Ordered truffle pasta, not impressed. Other two friends ordered other dishes were not happy. Service with sad face. Interior design and the atmosphere is good.

I am so sorry, but the service is the worse

We went to this restaurant because the reviews seemed great - but how wrong we were.The seating is very uncomfortable, the wide seats indoor really put you far away from the table and you have to sit in a weird position to be able to eat and talk to your party. By the end of our dinner we all felt like we need physical therapy the next day and coudnt wait to get up and leave. (This, among other reasons, made us not have any desert or coffee)The service is very bad in there, there were some orders they simply forgot or put down wrong and also for a restaurant in this price class it was not acceptable how bad they would pour in water or wine. Basically one of the waitresses was with her elbow in the middle of the food on our plate when she would pour some more wine. At times it seemed like it was intentional because we couldnt think of any way how to to things this bad in unintentionally. I typically wouldnt go into that topic this much, but in that price range, these things have to be better!The food itself was mediocre at best, Ive had way better for way less money.Their starters are a scam, in case they should ever propose the daily special starter. (It was €100..)Also, their complete invoice was very intransparent and seemed to be in a way to delibaretely confuse you and rip you off.Also, at some point people seemed to be smoking indoors.If I could, I would have given 0 stars.

Food is very bland and tasteless. I had the truffle pasta which tasted like butter only and a few truffle pieces added. So I asked for another dish. Not much better. Service is ignorant. Food is not very authentic nor tasty. It’s also too expensive for what It is !

the setting is friendly, the service and the food are satisfactory.. Price / quality to be desired.. Atmosphere a little less aggrealble and very hectic.. you reserve a time interval during which to do it quickly! good for business meals but less for private and family dinner

Location is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. I had ‘gamberi diavola’ and ‘entrecôte’ and O enjoyed a lot. Their ceaser salad could be better. I strongly recommend.

We ordered our main courses at 8pm now its 9:45 pm and we are still waiting. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Food is ok but staff not

The servers were very friendly but there is this one woman who bring the appetizer to the table, she had a dog, she is such a lovely person, very Sweet. However the guy that actually severed our drinks and food was not very attentive, hé said he bring us english menus but it was itatlian with the word english written on the front. When hé bring the dinner, i ask for another drink, we ate dinner and sat there about 25 minutes after waiting to order desert and maybe get that drink i ordered an hour ago, when hé finally came hé came without the drink. By then i was to annoyed to Stay any longer, i paid my bill and still left a tip Just because for the few minutes that woman was at my table she made me feel welcome and appreciated.. i probably even paid for the drink i never recieved

Extremely tasty food, big portions, pleasant atmosphere and with table cloth, but most importantly , customer service is at highest level. We enjoyed ourselves a lot and will be back!

Considering the very high range of dish prices the quality of food and service is not fully satisfying. A mid-classy ambiance at the heart of Frankfurt city, and a good choice for business dinner IMO.

The Atmosphere was great and Terrace place was cozy.The food especially Pizza was great.

Hi , I can say the only thing is good a bit is the decor , but the service one of the worst specially the Bar man ( bald beard blondwe ask him for salt and paper after our main course arrive and nothing happen till we ask after 20 min another waiter which said we r short of staff , am sorry , but that’s not our problem, we order carpaccio beef and octopus salad and main course was sea bass grilled tuna steak , the carpaccio meet was dark color seems not fresh and I had diarrhea after it and the tuna steak had a bitter taste we didn’t know from what , the Spanish as side dish wasn’t picked and cut in proper way , the table was floppy and so the chairs , never ever again and it’s not worth it.

A very nice and cozy Italian restaurant at a very good location. The service is commendable. The food tastes good and could be a little pricey for some. But worth a shot!

Typical for tourists or corporate place, which makes sense for this location. It’s more pricy overall, but they have in-house sommelier in case you value this is important, food is tasty.

Great restaurant. The menu is huge so there is a lot to pick from. The dishes we took were amazing, service was great too. It is a bit more pricy than an average Italian, but quality of the food reflects it.I highly suggest this place!

The food was OK but the service very poor.We were greeted by a hostess who was staying with the back at the entrance and we had to make our way to the middle of the room to let her know that we were there. She didnt seem very happy to see us. 😕The waiting time was incredible long: more than 20min until someone came to our table to bring menus. Another 15 min waiting to get the order and so on...The music was terrible: some 90s style bad music, much to upbeat for a dinning restaurant.It was very loud inside and one of the waiter was loud inappropriately flirting with a group of girls at a near table.It was no a good experience and we will not return.

Great food and drinks till late night!

TL; DR Good food, gorgeous decor. However, the music choice was loud, bassy, and questionable, more appropriate for a dance floor. Prices lean on the higher side.We visited PINO for a dinner on a Friday night, and it did not disappoint. The decor was gorgeous, with beautiful mood lighting, a fireplace, and pristine white tablecloth. The staff were also very courteous and polite, although they hilariously came over 3 times asking us what we wanted to drink before they handed us any menus. We ordered the Polpo & Patate for starters, Spaghetti Principessa and Linguine Alle Vongole Veraci for mains, finishing off with a Crème Brûlée (I know, I know, French desserts in a Italian restaurant).The star of the show were the Polpo & Patate, with the octopus perfectly seasoned and cooked, with these delicious thin slices of roasted potatoes. The two pastas were good, but not great, a tad disappointing after the wonderful starter. The crème brûlée was good, but tiny, especially for the price. We wished it was at least somewhat larger.The pity was that the music was rather loud and thumping, making it difficult to chat with the other people on the table, and more appropriate for a dance floor.Other than the music and the high prices, PINO is an excellent restaurant worthy of revisit.

An amazing gem close to the Alt Opera with indoor and outdoor spaces. The excellent food was equally complimented by the fantastic staff. I recommend this place 100%.

Dinner was amazing, the Chef is brilliant at his work the service was Okay but in need of some training. He was not polite at all from the beginning til we left.

The best place for late night food

Excellent food and excellent drinks, the barman was very friendly. It’s definitely a recommendation for when you are in Frankfurt.

Not only a great place for having dinner, but also for cocktails. Bartender Amir is doing an excellent job. He has provided me and my friends with unique cocktails and a lot of fun. Great location, great vibes, thumbs up!
