Booked this hotel for the 7 days quarantine. Room was very clean and spacious, and the thoughtful staff provided amenities needed for the long stay (washing powder, reusable utensils, sponge etc). Really enjoyed the food served for daily meals here. There was a lot of variety as well for the food. Staff were very responsive on line and responded to my requests promptly. Would love to stay here again!

Nice staff. They were very helpful for going through the quarantine documents and register. The river view was great especially for 8 days in the same room. I noticed there is a night market few streets away but cant visit because of quarantine. Otherwise, it would be convenient location for reaching out tourist spots. The location is quiet. I would enjoy more if it is not for quarantine.

I stayed at this hotel for the 7-day quarantine. I was able to reserve a room with balcony and so glad I did because I needed fresh air by day 6. The room and the bathroom was clean and well organized. The meals were great and no repeats, but it’s best to not have dietary restrictions. The hotel did ask but said can’t fully accommodate. Also, the wifi for some reason works better on my tablet than my phone, but I didn’t need to work so it’s fine. The service was great and responded fast. Overall I would choose this hotel again if I need to quarantine next time.

You can see the riverside with an iconic red bridge.It is just my first day but I already expect that my upcoming meals will bring me home step by step. For example, the first breakfast is radish cake with egg, so typical Taiwanese.I think here would be a perfect stop for international visitors. Even now you still have to be 10 day quarantine, these 10 days are also quite taiwanese.-

I stayed at this hotel during my 7-day quarantine period. I knew I would fall in love with this place before I booked it because of its minimalism and view. This hotel still exceeded my high expectations in every aspect! As you can tell from each photo, the river view is just spectacular, in addition to that, the mountain behind all river/city really enriches the landscape profile. The size of balcony is 3x bigger than my expectation, there’s plenty of space to exercises there. The room is dust free clean and the bedsheet is shiny white. Its cleanliness really matches a 5-star hotel. Also, each meal is super tasty, you can tell that the staff puts a lot of thoughts on their food selections. The most important thing is, each of the staff is kind, thoughtful, humorous, caring, and every other characteristics that matches the definition of the best hotel staff ever (probably even the best friend ever). The only downside is that I can’t get out, but the place and each hotel staff definitely made it the best quarantine experience. I can’t wait to go back after they’re no longer a quarantine hotel (maybe mid 2022), so I can experience it more and will for sure stay there long term.

I stayed here in their balcony room for the seven-day hotel quarantine. Waterfront is a beautiful spot right next to a river. Their balcony is spacious and has decent outdoor furniture. This outdoor space made the quarantine experience so much better without costing you an arm and a leg. I was able to do all my work and calls on the bacony. Food is decent, thoughtful, and different every day. My partner is vegan, and the staff went out of their way to find good local vegan restaurants for her. We appreciate that. Overall a wonderfully stay.

I spent my two-week quarantine here and really enjoyed my stay.I was in the Superior Room and though it was only 17 m^2, the clean and minimalist design maximized every available square inch, and I never felt cramped or claustrophobic. The fact that I had a gorgeous, unobstructed view of the Rainbow Bridge and plenty of natural light also added to the experience.The meals were delicious and unique, each a wonderful sampling of Taiwans many culinary treasures. You can tell the staff took pains in curating and sourcing their food vendors so that guests wouldnt be stuck eating the same tired fare from McDonalds and Dominos (which happened to me at another quarantine hotel).Most importantly, the service was top notch. All communication was done via the LINE app, and response time was lightning fast. Deliveries from family and friends were brought to my door immediately after they were dropped off as well.Ill choose Waterfront Hotel in a heartbeat if I have to quarantine in Taipei again!

Stayed here 2 weeks for my quarantine. The staffs were friendly, the food was amazing, and I was lucky enough to get a room with wonderful river view. Not much you can complaint about but the internet connectcion: sometimes it just went on and off regardless what type of device I was using, that interupted the interent meetings and online streaming experience. I feel the hotel in this level should really invest on this aspect, neverthelss, in general a good hotel stay if you have unlimited 4G data roaming.

had an amazing time here, can’t imagine a better place to quarantine in. i was blown away by the food everyday, and the kindness of the staff - would highly recommend anyone who is choosing hotels (both for quarantine and for regular stayto visit!like another reviewer mentioned, i’m also strangely missing my room that i made myself so much home in: super modern, clean, and a perfect mix of form and function (got the japanese style room, which also had a cozy meditation nook / seat where i journaled and meditated everyday in)

As all others have marveled, this is a really, really nice hotel in all aspects. The room design is straightforward with functionality in mind, and the aesthetics grows on you. It’s the best illustration of form follows function and this is a terrific textbook example of it. While in quarantine, the staff and services are on par with any 5 star luxury hotel. There really isn’t anything to complain about. This place is so nice that I’m actually going through the withdrawals already and lamenting the days left in here during this quarantine period believe it or not. All joking aside, I’ve already told my family to come visit and stay here when the pandemic finally ends. It’s just that nice of an experience overall.

I made reservation just a day before arrival, and I stayed here to complete my 15 nights Covid-19 quarantine. The reservation went smoothly and efficient through Line app.My room was very clean and neat with a window over looking the river, and the room is very quiet without traffic noise. The room equipped with bidet toilet seat and individual dehumidifier to add more comfort to stay here for 15 nights. The bed is firm and comfortable with feather pillows (not my favoriteand puffy down duvet. The room rate included three meals a day, and I was amazed by every meal they provided. Afternoon snack was served occasionally. All amenity supplies were well considered like alcohol spray, all purpose detergent, dish detergent with sponge, laundry detergent, garbage bags, diluted liquid hand soap (so watery), shower gel, shampoo, mini fridge, kettle, safety box(what for?), reusable utensil set, and cleenex. The Wi-Fi was great with strong signal and fast. TV loaded with limited movies and local channels. I watched shows trough my Amazon Prime with laptop. Unfortunately the tv was not a Smart TV.The front desk was very helpful and replied my question in seconds always. I can tell this property is well organized for providing quarantine accommodations, and I recommend this place to people are looking for quarantine hotel in Taipei.

Amazing hotel located around songshan mrt station.The place is just behind raohe night market and is very accessible. The hotel is very posh with amazing customer service. There’s a bar too that is 24 hours. Free coffee and tea available.The room is amazing and there’s free sample of essential oil.Facing the river the view is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Shu and the rest of the staff are incredibly nice and courteous. We speak English and had no problem communicating with the front desk staff.The rooms are very modern, comfortable and clean. I want to take the rain shower home with me :-)We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay. Very convenient to the start of cycle route 1. Also very kind of them to let us store our bicycle boxes while cycling around Taiwan. Get the room with the balcony river view. Good folks!

The best (boutique-ish and modernhotel you can get within the price range in central Taipei. Conveniently located near the Raohe night market and Songshan MRT station. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is our room has a musty smell from the humidity. The smell even lingers on our clothes and was not pleasant. Other than that the room itself is cozy with a huge bathroom!

Location: Nudged between the levee and a night market, the hotel is a short walk from major transportation options, at Song Shan Station. Dining options are also aplenty there.Hotel: the hotel looks nice in pictures, the location is rather unique and prices are reasonable for Taipei. Although this is not considered a cheap hotel, this hotel does have a few cheap hotel characteristics: damp rooms, minimal guest service staff, locking the door after 11 (don’t worry, your keycard still works).There’s a bar in the lobby and it’s not bad.Which brings us to the bed, it’s very comfortable. Was only let down by the damp air in the room, even though the a/c was on. How damp? Leave your shirt on the bed and after a few minutes, it feels slightly soggy....I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially when the rooms are collectively damp, there are much better choices.Stay for the location: if you want a room with a river view, next to the riverside bike paths and you’d like to be next to a night market

Most of the room provide window viewing the river. They also have 4 beds room with compelling price.At last, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Glad to see them managing the hotel well.

A nice spot to discover Taipei, easy access to the night market. We took the river view room with balcony and had a great stay. We dont need the conference room, pool, gym or fancy restaurants and thats why we chose this hotel. Weve enjoyed the modern facility and cleanliness. Big thank you to the hotel team.

Near the raohe mrt. Nice room comfy beddings.Staff was really polite too. You can have some coffee or tea at their lobby.Recommend to stay for 1-2day but not for long as Just the black wallpaper theme and layout may make you feel down and gloomy at times especially when its kind of rainy season now.

Very nice modern hotel. It even had a automated toilet bowl (Japanese type). Only shortcoming is the toilet door frosting is too pale and there is no privacy. I have used a large plastic bag to cover the door during my stay there.

This boutique hotel was awesome! It was the perfect location for a view of the Keelung River and Rainbow Bridge. The Raohe Night Market, which is one of the oldest and very highly rated, is right around the corner.The room was comfortable and clean. The view was great, especially from our balcony. It was quiet, despite the nearby building under renovation.The personnel at the hotel spoke English and were very helpful in getting these tired travelers into our room as soon as humanly possible!They also arranged for a day tour of Taipei with a great company that picked us up at our hotel in the morning and dropped us at the Shilin Night Market late in the evening.We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Taipei.

Clean & modern looking. walking distance from Raohe market. about 5 mins walk. & 10 mins walk from Songsham station. Thought at night can be a bit dark at the allley way.

Minimalistic hotel with simple modern decor. Next to a river park which is a nice area for a stroll. A small night market near by also. Very convenient. No staff at night or in the early morning. Strange way to operate a hotel but I didnt have any issues during my stay.

A great location that is close to Raohe night market as well as the proximity to metro, bus and train station. Room is extremely new, clean and comfortable while the ground level provides free coffee and tea! Room has a great selection of amenities(bath foam/shampoo). Great place to stay and will come back if given a choice

A pleasant surprise to be able to find this place. Our driver introduced it. It is a mere 2-month-old hotel when we checked in.We took a two-single bed-room and a 4-beds-room. We were here for 2 nights because it offers convenience to great shopping experience in Rao River Nightmakrket- just a 3minute walk away. We were like to and fro between the nightmarket and hotel, just to deposit newly bought goods and back to the shopping spree whole night.There is a 24hr coffee counter, equipped with microwave and toaster at the lobby.Staff 4.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Cleanliness 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Location 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
