Wendy's in Hopkinsville

I just sat my whole 30 minute dinner break from work in your drive thru and never even made it to the menu. I would never recommend your location or ever return. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and the gave me a Hot Honey Spicy Chicken instead, which upset my stomach.

Great food made fresh to order. Employees are nice and respectful. During the summer time the AC definitely cuts the summer heat. The drive thru seems to always be busy while the inside isnt.

Would liked to use there dining room.

I love going to Wendys for breakfast lunch or dinner especially if you have the coupons I would recommend it anytime

Was ok. Drive thru. Didnt get order correct. They forgot to give me a straw. Was 2pm so not like it was busy.

Food was good people were a little on the snooty side but youll have that sometimes not everyone can be as friendly as barney the purple dinosaur lol all in all it was better service than some of the wendys that Ive been to

We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and only got one. They used to get our orders correct, but they mess them up pretty often lately.

The lady of the first window was super nice but the dude at the second window was super rude basically threw my food out the window at me definitely wont be going back

I love Wendys salads! I cant have the taco salad often bc it is so carb heavy, but my lands theyre tasty! I do wish, for those of us on more restrictive diets, that they offered more turkey/fish/chicken entrees, especially on the breakfast menu. I like so many of their offerings, but as a certified chicken nugget hound, I like theirs best so far!

The doors were locked and no sign staying why. Called the store phone multiple times and was hung up on before they answered. As a delivery driver, it matters.

Trying the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it is not a good seller!!! It way cooked for Lunch is my guess!!

The food is good but the employees arent that friendly and when making a large order they want to bag it there way not the way it should be /the way you ask for it. They dont know were your taking the food or how many you have to drop off then thay get mad and just throw your food in the bags like it should have been in the first place

So, never been a fan of wendys burgers. I wont put them down but if you know you know. However I was talked into getting their breakfast the other morning and let me tell you, I do not feel the same way about their breakfast. Its a lot different than any other breakfast than I have experienced here in hopkinsville. Hot and fresh and the employees are very friendly there. I got my food and went about a mile and it was still hot and fresh! Only 4 stars because of the burgers!

Unfortunately, they gave me the wrong drink, the fries were cold and the bottom bun of my burger was stale and hard as a rock (the top bun was fresh, sort of).Bring on the robots, please. Let’s hope the robot builders are more competent. Probably not. We’re doomed. I remember when the world used to work, sort of.

Food is good the one girl at the 1st drive through window sweet 1/28 the female handing the food rude like you say thank you and she completely ignored me which is fine to each their own but if you don’t want to work with the public find another job understood I changed my order one time but I shouldn’t be treated poorly because of it I literally apologized two times maybe 3 everyone has a bad day but don’t take it out on customers that are not being rude

Ignore all of the reviews about chili being out of stock, they are trolls. The staff goes to extraordinary lengths to make sure they meet the demand of the town of Conway... and by "town" I mean Richard Samuel McGravy Jordan the V6th. Every day they come to work, huddle together and mentally and physically prepare themselves for the daunting task ahead. They wheel the barrels of ingredients out from the back, fire up the 200-gallon industrial kettle and begin the process of preparing the massive quantity of chili that one man will chomp-chomp-swallow. No one knows when hes coming, because he cant keep a sleep schedule, but they know that at several points during the day theyll hear the all too familiar sputtering of his new truck coming through the drive-thru. Theyll all crowd around each other, holding hands, and waiting for the roar to come through the speaker..."LOOK HERE! LOOK, LISTEN!"Richard has arrived.Most days are a blur from this point on. Endless daisy chains of chili preparation and demands to add more sugar to the sweet tea. I once witnessed an employee attempt to stick his head in a deep fryer just to end the horror. After the monstrosity pays with change that hes bummed from children online, him and his dragging axel are gone.But the staff of this brave Wendys know... they know... hell be back, and so they repeat the entire process over again.

Fast service but the food was awful. The chicken was over cooked and tasted of old oil.

Their chicken nuggets were absolutely wonderful. Not all dried out they were nice and thick and tender. And tasted good!

Food was delicious but very poor service rude woman working the register couldnt speak good English. Id recommend the Wendys on Fort Campbell Boulevard over 7th Street

Wendys has the 4 for $4 or the biggie bag for $5, they have the best baked potatoes in town to me.

The second time for my order being messed up and new employees are not to blame. At least this time the manager Chris offered to remake the order.

Good food but they were plowed under with a moderate to heavy lunch rush. The expeditor caught an error from the kitchen before it ever got to my tray, great job.

Wow.. its like a hang out in here. They dont know the products nor the specials.. they are carrying on like its a party.. swearing and goofing off. No wonder it takes ten minutes in driver thru. If I could give 0 I would. Worth the drive to fort Campbell Blvd.. probably less time!

I like how they keep the place clean and the condiments well stocked. The only downfall is one employee that goes around talking and listening to the customers conversations.

They always get the order right (even when its a big order of 8 people), and the food is always hot and freshly prepared. The employees are friendly, and the inside is clean.

Cheap prices, convient location. Have worked here and know for a fact that the place is clean. It is wiped down every 3 min. Sanitized every 15. Recommend this place as a regular lunch site

Went through th e drive on 2/2/18. At 930 pm. Had a long wait at the drive through. No big deal on that. Drove home from the Wendys on 7th st to Wayne drive. 5 min. The food was cold. The wife had nuggets and fries and I had a double cheese and baked potato. I dont mean a little cold but very cold. Terrible

I would give it zero if I could. We waited 10 minutes with nobody in front of us and nobody once tried to take our order. In that time though two other customers showed up with wrong orders. I finally left and went to Oak Grove. It was also one of the dirtiest Wendys I have been in.

Its usually empty on the inside, while the drive thur is busy, lots of room to sit. And air conditioning which not the sweat out of the summer heat.

The cashier was rude....my daughters chicken sandwiches were still frozen in the middle and the womens bathroom had urine soaked toilet paper on the floors. It looked as if the bathroom had not been cleaned in a couple days due to the urine being dark and stuck to the floor. Very gross!!!!!
