Wendy's in Bridgeton

OK just half the employees are rude and disrespectful

They gave me the wrong order and I told him it was wrong and he sent me back and said you have to stand in line and order again so I have to pay again and take the wrong order? too bad

This place has horrible customer service and is so slow with getting the food prepared and served. I received my order and it was missing two things and my one sandwich was wrong. The place was dirty and the workers were not kind at all. This is an awful Wendy’s and when the lines started to form the manager was doing nothing but standing around. The girl taking the orders was uncoordinated and did not know what she was doing either.

Refused to make my food I ordered and had already paid for on Grubhub because they said “we’re to busy” work on your customer service

Quality of fries have improved. Service seemed to have improved. Food has been serve hot lately esp, during lunch time 11:00am to 1:00pm. Speed at the window lags.

The worst Wendy’s ever…..employees outside smoking weed working with no mask or gloves…..cursing every other order. Employees on phone while customer’s waiting. Ridiculous

Order Door Dash, only sent half the food. Door dash said its Wendys problem, Wendys said no refund and can not send rest of order out. Food received was cold, and 1 drink was wrong. Just another place that has fallen into the toilet. Zero stars if I could.

The worse ever, you will wait in line for 45 minutes, I’ll never go back to Wendy’s again, it don’t make no sense, the workers just walk around doing nothing, like where is my order, I’ve been here almost a hour for two burgers, pearl street Bridgeton Wendy’s, I wish I could put a thumbs down button

Wendys food is the best fast food joint ever to get real burger taste. And the fries are always hot, crisp and fresh!

This Wendy’s location needs to do better with their employees. I have to wait like 20 mins just to have my order completely wrong. They’re always playing and not working. I get a drop of ketchup in my burger and my cheese isn’t even somewhat melted. Quit hiring children.

By far the worst Wendys in Cumberland county and I have been to a few different ones first off they got our order wrong then they gave us the wrong sandwiches I went back they gave use the wrong sandwiches again gave them one last chance so I went back then they gave us the right food in a smaller size and with ingredients that I specific told them not to put on do to allergies and still put it on my food and this happen everytime I go at night SOO YES IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY THAT I HAD TO THROW AWAY and they night crew needs some new supervision NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND NO THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW THIS IS 100% REAL...

Long line and wait and got my order wrong but the people are very nice and will help correct your issues without any problems

I gave this particular Wendys, which is across from McDonalds, a 3 star rating because not only is the (new friessupposed to be hot and awesome like there dedicated to 😏 there not most of the time. Plus Im not waiting in a line wrapped around yhe building again to get stuff fixed. Also the 3 stars are because, I get the same meal everytime. I got the app to get rewards. 90% of the time I go their code reader for my app doesnt work. Which the girl (that was new mind youdid EVERYTHING and was trying to get SOMEONE ANYONE to come help her, which only 1 person even responded. When they ALL HAVE HEAD SETS!!! it was a relief when the other girl took a moment to teach her. So so nice. Such a shame the other members treated her with no regard. So I go to the other one by shop rite now.

Almost always speedy and accurate drive thru. Fresher food choices and variety desserts & drinks. I feel its better than some of the competitors in freshness, whole foods, and service.

Lately no matter what wendys I go too the lines are mad long and the food is horrible but one positive thing I can say is the staff is always friendly and professional

The service was horrible. They could not get my order right and still forgot a drink. One example was that I ordered a tacco salad. They handed me a bag with the chili and salsa. Had to tell them 3 times that they needed to give me the salad part. They couldnt get the drinks right either.

Food was hot and awesome. Quick service, friendly staff and got exactly what I ordered on special orders.

If I could give it a no star I would. Unprofessional. Need to fire everyone there. Childish. Not only do they mess up orders but they play and jk around.

They were super slammed in the drive thru and the food really wasnt the freshest...maybe Ill try again another day.

I picked up a grub hub order for a customer. The customer ordered 2 vanilla frosty and Wendys gave 2 chocolate frosty. I went back to the window for a second time after another extremely long wait to get the order fixed. The lady at the window had an arrogant attitude and said that they give chocolate when vanilla is not available. The customer was upset and her ignorant attitude was un acceptable

they are way better than the mcdonalds across the street. quality fast food and friendly customer service. they never messed up my drive through order yet

It should be simple when ordering a sour cream and chive potato, to have the sour cream and butter in the bag. I hate the drive thru because they always mess up. If I wanted a dang plain potato, I would have ordered it that way. Service is horrible!

Today Dic /15/20 iwas there i make a order #1 and when i was at the window to pay i tell them that i dont like mayonnaise ges what they just wipe part of it. I have a question with this Coronavirus going around Arent we allowed to go into the wendysRestuarant because I all I saw were cars pullingIn the drive thru and no one else is going in the restuarant and ordering take out !

Wendys breakfast is really good. That os my new breakfast stop because the employees at this Wendys in Bridgeton are wearing gloves and appear very clean. Kudos guys!!

The new breakfast menu is surprisingly good. I tried the breakfast Baconator, and was pleased with the balance of flavors against the egg. The potatoes were just peppered enough, and more like home fries than the typical fast food hash browns. The butterry honey biscuit was exactly that without much mess. My wife had a more traditional sausage-egg-and-cheese sandwich and enjoyed it without catsup or syrup. Overall, thumbs up, with hopes that the menu makes it.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, some plain because of food allergy. Got home and all 3 sandwiches were wrong. I can see one having an issue, but all 3 ?!?!? I should have pulled over and checked when i got outta the drive through. Waste of $20.

they just hired a new worker who’s a woman and she was absolutely rude to me. i asked her for a medium sized cup and she gave me a small when i told her she threw me the cup. also she gave me a whole attitude when i ask for ketchup in my bag. she should be fired

The food was really good. We were able to drive thru without any problems. The staff was helpful, friendly and fast.

Worst Wendys ever went to. There is something fishy being done by employees here.They are cheating customers on quality and quantity. Management needs to be fired and replaced by properly trained Managers. Wont go back until its turned around. No large cups. Charged for medium gave us small cup. Told thats what you get!!! Calling corporate customer service department.

Business as usual. Drive thru was fast, accurate and food was hot. But w no utensils, napkins or condiments for our food spoiled the moment. #double check

Heard about the Cod fish sandwich at work and went right after work. They made it fresh and it was awesome. The sauce was a wonderful light texture variation of tartar sauce, delicious! Unlike McDonalds in several ways, fish in every bite! And, simply FRESH appearance and tasting!

People that work here are rude and ghetto. There were no clean tables. I do not recommend this place. Its ghetto and there are a bunch of bums hanging out. Not professional, very personal staff. They talk about the customers right in front of them. One of the workers was drunk last time I was in there. Foods ok but customer service is terrible. And they are not hygenic when making your burgers.

Ordered wendys and I had hoped for it to be good, but the taste of the sándwich was a but off and customer service was a 2.5 out of 10. Suggest you go to Burger King if looking for fast and good burger, or red robin.

You can now order food online or thru an app & have it delivered right to your house! Great service for those without transportation. I used the Doordash app.

I like Wendys but everytime I go to this one it seems the patties have been sitting out a while or the buns are stale. If I go to the Mantua Wendys the food is much better.

This was a while ago but I will not forget it. I ordered a 4 for 4 with some type of burger. The burger was pink and cold in the middle. I took it back up to the counter. They did not acknowledge their mistake, no apology nothing. I really couldve gotten sick off of that. I did call Corporate. The franchise owner sent me a ticket for a comp meal and I have returned since then with no issues.

When after midnight was off the dollar menu. A double stack cheeseburger and it was the nastiest burger from Wendys I ever had with bun will stay out the meat must have been sitting out since lunch time I couldnt even finish it one bite and I had to spit it out. (true story)

I visited here on my lunch break on the first day of my new job. The place was clean, the service was great, and I felt so relaxed. My favorite part was the music playing. A lot of stuff from 80s and 90s. Loved it.

Slooow workers who don’t care. Said it be a 6 mintue wait through drive through and waited 15 mintues for a freaking potatoe!!! If I didn’t already pay I would of left. Had to go in and get it! She did give us a cookie for “forgetting”

They usually get your orders correct the inside is clean but it takes a really long time to get through the drive through. Idk if this place is understaffed or just really busy all the time. Ive waited in that drive through for at least 30 mins before.

Wendys is consistantly, a good quality fastfood joint in our downtown Bridgeton, NJ. The youngman who is a fairly new manager went over and above tonite to make up an order from a previous visit that was wrong, thanks again for making good on your promise to me a regular, several times a week customer Mike.

Service is always pretty fast here. My order has always been correct. Only marking it down a star because there have been times where my fries or sandwiches didnt taste the freshest or hottest that they could have. But overall, pretty good.

One star is more than they deserve. My smoky mushroom sandwich had only 3 teeny mushroom slices and barely any crispy onions. Driest thing I ever choked down. Would not have known any mushrooms were on it at all if I hadnt taken too off to look. Also the soda machine is always broken, they run out of large cups or its always somrthing. Tonight one of the doors was broken and had to walk all the way around building. Just dont go! Receipt number 1179 this evening if management even cares.

Receipt # 2096.Food quality and service are usually good, including tonite. Counter person (a young manwas polite and helpful despite training on the register and dealing with a customer who made an excessive demand. I was impressed with his patience and calm approach.
