Wendy's in Galveston

Had Wendys delivered. Only a few mins away but coffee was stone cold, even the delivery guy apologised as that was how it was given to him. The chicken nuggets were cold and the burger was barely warm.

Its a Wendys. Food was fine. Nice location.

Food was just ok, bugs flying around the ketchup dispenser and you cant refill your own drink but it wasnt crowed inside.

Never go here for curb side. They gave the wrong customer my order away without confirming the identity, so I had to wait 40 minutes to get my order again. Whenever I got my order, the manager or the workers did not apologize and did not care about their mistake. Worst experience I had for a fast food restaurant.

Had not had a Frosty in quite some time. Ordered the chocolate one. It just did not have much of a chocolate flavor at all. Nothing like I remembered. Service was quick and the counter lady was very polite.

The manager is really rude to anyone who looks like they might be homeless, definitely not the place to go to for free water in the Summer, but who could beat these prices? The employees are all very nice and the food is always hot fresh and so good.

They sell breakfast in the morning, but wont open the dining room🙄. WITH THAT AWESOME VIEW OF THE BEACH ⛱️

The staff was friendly and the food was ok but, the building is showing its age with what appeared to be leaks( puddles on the floor in the dining areafrom the rain we are finally getting and the mens bathroom floors were very, very slippery. The finishes both on the inside and outside are really showing their age including the tables. Would I stop in again? Only if I had to.

Was coming from the beach was going to run in but they had a sign up it said no shirt no service well you are literally on the beach and while I will admit that its not professional to have people sitting around in your fast food restaurant with no shirts on go back to the fact that you are located on the beach anyway Im still giving five stars I just pulled around to the drive-thru on my rented golf cart and they gladly served me the food was good it was hot the service was great.

Food was good, but Next time I’ll order the guy with tattoos he looks yummy too 🤤

sat there for a long time and no one ended up taking my order never got a “one minute” or anything just silence and the restaurant was just gross

Food was fair. Wendys we ate at in Arkansas yesterday was much better.

The people did ok, but the specialty burgers have shrunk over the years. I have stayed away from Wendys for many years because the ones near me are dirty. Now Ill stay away from all of them.

Waited in the drive thru for over an hour, maybe 8 cars ahead of us. Got to the window waited again for 10 or 15 minutes. There where 3 employees standing around goofing off and laughing having a good Ole time while we waited. It was 2 ladies and a guy. Very disappointed in the service. And not to mention the food was cold.

Waiting time just to order was disastrous, it took a total time of 20 minutes just to order, and thats being generous considering that most of the cars infront of me decided to leave. The employees had no sense of urgency and where very forgetful about everyones orders, I saw 3 people go back to this establishment and all three times they came back with different bags. Management needs to be more strict especially if they in are in a active and touristy area

Ordered a mobile order in the app and waited in the parking spot for my order. After 30 minutes I called in to find out where my order was. The guy on the phone didnt have a clue what was going on and kept calling me by the wrong name. When I told him my name again he said oh okay I have it. When I mentioned I was in the mobile spot he asked me why I was out there. Finally my food came out, it was cold and my frosty was totally melted. The guy handed me my food in a hurry and stomped off. Worst service ever. Wont be going back to this location.

Didnt get our order right. Very slow service. But what food we settled with was good.

We went Saturday 7/9/22 3:45pm and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what to suggest for us and what we wanted.

Everything was good however we ordered 2 strawberry frosties & received 2 chocolate frosties 😒

I really hate these restaurants that open up near popular attractions. They find everyday possible to nickel and some you.Paid extra for a lemonade then cant get Refill on lemonade.Cant get a large cup for water even after spending $40 and not being able to get a refill on tea.Nuggets were not fresh. If you like chewy nuggets, this is your place. Lesson learned. Will not go back.

This was the worst customer service out of every Wendys I have ever been to. She was more worried about flirting with other customers than taking care of the ones ordering.

Clean place for a fast food restaurant. Love their strawberry ice cream!

We went there about 7:30 P.M and there was a couple people ahead of us, nothing crazy. We waited about 20 minutes before we could place an order. While we were waiting several of the employees were chit chatting at the register instead of helping customers. We finally got our food, which was good, they actually had the strawberry frosty and frosty-chinno. However, the restaurant was filthy with food all over the floor and a lot of the tables were dirty. I asked for a try to carry the food and drinks to the table and got told that they didnt have any clean trays so I had to carry four drinks and food.

Food was good but had 40 minute wait in line.

The food was fresh. The staff was so nice and polite. Will be going back soon!

We stopped here on our way from hanging out on the beach (it was opposite the way we needed to goand it just wasnt good. I mean, it was ok for a quick meal because Ive been drinking but my nuggets werent fresh and the fries were ok.

I hate this store. They are so unprofessional and literally take their sweet little time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do not go here. Terrible service

This must be the absolute slowest Wendys on the planet. I arrived in the drive thru lane with 4 cars in front of me. Two cars left and it still took more than a half an hour to get something to eat!

Inside tables were filthy. Food all over the floors. Trash containers over flowing onto the floor. Bathrooms smelled horrible and very dirty. Very hot inside. Customers seemed very friendly.

Food was cold and hard, seemed like it had been sitting for a while. The chocolate frosty was the only thing good.

Met a friend there for lunch. Food has never been great, my soda was flat and the burger bun looked like it had been smashed.

The order taker Daijon took my order and the burger was fixed as ordered. A great job. The area was clean, service was great. Food served at appropriate temp and meat fit the bun with the veggies and cheese placed in correct place and wrapped with care. Great job!

Food is almost fresh and store is moderately clean. A friendly crew almost make up for the long wait times.

The last time I went to this location, the drive thru guy was super super nice. My friend had a bit too much to drink, so she was yelling into the drivethru menu.... he went along with her and stayed very calm and friendly. He got our order correct, and made us laugh. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because the food had an odd aftertaste that lingered in our mouth. Specifically the fries. I couldnt eat them.

Burger was good, though they totally missed the spicy chicken sandwich that was ordered. At least did not get charged for it. Busy times at the drive thru

Ol faithful. Love me some Wendys. I always enjoy my food & can count on it being correct, hot & fresh off the grill. I definitely over indulge most days with Wendys when I cant cook or getting off from work late.

Waited inside for about 45 mins to get our order taken and food done. The front staff had no idea what they were doing. The manager was trying to keep everything going but he is only one person. His staff needs retrained! I feel bad that he was trying to keep everything moving along with a lazy staff. He needs a pay raise and a better staff!

Waited 40 minutes for the workers to realize we did not have our food, then they asked is what was in our order because they didnt have the receipt. When we and the 5 parties behind all got our food some of the employees were talking badly about the customers and how they went slower with the food. No apologies given for slow cold food.

The nice guy in the drive thru made the experience excellent! Even had to have a special "passphrase" to let him know when we are ready to make our order. We forgot to make an addition to our order and he kindly corrected it for us. Ill definitely make sure we make it back to this Wendys for an after hour snack!

A family friendly quick restaurant with a pleasing view. Adequate parking and attentive staff. Their salads offer a nutritious alternative to typical fast food.

We rolled thru in a golf cart around 8am. The employee was nice but it took a bit to get our order. He made sure to put a sauce in each meal bag, super cool of him. Breakfast for 6 $35ish.

Was good and pretty quick. The cashier guy was very helpful and courteous. The only issue that I had was they put grilled chicken on my jalapeno popper salad, instead of fried like it was supposed to come with. It was still good. How visit this location many times over the years and will go back again.

I asked for a Baconnader and got the jr one not what i asked for when i told them that is not what i asked for the one i wanted is much bigger than what was given they acted like i was wrong and made me feel like i didnt know my Wendys. Whats Bad is i have proof and i post things like this all the time for palaces i go. Night shift cooking or sandwich making side needs to be replaced or rethought.

I’ve tried coming here 3 times and had to pull out of the drive through for waiting over 20 minutes. Each time. Do not bother coming here in the evening. I just left after 23 minutes on a Thursday night at 10pm. I ordered a cheese burger with no fries. I’m still 1 car past ordering. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food drive through.

Just left Wendys after a 20-25 min wait. No joke. Summer time I understand. But when you get my order wrong the 1st time then I get back the right salad just the half instead of full that I paid for. And get it wrong the 2nd. Come on! Its not that hard. Even the guy behind me decided to leave from being in line and im sure noticed my handing my bag back. Anyway thanks Wendys for the half salad i wont get full off of and the 2 bag of croutons guess ill eat those since the chili was for my husband. Thanks for helping me out on losing weight.👌 and for the blue eyed handsome manager thanks for correcting my salad and handing me the smaller size.
