Wavertree's Coffee Shop - Coffee shop in Mossendjo, Republic of the Congo
Beautiful setting and lovely food. Could be slightly more selection.
Great food and service recommend!
Lovely place, food great, people friendly. Nice to sit and watch horses.
A little quiet, but we were welcomed with triplet 1year olds, but not much simple lunch items for children, so they had toast with a share of the adult salmon and avocado.
Lovely place for a quick snack and drinks. Hot food.friendly place
An expensive breakfast at ยฃ13 with a coffee. But delicious
Came here for a quick breakfast and it was a lovely little spot with both indoor and outdoor seating and ample parking. Ordered The Full Veggie which was great value for money with generous portions. Google maps doesnโt lead directly to the entrance so follow the road signs when you get closer until you see black automatic gates.
Lovely location friendly staff
Rather liked it ! Nice, quietGreat value for pot of tea - got 3 cups out of it!
We sat out in the garden area, which was very nice. The staff were welcoming. The food was a little pricey but very nice. We will definitely go back and recommend it to others.
Really nice coffee and biscuits, havent tried the bacon rolls etc. yet but will soon. Shops pretty good with some amazing artwork for sale. Outside seating area is nice and will be better when the weather improves. Just a shame you have to only sit outside with your dog. The walks out on the gallops and Devils Dyke are brilliant, and with coffee etc after, what more could you want? ๐ Its now more dog friendly in that dogs can go inside the cafe as well as treats and water supplied! ๐๐ถ๐พ
Nice experience, bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Really enjoyed it
Extremely friendly, helpful staff but the cakes are tiny and relatively expensive. The outside seating area needs some umbrellas for shade - at present there is nowhere shady, you have to sit indoors to avoid full sun.
Just love the new menu! Extensive vegan options both savoury and sweet!
Excellent quality food and very good service from friendly staff.
Great little cafe with fab homemade cakes and meals.
Nice place for coffee and cake
Waited ages for food, not a lot of choice and expensive for what it was
Lovely food, we sat outside in the beautiful sunshine, good menu offering- something for everyone and gluten free options are available if you ask, they have gluten free bread etc. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely setting and friendly service. On arrival we found it hard to find but then realised that you go through the black automatic gates.I had the vegetarian breakfast, two friends had the chicken burger and the other friend had the smoothie bowl, all was lovely. We will be returning on a nicer day as it was raining. Love seeing the horses and their fouls.
Still closed.. opening soon hopefully
As mentioned this place is closed, I went as their website says it is open..Dont get caught out..Its time for this to be updated..
This cafe is closed. It would be helpful if they updated their phone message and website. Shame as this was our favourite place to go!
Closed on arrival, opening times not updated online
What can i say about this place just one thing...EXCELLENT..a lovely place to visit..really good for coach parties but need to ring at least 2 days before...good prices and very clean toilets
A nice coffee shop, but it was very empty in a dank and dark January morning last week when a colleague and I visited. I can see it being a very popular spot though in the summer.
Was so looking forward to the scampi and chips after having them last year, but a year has made a difference, less scampi, also think they are not from same supplier and the price has increased, quite disappointed. Cannot complain about the friendly staff though, and lovely coffee.
A stop off on our tour,a small but nice cafe with outside seating and some horses etc when they are out exercising.
Called for a cup of tea. Quiet day. The ladies were lovely. The tea good. Filled my water bottle nothing too much trouble. Always call when at newmarket.
Very nice place to relax and to enjoy a coffee or a tea.
The coffee was average, but the sausage roll was delicious.
We always find the breakfast very nice! Location is stunning and service is ok
Busy little cafe with just one person serving. Pleasant enough and worth a visit with " home cooked" food.
The location is lovely. However....service was a little sullen. Tables were dirty. It was a bit like a school cafeteria than a cafรฉ. They said on the door they close at 4 but actually they closed at 3 (because if lack of customers- they told the 10 people who they turned away between 14:50 and 15:00.Methinks they just wanted to go homeDisappointing experience considering the great location and lack of such facilities. You can do so much better.
Great for snack or meal..very clean and staff very friendly..A++++
Lovely place to visit, loved the cakes, lots of paintings to see and buy if youd like to, very peaceful, set in lovely grounds.
Disappointed. Turned up at 3pm to be told that they were closed. All the signage outside and around the area says it is open until 4pm or 4.30pm. Even checked the website just in case we were wrong on times but it confirms that it is open until 4pm. Unimpressed as not only was it "closed" they were rude and practically kicked us out .
Arrived at 3pm had the door locked in our face ..and not ment to close till 4 pm .have before at around 2 pm and its also been closed..no point saying they close at 4 ...if they lock the door in your face at 3 pm ...had come to buy some painting but wont be bothering again ...Will spend my money elsewhere
Ok food and coffee but nothing to shout about. Service a bit lacking. Shame really it could be so much better without a lot of effort.
A little gem of a coffee shop, nice menu and polite staff
Lovely home made cakes and a great price
Nice place right inside the national stud
Hi, we four people, 3x ladies plus me, thouroghly enjoyed our leasurely lunch, great service, and good food, well done and keep it up
Lovely n clean. Coffee good.Need more staff when tours of stud start and end. The poor waitress was by herself and had to do purchases from gift shop as well.
Nice clean cafe good food and beverages, friendly staff
I was surprised how good this cafe was. A small selection of meals and cakes, but everything we ate was really tasty. Lovely staff and a nice terrace.
Usually very quiet good outlook far away from bustling crowds
loved it so much. reminded me of black beauty. loved the cofee shop and gift shop
Very tasty, in a beautiful setting!
Lovely little hidden away cafe, nice cakes but somewhat slow service (not usually a problem as rarely busy)
