Wendy's in Portland

Very yummy but the portions seem so much more smaller portions which American people over erndulge already so Im sure were being guided into a better way of eating. . Still its greasy yummy goodness

Constantly short of staff. Dining room needs to be open. Its a restaurant with no dining room.

The food is excellent. Couldnt dine in for some reason. Had drive thru only.

The worst customer service mainly because the lead manager was so busy yelling and the employees that obviously had the most experience for things that where out of there control it was so bad that another customer complained about it from what it looked like it looked like verbal abuse

Quick food, still decent food despite inflation and AMAZING sugar cookies. I get two and eat them for three days. Theyre 3.5/ 4" in diameter.

I was so unhappy. I spent almost $40 in the drive through, and asked for special things added and taken off of burgers. What I received was every thing I didnt want, nothing I wanted, and unsatisfactory customer service.

Manager and staff were in a super rush, hurrying you through the drive thru, theyre rude EVERY TIME WE GO!! GOT OUR ORDER WRONG AND TOLD US TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE MANAGER TOMORROW. ALSO WOULDN"T SHOW US HOW TO USE THE OFFER IN THE WENDYS APP!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST WENDY"S IF NOT THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Got my order wrong twice. The guy I’m assuming is the manger CLEARLY doesn’t care about his job. Smh

The manager when I ate here was no nonsense and kept things running well. I got my order quickly and it was well made. Good prices, good food, good staff.

By not opening the lobby they save themselves 20 minutes of cleaning at night but cost every customer an extra ten minutes of time spent idling with our tailends out in traffic. How many gallons of gas and man hours per day does this policy waste?Not worth it.

I like the service Daniel the manager was very nice and helpful the food wasnt that great though could have been better.

They gave me my food super fast I was so surprised I almost choked and peed my pants. This place looks sketchy but is so fun I love it. Their food tastes just like wendys its so good omg. I also got 0 brain freezes from the frosties😱. I recomend this place guys its so coool omgggg.💖🥰😣😣

I I enjoy how Wendys have prices available for anyone low, they have money specials that does not go away after a week or so like other fast foods. My favorite four for four and the big five when Im not looking to eat a lot. The burgers always taste the same and I always go back.

I waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru. Other then that it was fine. The worker was very nice and apologized for the wait.

Its a Wendys. What else can I say? I ordered online, and picked up in the drive thru. Food was made well, and was filling.

Breakfast is actually good. Hot honey chicken biscuit & SEC croissant are delicious!

Good food. The dining room seemed a little dirty considering they were very slow, and service time was a bit slow for a quick serve restaurant. Friendly and smiling staff.

If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. It’s definitely not the Uber eats fault either. I’m not sure who is running this ghetto sad excuse of a Wendy’s but your line cooks need to figure it out. The audacity of this burger speaks volumes. Don’t even add “lettuce” or “sauce” at this point. 0/10 worst experience I’ve ever had. I hope you guys go out of business. Just ordered a Jr. Bacon and some nuggets today from this particular location.I dont normally write reviews but I found multiple hairs that looked like puves in my nugget container. Threw the whole bag away.Never eating there again.Oh this was between 1:00 & 1:30pm03/18/22 if the owner of this establishment is reading. The person who took my order was male.

Real good drive thru service. French fries were hot but spicy chicken nuggets were warm, otherwise I would have gaven them 5 stars.

About what you would expect from a fast food joint, but the crew was friendly. Still after all this time they still havent updated to a modern fountain pop setup. So if you are diabetic; forget the zero sugar pop selection.

Honestly I have always loved Wendy’s. It reminds me of being a kid. I love their nuggets and fries. If you like honey mustard there’s is quite delicious! And of course you can’t go wrong with a frosty! Yummy 😋

They are always very nice and quick and best of all... The order is always correct. And I mean dipping a french fry into a chocolate Frosty is so delicious. Too bad they no longer have a Wendys in Newport anymore.... But the people here are awesome

Everytime I go to this location they manage to mess up either part of my order, or the whole thing. Ive had them forget the sauce for the nuggets, give me the wrong order of nuggets, give me a different flavor of drink than what I ordered, or charged me for a large water when I asked for a small dr.pepper. honestly the only thing that even brings me back here is that its the only place with decent chicken nuggets and the cashier is usually really nice and understanding when I tell them my order got messed up.

Standard Wendy’s. Good fast food. They’re giving pretty much full service dining/drive three options during Covid while other joints in the area tend to be severely limited.

On 12/30/21 the drive through was closing at 6pm. We drove up to the window at 5:55pm and asked if we could still order & they said yes! Our order was quickly given to us

When will you make walk-ins available? I work odd hours and I don’t know when I can order ahead unless my work load is finished. It would be ideal to make order w/o having to have my POV with me or order through the mobile app or DoorDash since delivery times may vary and my lunch break will be up. On some days I can bring my own food except certain days like today I didn’t pack anything. Make walk-ins available

I dont have car so I ordered online 30mins before I walk there to pick up. After I told my name and my online order, the short Mexican lady with long hair who work inside tell me to go line up at drive through with the other cars. Its cold, rain and very long wait outside. I decide to walk back home and come back later. Then I met with a guy, he told me to go wait at door on the side. I dont have to go line up with other car. Now I know what that lady told me to do doesnt make sense. She just wanted to torture customer when she get a chance.

Couple down sides. One is location. People were honking horns because people were blocking the flow of traffic to get into the drive thru. I am sure when the restaurant is open it is better. The second is no freestyle drinks. Service was good and food was delicious.

~ Shift Lead or "Manager" Eric has extreme control issues like many Fast Food Managers and Security Guards who feel like they lack control of their own lives, so they try to feel powerful and in control at work.~ I drove up for a Door Dash order that should have already been ready before I got there, as usual, plus I picked up another order before getting there so they had plenty of time. When I got to the intercom Eric seemed to be unable to hear me, so I drove to the window...for some reason fast food workers dont like that. So he insisted I park and wait for the order because he had other orders to hand out behind me, but how could he make their orders in 5 seconds after me but needed 15 more minutes to make mine?~ After he finally admitted he wanted to make me wait on purpose to get revenge because he felt like I had an attitude, when it was in fact him who had one, I decided to just cancel the order and move on with my life. I should have just blocked the drive through until he made the order or called the cops, but I didnt want to be petty like him. Im an actual adult.

Go here for lunch at work about 3 times a week. Its your average Wendys, the drive through goes by really fast but at the cost that they never get your order right. Im always missing my sauce, or my burger with no mayo has mayo on it. So dont expect anything great its average but theyll get you some lunch without making you late. If you do end up with your order wrong they are always more than happy to make it right just takes more time out of your day. Overall for whats around this is my go to for lunch at work

This review is not about Wendys in general, rather this specific location. We went through the drive-thru and its as if we werent even there. They said the bare minimum amount of words to us to get our order, and not a single word when we apologized for being confused at the ordering window. Not even an acknowledgement of our "thank you" after we received our food. Total. Absolute. Silence. We were completely disregarded and it was absolutely astonishing how abhorrent this places customer service was, to the point where I was laughing about it, not even being that upset, but rather surprised, and quite honestly I cant quite find the right word for how absolutely terrible the workers here are. I will not be going back to this specific location, but I hope there is another where the people there are actually capable of using their words instead of cold silence to communicate. I understand fast food is a notoriously dehumanizing and underpaid job, but the least they could have said was a fake "Youre welcome" when we said thank you. Genuinely in shock. If you enjoy being treated like a human being, and as if youre actually present at that location rather than not, I strongly urge you to go somewhere else, anywhere else.

We normally eat fresh food at home, but when we eat fast food, we prefer Wendys ingredients are fresh, meat is well cooked, fries are crunchy and tasty. The pub buns and sweet bacon with onion rings are an awesome combination. Portions are enough to satisfy and they have good deserts also.

😖☹️I waited for 3 minutes in drive through and no one responded to the car or me over the speaker. I was blocked in so, I decided to drive forward. Figuring they could help me at the window. Maybe their speaker was broken so when I get to the window she tells me Im going to have to go all the way back around if I want to order food and that she wasnt going to take my order at the window. Even though I had just waited 23 minutes to get to that point part of the drive-thru she was very rude and it was not appreciated. I dont understand why I was treated so rudely. And I dont know why I wasnt acknowledged at the speaker, and it happened to more than just me. The person behind me also couldnt get anybody on the speaker either

I work nearby and I take my lunch at 10 a.m. every morning and thats when Wendys opens up. They are always really punctual with opening the doors right at 10 with the exception of a few times but its okay they always get the door for me right after they are done doing whatever it is that they need to do and I always get great service here and its always the best food. And yeah I could go to McDonalds since its closer to my work and probably cheaper but I would much rather go to this Wendys because of the way they treat me compared to McDonalds, and Ive never had a problem with them taking any of my coupons and I cant see the same thing for any other fast food place, so thank you guys for your service, cleanest bathrooms and your great food!😍🍔🍟🥤🥗🍽️🔪🔥🔥🔥☄️☄️☄️🥇🏆👑💎💣🅰️🚹🚺🚻🆒☮️

The lobby in this place is absolutely disgusting. (The pictures dont do the mess justiceI understand fast food can get busy but its 8:30 pm on a sunday. 2 other people in the lobby. I have witnessed multiple employees eating and drinking behind the counter. A woman is literally chewing while taking an order. 😮The food was ok. Fries were fresh but the new chicken strips were half the size i expected. Not sure if theyre at the bottom of the bag or if theyre supposed to be the size of chicken nuggets? 😂 If i ever need to stop and feed my kids again ill go across the street to Mcdonalds.
