Very nice place, easy to get to. You can have a picnic here, they have tables and benches and theres also plenty of room to sit on the grass. Theres a trail that takes you to the top of the waterfall as well.

One if the most beautiful and famous waterfalls in Bulgaria. Pleasant trail along the water. Unfortunately very commercial.

Beautiful waterfall near Veliko. In the summertime you can find a place nearby to enjoy a drink. It is possible to do a hike also and see other waterfalls ahead of this, but the hike is somehow dangerous (loose wooden stairs, no railing for some parts, no info about the road ahead). All in all, I would recommend seeing it.

A beautiful waterfall, with fish and ducks. There is a parking next to the waterfall, so you dont need to go hiking to see the amazing view.

Beautiful, natural waterfall, clear turqoise water. Access by asphalt, but on the last 1-2 km the road is in poor condition. Still, worth the visit.There is a terrace where you can serve meal/drink, a toilet (1 levaand a children playground as well, together with a 2nd bar, just across the small creek.

Small , but nice green laguna. I recommend the whole roundtrip through the small canion, starting left from the pond (red circle). Easy to medium trail (especially at the last part, before the descent).

Its actually very beautiful and calm place, especially if you have the chance to visit it during working days.You will be amazed by the nature, ducks 🦆 in the river and fishes 🐟 in the lake.The road with car 🚘 is also good and makes it easy to get there.The eco trail is a good addition to the overall experience where you can see breath stopping views.

Rustic and appealing. For those with physical limitations, you can get a good look with minimal challenge. For those who can handle more exertion and heights, the ladders, bridges and paths that lead up and around in a loop are great fun. Nice that there’s a little biz at the base for snacks and some spots for picnickers. Even a bbq.

Amazing waterfall. There is a hiking trail nearby as well and a couple of places to take a bite as well. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

Lovely and quiet place to reflet

Nice place, easy accessible from Veliko Tarnovo. The route around it is a little difficult at the top but we help my little girls (6 & 9managed to climb it.

Little waterfall, with a romantic lake. The color of the water is spectacular. The trail to the top of the waterfall is memorable and should not be missed. Is not uneasy, even for the unexpected hiker.There is a big parking place and a playground nearby.

The waterfall is next to the parking lot and easy to reach. Do not miss the beautiful hike through the rest of the canyon.

A very beautiful place🙂, at the overflow of the waterfall full of fish, very beautiful view. Security should be provided, while I enjoy the beautiful view, an ethnic group came to bathe, threw stones, ruined the whole atmosphere, the water was disturbed, the fish disappeared😑

No entrence fee and free parking. Clean when we visited.

Take the steep path - you wont regret it, just be careful.

Beautiful waterfall, with spot for caravan or picnic. Nice but quite difficult hiking path. Not commercial, perfect during week for looking quiet and natural places.

The waterfall is great this time of year with the rain keeps coming. Easy to get with on road signage in Bulgarian, parking right next to the waterfall. Very serene and peaceful, listening to the waterfall, enjoying all the nature around. If youd like you can climb up, its beautiful but the path is very steep. Theres very uneven steps in the rocks, slippery at times, wood logs nailed into wood rails and in and some wobbly bridges. We walked till we werent comfortable going anymore. You can enjoy wonderful views withing 15-20 minute walkclimb.

Nice waterfall + a 45 minutes hiking next to it.The landscales are very nice, but the hike can be a little bit difficult for a not trained person.

The hotel has 3☆ but i give 5 :. Super friendly staff, beautiful view, pool, clean,parking.Only thing which received 2☆ is breakfast.

Eco poteca is a very nice path, you ll need to have shoes (avoid sandals). The green landspace is mesmerazing.

This little corner of haven is a must visit for any tourist that loves nature.The waterfalls are beautiful and you have to take the path and visit the canion, there are a lot more to be discovered.For barbecue fans there are designated places where you can sit and have a barbecue.I loved this place!

Fabulous series of small waterfalls, but the walk up the canyon is not for the faint hearted or unfit, the walkways are rickety & although exciting, not exactly safe :)

Beautiful waterfall. If you go on its left, there’s a path that leads to some fairytale places .

Best thing to do near veliko. Nice easy hike. The waterfall is very nice and during the summer the water is of a whitish turqoise colour.

A hidden gem of Bulgaria, if you are fit try climbing to the top via the steps to the left of the falls.

Exceptional place. Gorgeous views with a breathtaking atmosphere in a clean and preserved environment. Very difficult climb so be prepared! Some places are very steep despite the stairs. Its worth wearing sneakers to make it easier even in summer.

Was a small waterfall. There is a trail up to the top but it is very difficult to climb. Not for the young or old/unfit. You get some beautiful views if you make the effort.

When you arrive at this place it seems like a nice, serene picnic spot with a small waterfall.But it has a small trail which you can climb up to see the waterfall from above.As you start to climb you realise the view from below is simplistic. This waterfall carries on over a significant distance and is beautiful way beyond what you saw when you arrived. It really is a continuing marvel.It must be stated at this point that the climb is up a combination of wooden and rock hewn steps and the climb can be quite steep and high. You should wear good shoes and best not be intimidated by heights.The track is part of a nature trail but it had benefitted from the construction of bridges, steps and walkways to allow access to see a most beautiful spot of nature and the waterfall in all its glory is simply stunning.A fantastic day out.

A wonderful place to enjoy a day out with friends. There is a grill bar/restaurant, seating area and kids play area with two trampolines. If you are more adventurous you can try the Eco-route, which climbs up the hill and takes you to the top of the waterfall and lets you discover hidden small waterfalls and wonderful views. To climb up the hill you need tourist shoes or at least trainers.
