I was closer to this store, Id go more often.

WHY DOES IT SEEM, THAT WHENEVER YOU GO TO AN ESTABLISHMENT IN A NOT SO NICE AREA,, ( takes a longt )LONG TIME TO GET THE ORDER...ALWAYS GO TO BETTER AREAS TO GET BETTER SERVICE..I COULD HAVE MADE IT FASTER AT HOME.. The floor is so slippery. Your feet slide out from under you while you are walking. The tables and chairs were all sticky. Just absolutely filthy. And when they "washed" the floor they left puddles of water everywhere. The order taker got my potato wrong and the sandwiches were just thrown together with no effort. Sloppy. I shouldnt have to build my burger after it was made.

This Wendys location on Eddy Street was good. The service was fast and friendly. Potatoes were hot. Eggs were cold on my Bacon, Egg, and cheese biscuit. The hours are awesome, opening at 6:30 AM, closing at 4 AM. Had my sandwich been hot, this wouldve been a 5.

I spent 25 minutes inside the Wendys while the bumbling buffoons. Screwed my order up. Definitely not my idea of fast food. Although food was good.

This Wendy’s is a mess. Most of the staff looks like they just woke up and came to work without taking a shower. The food takes forever to come out. Does not seem like there’s too much teamwork going on either. Everyone was all over the place. I’ve never seen a fast food establishment be in such disarray. Dave Thomas is tossing in his grave.

Long lines daily dont bother going if your In a rush at 3am, your not the only one. So be prepared to wait. The Management Lady is super nice and works hard so shout out to them for keeping us all fed and drunk way past midnight.

Wendys is not what it used to be I mean I dont think any of us prefer fast food with the exception of maybe children. However I dont know what it is people that work there or just a quality of food that this serving is down but lately it seems to be the worst out of three e most popular at one time was my favorite at least.. ..

We came to this location after an extremely hard and busy day ! We placed our order with ease and the girl at the counter was very friendly smile and polite ! The food was hot and not room temperature and there was a simple mistake with our order and they were very happy to over correct the issue ! This is one of the best wendys Ive been to in a long time 😁

Worst service ever they mest up my order 2 time in a row never coming here again over charger me and the customer service is terrible

If you aren’t taking advantage or the app ordering ahead then your just wasting money. Normally I’d get 2 Jr. Bacons, a small fry and a value Diet Coke. That’s around 4-5$. If you use the app you can add “Offers”. Tonight I added an offer with my Mobil offer that got me a FREE Classic Chicken Sandwich (normally $4.79with a Mobil order, so I got a junior bacon at $2.04. But it gave me an option to make it a meal so I did. So instead of $2.04 for one burger I added a 4 piece nugget, medium fry and a small Diet Coke for a total of $4.79 😂. Plus I get them boo books cause they never expire for 1$. 2 junior frosty s is just shy of a medium frosty so do the math.So...Junior Bacon Cheese BurgerClassic Chicnen SandwichMedium Fry4 Piece NuggetValue Diet CokeFor $4.79...that enough for two people.Also recently placed an order for 11 boo books on Mobil app and I got here and they didn’t have any. The manager called me and said I can grab them at her other store. The books were for a party unfortunately we didn’t have cause of Covid.Thank you Wendy’s on Eddy!!!

The drive-thru line is very long. They either need to get more staff members. Or train the employees to quickly take orders and to keep the cars moving at a decent pace. Waiting 25 minutes in line is unacceptable.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but the last few times I went to this location, I had bad experiences. Food was cold, Buns not fresh order was never the way I ask. I specifically told the person who takes the order that I wanted light condiments. Every time I got my sandwich it was caked up with so much condiments that the bread was soggy and falling apart. Wasn’t even edible. I had to take the food back the last few time. That did it for me!! HORRIBLE!! I would never go back!!

The best slow but is Wendys system must change

The wait was decent, but the food made up for it completely. Their staff was very nice to my father and I. We enjoyed our visit very much, so much so I went back for seconds lmao. All in all I recommend this to you for a bite to eat, or even a simple snack at good pricing compared to McDonalds or Burger King.
