We had reservations at a certain time and we had arrived late due to getting lost multiple times. The staff was so understanding and accommodating. We had the opportunity to not only experience the banana boat ride but also parasailing. Such a great and memorable day thanks to them!

I loved it it makes living here that much better its always nice to get out and have fun so enjoy the outdoors great company!

Banana Boat Riding is a MUSTTT. While I was initially forced by my friend thinking that it would be lame …little did I know I had the time of my life. The guides were super easy going and being in the center of the ocean was so freeing.

We did the banana boat this week with our kids and it was so much fun!The captain of the boat 🚤 did everything possible for us to enjoy the ride, he was also very attentive to make sure everyone was safe.This is money and an experience well worth it. We didn’t get the picture (which is free 👍but we got the memories! 🥰Thank you guys!

During my first visit to PR I definitely wanted to do some water activities. They had several different things but we decided to do the banana boat ride. Booking a spot was easy and didnt take too long on the website. When we got their the men in the booth were nice and we started on time, if not a few minutes early. The other two men on the boat made sure that we were on during the whole ride and knew how not to fall off hahaha. It was really fun!!

Made a reservation to parasail with this company. That was the easy part. I then paid a taxi to take me to the location they operate at just to be called as I was walking onto the beach to cancel. Then had to taxi back. Wasted money on a round trip taxi because they couldnt be bothered to cancel sooner. Blamed it on the weather as well. Light wind blue sky and beautiful out.

Went parasailing for the first time. Everyone was super professional and nice. We felt safe the entire time. The entire experience was incredible!

Our boat tour in the big red boat with Freddy was the highlight of our trip! It was a beautiful day and Freddy did a great job of being both a skilled boat captain and engaging tour guide. Highly recommend.

Parasailing was super fun! Kid friendly. The ride to the parasail boat was like a speedboat ride that added to the adventure. It was my first time parasailing, and I cant swim. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Beautiful blue-green water views were very calming.

This was a amazing experience. The guys who lead us were fantastic. They talked to all of us. Took photos and answered questions that were being asked. They made everyone feel safe and welcomed. Everyone who was part of the process did amazing. Would recommend if you wanted to start with children!

Never thought I would have gone parasailing but was talked into it for my birthday. It was an awesome experience that I am glad to say I got to do. The crew in charge of the operations David and Edwin both were very nice and experienced.

They called and told us we couldnt parasail due to weather conditions 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. We had already driven a whole hour before they called and were already almost to the location. I understand that the weather prevented us from flying because they could have at least told us way before the scheduled appointment

I just went parasailing for the first time with my 2 teenage sons. We were all very nervous but it was amazing. They guide you very well, you just need to relax and enjoy this experience. It does go very high but it’s so peaceful and fantastic. My son did the banana boat ride also and he loved it. You should book ahead of time to secure your time as it sells out very quickly.

We had an awesome time! Our speedboat captain Freddie was FANTASTIC!! My girls and I totally enjoyed ourselves!! Would highly recommend. Clean, safe and fun! We also did the banana boat and of course I went into the water!! 😁😁

Amazing Experience. Saw Dolphins 🐬 all while flying up in the sky with the view of such a Beautiful outstanding magnificent island. They speak fluent English and Spanish for those who need to know. 0-10 Im giving this place 100.

I was in PR for 8 days and our day going on a waterfall tour was the best by far! Our driver, Luis, was amazing! He pointed out all of the different neighborhoods in San Juan then drove us to the waterfalls, pointing out every attraction on the way! We also got to see a couple cool beaches on the way back to the city and we got great recommendations for the rest of the trip! Definitely an insider experience!

We had an awesome time!! It was just me and my two kids. We all live roller coasters and asked if they could go fast. They obliged!! So much fun. Would do again and definitely recommend!!

Not worth your money and time. Try to avoid this company. they got poor communication and customer service skill. We were waiting for 2 hours and not told when we could go for para sailing, eventually cancelled the booking after wasting our entire morning.

The customer service was great. They provide life jackets because i am unable to swim . I did the banana boat activity and fell off the boat. No one jumped out to save me a guy that rode with us had to jump in . The worse experience of my life .

My son and I had a great time. The guys were professional and courteous. It was peaceful and just like being in a swing 300ft high. The view was amazing.

Our guides were very welcoming and knowledgeable. We enjoyed chatting with them and felt very safe on our parasailing adventure. They even had recommendations for scenic drives and places to stop on our drive back to out accommodations. It was a fabulous experience that I highly recommend!

My daughter and I had such a great time on the Banana Boat. We laughed so hard. The staff was so nice and fun to be around. We would definitely do it again. The price was right and the ride was long. It was a great bonding experience for us.

My kids and I had such a great time. The workers were great and so helpful.They even were able to fit me in a slot days before my schedule date the men in charge were informative,funny,kind and helpful. The banana boat was Soo Soo much fun. The process to sign up was seamless and easy.the parasailing was great as well you can just leave your belongings with the workers by the stand and all will be safe.Parking is extremely tough.and its a bit hard to find at times.overall I am happy with the experience and would definitely recommend

The employees were fantastic and really try to give you a cool experience. We did the parasailing one day and the banana boat another and unfortunately, the experience largely depended on the other participants. If we the employees continuously stop the watercraft because other guests are scared, you do not get extra time and it really takes away from the experience. For the price and short duration, I expected them to handle this differently.

Freddy was the best! We signed our kids up for parasailing and Freddy managed to get my husband up with them as well last minute! All 3 rave that it was an amazing experience and one that theyll treasure forever. Do yourself a favor and book with them ( the banana boat ride was super fun too. Their customer service is great.

I have never been the type to taint a business by writing a bad review but my experience with parasailing4U was absolutely horrifying and this needs to be addressed. I booked the 3 Pm banana boat tour for my friends and I and we were let known that there was a 50/50 chance that you might fall off. While in the middle of the ocean I unexpectedly fell off the boat while it was aggressively turning and begin to freak out. Despite my friends and i screaming for them to stop, none of the crew noticed until they were about 1000 feet away from me. When they realize they showed no urgency to come get me. None of the crew stepped off their boat to help me hop up onto banana boat. my friends were struggling to get me back up because i am on the heavier side and it was difficult getting my legs up, half way up they dropped me accidentally and the driver Carlos started driving out without me. while i begged him to come back he told me to SHUT UP and started mocking me by saying it was my fault and i started to cry because my life-vest had clipped off. they finally turned back again and after 8 minutes of struggling to hop back on the banana boat i was distressed and in shock that they would dare tell a customer to shut up for being scared of being in the middle of the ocean especially since they cannot swim. I immediately told the manager what happened and he just looked at me and didn’t know what to say I would never recommend this company. i have never been so scared in my life . Carlos was very disrespectful , and extremely unprofessional. Carlos needs to be fired. If you cant swim and this is your first time trying banana boat , BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Very nice, very accommodating, and very professional! My young teenagers went up on their own and they were so nice to them, making sure they felt comfortable throughout the whole trip. My kids were originally booked for a 3pm, but the winds were going in all different directions and it was not safe to parasail, so the company offered to either give us a full refund or we could come back in the morning the next day! We chose to come the next morning and my ternagers had so much fun!

This was our first time, and we had a complete blast!!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Tried our hardest not to fall off the boat, but that was the best part. Had two casualties of fun (broke 2 nailsbut totally worth it!

This activity was definitely worth every penny. I went with a group of six and they were able to accommodate us in the same banana boat, we had tons of fun and they even took pictures!. Very friendly staff and made us feel safe all the time! One thing to note is that you have to go through the entrance on the street CVS is on, the st that it says to go through did not let us go because it belongs to the San Juan Hotel and its a private entrance.

The staff was very professional and offered detailed information prior to us making a reservation for a family boat ride. Super fun and scenic! Our captain on Thursday 7/22 was courteous and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and authentic restaurants.

I would never do this again it was just a ride not really a tour. We could have drove ourselves. The driver was really nice and the waterfall and scenery was awesome. But we had a rental we could have drove there definitely not a $400 ride

Daughter and I did the parasail and loved it. We even tried to do a gender revile for my other daughter by video recording it but I think we needed more powder. The operator was very accommodating for us. They stopped the line about 150 feet so it could be seen from below. A storm blew in and they did a great job getting us in and not in a water landing, which I was sure we were going in.

The Price? Worth every penny! The guys took real good care of us, Safe, Professional and knowledge of the sport. Recommended!#PuertoRicoDiffrentTours

Easy going, and accommodating staff, my 6 year old son and I enjoyed the parasailing, it was our first time and we were nervous, instructors, were polite and reassuring, both were bilingual, and nice to talk with. I left my phone with one of the instructors who asked if Id like him to take pictures. They had a waterproof bag ready for us. He took a few pics and video which was perfect considering I would have had none, wish I would have had another camera to take up with me. Parasailing was amazing a must do, and not as intimidating as you would think, there was no turbulence or rough winds, even with fairly rough sea, we will definitely make it a part of all our vacations!
