Wavecrest Hotel Gambia- Apartments in Banjul

Jai séjourné 10 jours dans cet appartement-hôtel... Je lai noté 3/5 car cétait correct dans lensemble.Pour ce qui est vraiment positif, je dirais que cest propre, très bien entretenu (le ménage est fait chaque jour), la réception est accueillante et le personnel agréable.Attention ce nest ni près ni loin de la plage(celle du Palm Beach et de létablissement Kunta Kinteh).... À pied 13 à 15min.et souvent jai pris un taxi(ne pas payer plus de 100 dalasi =1,7euros).Salon et salle à manger, spacieux et jolis. Cuisine correcte mais très peu de fournitures... Néanmoins bon frigo et micro-onde. Jai apprécié aussi un très bon lit, un bon ventilateur et lairco..Pour le moins bon... Des armoires énormes sans étagères de rangement, des robinets mal fixés, un coffre-fort non fixé à un mur(jai dû demander une table pour le poseret une vanne de douche placée trop haut(si vous navez pas 1m80, il faut se mettre sur la pointe des pieds)et eau tiède.Donc à vous de voir...

Warning!!! They will steal your money if you leave any around. Someone from staff stole $4000 USD for my family. Went to the police and the money is still missing. The lower level rooms are polluted with the smoke and noise from the generator which cuts in and off frequently.

Stayed at wavecrest February 2018Great staff great location and food. Was aware of the refurb but didnt stop me from having a great time. will be booking again in 2019. Loved The Gambia and people and my experience. thank you Wavecrest and staff you were all great see you in 2019.

Not aesthetically pleasing

stayed there 5 times since may 2016, quite and trustworthy staff, 2 local shops near (20/50 maway for any small things main highway is 200 meters away

Prima hotel, op loopafstand van strand.

Best place to look for, for holiday makers wishing for tranquil and natural breeze. Great taste for newly weds wanting to wander safely in a sandy and moonlit beach.

We had a terrific time staying at Wavecrest. The staff was very accomadating and friendly. We highly recommend lodging at this facility. Look forward to staying again in January.
