This location used to be fairly good, but the past couple years or so it has gone downhill. There is always a very long wait when I have gone regardless of time and usually something wrong with order. The last time was the final straw, I was charged $25 for someone elses order that left, the lead female on shift came over to the register worker who was kind to me and scolded him for charging the wrong order and proceeded to tell him to send me off and it was all set. I decided to check my bank account right away and it was not all set. I waited and said this charge needs to be fixed whilst I heard the lead say why is she still here? She then only decided to reimburse my money because I was still there waiting for it. She was going to allow me to be charged for an order that wasnt even mine and knew about it. Please be aware when at this location because they do not even offer a receipt, unless you ask I would assume.
I will start by saying the young lady who was working the dining room register, gets 5 stars from me. Not only was she handling the people inside, but door dash orders also. She kept apologizing to the customer in front of me, the couple and their kids behind me and also myself because the wait was ridiculous, could tell she was overwhelmed from lack of help (and in my opinion, she probably would have breezed right through the diner line if there was not a million employees standing around laughing and talking with eachother!. I felt awful for her, not only did her co-workers completely ignore her (she literally had to ask for fries 4 times for the customers order before mebut they also paid no mind to any of us in line waiting..... The Group yes GROUP of about 5 of them just continued talking amongst themselves, laughing and having a grand old time, standing at the fry station. I stood in line for a little over 20 minutes, and the entire time there was only 1 customer before me. Never saw a manager once, no one seemed to be in charge or care besides that one girl... Finally got my food.. to get home and open the bag to find a small fry, not even half full, and a junior bacon that had 1 small piece of bacon on it and looked anything but appetizing, I didnt even eat the thing!To see customers in line.. waiting,And a co-worker that needs help, and not 1 of the 5 people at the fry station did anything just go about a conversation and laughing away. Truly disgusted.I previously worked at Wendys in Ashtabula, Ohio, Ive never seen anything like it. I really just could not believe the situation, ( 5 people crowding a fry station, not paying attention, goofing around isnt safeFun and conversation at the work place, is fine ... But you wait until there are no customers, and especially none in the dining room! Your getting paid for a job .. do it
This location is always a horrible service experience. Didnt even order it was so bad.
6pm 11/8/22 my take out order experienceJr. bacon cheeseburger biggie box - no dipping sauce for nuggetsAsiago ranch classic chicken club - no bacon- used mayonnaise not ranch2 sour cream and chive baked potato - no sour cream - potatoes were hard as bricksSon of a baconator - completely missing from the order.I had to drive back there for my missing food, and didnt even get an apology. My personal food was then cold by the time I returned home. The coupon the clerk "helped" me use wasnt deducted. The receipt wasnt in my order either so I couldnt go back for the reimbursement.What a total fail!! Disappointed!!
Someone needs to take care of that place on Sunday’s after 5pm all the employees are kids no adult serious supervision they are pretty rude and to the online orders they don’t do it correctly always a mess!!!! And also they close the salon at 2pm! Seriously that place needs a good management at night specially on SUNDAYS
If there was a way to give a negative seven stars this would be it. They were very rude at the drive-in and slow did not say please or thank you give me a melted Frosty were too busy talking and the guy looked me in directly in my eyes when he hand me the Frosty and gave it to me in a familiar way which is also very rude and kind of smirked at me. Will never go here again good luck.
Absolutely disgusting and full of flies! Went in for a pick up order and was completely disgusted as I waited 25 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready-I got attacked by fruit flies and house flies. Do not eat here!
The food was mediocre at best. Fries were overdone and cold, chicken sandwich was undercooked. Very friendly cashier, though
Me and my wife get food for the family as our own “fast food Friday” treat. However for the past couple years there is always something wrong with the order, or items missing from the order. That is in no way in exaggeration of time. We go there because the meals are reasonably priced, however the service is extremely lackluster. I’m not sure if this is in proper management, or not caring but it has a long sense gotten old. I called today to bring up my concern about another incorrect order, and I was told to come into the store from now on so that I can make sure they’re doing the job correctly.
They havent had chocolate frostys in weeks.
The manager looked professional, we knew who she was before I asked! The ladies restroom was so clean, I had to mentioned it to her! She was working along with her staff, not micromanaging them! She did something I have not seen a manager do before! She washed down a wall that needed to be cleaned! I like Wendys food. Yes, I will go again. I had to give commendation where it was earned!
Always something happens at this place. I know the workers are trying hard but it happens all the time.
Waited for 20 minutes. Got to watch several rats run around the back while waiting.Update: they forgot my kids toy and juice
I love this Wendys! But... they tend to mess up orders often. Once I had three issues with one order. They are very nice though and always fix the issue. Great food, great workers. If you order something with bacon dont expect any thing other than bacon bits or sad portions of bacon, ie one half strip on a BACON Jr cheeseburger! Edit: order accuracy is better but drive thru wait times after 6 pm often exceed 15 minutes
Late night drive through was a joke, bacon attraction was bland and flavorless, grilled chicken was a petrified brick, no condiments, one tiny slice of tomato.
I ordered a double stack $5 biggie bag what I was given was a single cheeseburger. This isnt even the first time that this happens. Maybe if the girl drive through was actually paying attention to her job instead of flirting with the freaking guy thats supposed to be working the line I would have got my order right but nope I was given somebodys old cheeseburger that been sitting around dry and stale.
This facility just stole from me. My order was incomplete. On top of that I was made fun of that I’m handicapped. Which is why I ordered delivery. As heard by everyone in my room. I was told that for only one sandwich they don’t care. Do not order from here or go here.
My hamburger was almost raw. It turned me off to the restaurant.
This Wendy’s is nothing but a big trash can with trash in it!! And the people who go to it are just as bad!!

Service has 100% gone down hill in the last 6months. Use to get my food correctly and hot, now food is cold, not what I ordered, frosty machine is always down (after buying the keychain and a couple booklets). This is going inside and drive threw! The “kids & adults” are in there playing around, throwing food at each other, and high (you can smell it over the grease, or watch them smoke in the back of the building, don’t care what you do but make my food rite please)
Better than the other guys. $5 bag is a good deal imo
I don’t know how many times I have been here to use my coupon booklet that I PAID FOR to get Frosty’s for my kids, but yet since these booklets have been for sale, then machine is down. Pretty convenient if you ask me. Let me guess the machine will be up and running August 1st the day after the coupons expire? I don’t care if I paid a $1 PER BOOKLET (cause I got one for each of my kidsI want a refund this way I never have to go back.
Went there order some baconator fries the cheese was not melted also order some nuggets and the nuggets were hard and cold and on top of everything there was a piece of hair inside my baconator fries
The grilled chicken sandwich is personally my favorite as its not as greasy as the other options. Their fries are more fresh, than before. I used to love McDonalds fries, but now the quality of Wendys tops it up. Great job! 👍
Honestly the only reason I go here is if I want a salad. I get the ceasar salad and a natural lemonade. Make sure to grab a water bottle too as the lemonade is sometimes too strong.
If it were possible to give a negative star review I would be putting that instead every time I go here they mess up my order even after I go back to have it corrected they still mess it up somehow. Next visit Ill have to just go make my own food probably the only way ill get what Im asking for
Ordered delivery from Wendys on Eddie Dowling Highway on 4/4/2022. The burgers were dry and half hanging of the bun. The bacon on the sandwich was overcooked. The baked potato looked like it was sitting for a time before I luckily was the recipient. I ordered chocolate chip cookies that bordered on burnt and tasted funny. The only thing I ordered that was good was the chocolate frosty. I am not going to order again anytime soon.
Look I really prefer their burgers over others, however this location does not change frying oil giving the fries a bitter taste.
Food was hot and fresh staff were ok, made me wait 3mins at dt speaker before taking my order. Seems like taking one car at a time start to finish. I went during evening hours between 8p and 9p
The quality of food and service in the evening has gone down hill extensively. Bought 4 key tags for frostys and at 7 pm the dont have frostys. Received a gift card that I wont even waste here last 3 times going her was a complete let down.

There was a line of customers, drive thru worker taking 10+ minutes to answer an order then leaving right after saying "can i take your order". I pull up to the window and the workers are throwing food, telling jokes, ignoring the food stations, not even prepping bags, etc. no wonder it took forever. The cashier or whatever was the only one doing everything and was actually nice about it all.
Best Wendy’s experience, The workers are super nice, our food is given to us within a reasonable time, the food is always on point and they never mess up the order 10 out of 10 would eat here again 😋
For two times now, I haven’t been able to kill a crave as their card reader is never working. On top of that, they ask for EXACT change when paying with cash. Beyond ridiculous if you ask me.
Bottom tier drive thru service. Every time I go there after 10 at night they have a line of cars just sitting there while they stand around and talk. Once you get to the window, they make you sit there and wait longer before even taking your order. Then when you pull up to the window they forget half the order. Probably spending too much time outside getting high or drunk.
Great service, and correct order. The person working the windows was courteous and accurate with our order even though the drive-thru had cars stacked up due to Wendys being one of the few choices for late fast food.
Everytime I come to this wendys something in my order is messed up. Never get the spicy chicken in my salads like I ask. Today they forgot my 10 piece spicy nugget and when my boyfriend went it to tell them they forgot it they gave him a 10 piece regular nugget and we did not realize till we got home. When I tried to call the store to complain no one answered.
This a better then normal Wendys experience. Nothing like the awful ones in Warwick. The woman at the counter was super sweet and thats important now due to the fact that every fast food employee has an attitude on at all times now a days. Not here. This woman was very nice and I enjoyed my experience. The food was good. And the establishment was clean. Nice job Wendys!!
The food was fine, and made correctly. This restaurant was very warm inside. We went to the Coke Freestyle machine to find no ice and half the products were out. Poured our drinks only to find they were warm. Have you ever had warm soda? Yuck. We went to the counter and were able to get our cups filled. Went back up later for refills, only to find out they just ran out of coke. How do you run out of Coke? Asked for Sprite, nope. Asked for Root Beer, nope. I asked what they did have, and the answer was anything diet. No thanks. I would have mentioned all this info to a manager, but I didnt see one anywhere. Much room for improvement at this establishment.
My bacon double was bloody and obviously soggy. It’s fast yes not get me sick food. I’ve call the restaurant directly 3 times for at least 3 min ringing no one answered. I didn’t want to tell them anything but letting them know so they may properly train their person. Oh well! Welp now you get the review. It wasn’t a small order either luckily they wanted nuggets.
Awful customer service. I have a really simple order. Just 2 jr. cheeseburgers. The only ketchup legit nothing else. And everytime i get bacon on it. What if i was allergic or it was against my religion. I mean you’re job is to literally listen to the customer to receive an order. And they cant even do that. Awful.
Ridiculous!!! Don’t waste your time at this Wendy’s because you will be stuck in the drive thru line, you will get rude service and good luck getting the right food and start praying it will be at least warm. Also told me it would be ten minutes for a receipt ! Last week didn’t even get ice in the drinks!!! This week no Dr Pepper ! They obviously aren’t interested in keeping my business as they don’t pick up the phone when you call!
I don’t eat here often due to the fact the food has always been inconsistent. I went the other day because I really wanted a frosty....got a burger and fries too. Thinking maybe it was a fluke last couple of times. Well I probably won’t go back. Fries were very hard and cold and unsalted 🤮 the single cheeseburger was soggy and also cold. The frosty was good however. Guess I shoulda just stuck with the reason I went in the first place.
Check your bags before you leave the drive-thru because there is a 95% chance they messed up your order and stiffed you on sandwiches, or gave you all the wrong things. Never once have we gone to this location and had an order fulfilled correctly, its almost always missing sandwiches. ALWAYS make sure they got your order correct. Communication is terrible or nonexistent between employees.
Wish I took pictures. Food was yummy. Had a Daves classic, pub fries, and spicy chicken nuggets. Hot, fresh, and did not have to wait long. Its nice they still offer indoor dining too. The restaurant was clean and attendant was friendly and courteous.
I worked for wendys for over 5 years and I finally got to order from the wendys near my house tonight on my way home after a LONG drive from the hospital and Im absolutely disgusted... I got not even a half box of a large fry with old fries that have been sitting a LONG time way past 5 minutes which is the amount of time they are ONLY allowed to sit then be thrown out!Not warm not hot not fresh cold and disgusting.The customer service is a clueless team tonight with zero social skills or communication skills with their clients.Will never be returning.
