Very relax. The food is good.

Mango smoothie is really good! Come for the afternoon tea and enjoyed it.

Apparently you need a reservation even on weekdays. We showed up on a random Thursday afternoon and there were no window seatings available. But the whole place is pretty exotic and cool. The outdoor seating seems amazing if you are not too mosquito prone. We opted for indoor AC seating. Service was okay and the truffled fries were good and showed up pretty soon, but the drinks (btw you can order black coffee off the menu for 150NTshowed up hakd an hour later which is fine by us. They only let us stay till 5:30pm coz I think they need to fit in the sunset crowd. Sunset would be pretty darn nice here. Be sure to make a reservation to guarantee a good seat 14 days in advance. Credit cards accepted.

Went there to have dinner on a summer evening, not cozy at all because of the noisy vibe and tight layout of tables.

Five seniors came for afternoon tea. The average age is 75. Not everyone has cell phone to view the online menu and no regular menu is available. It took 30 minutes and a lots of struggle to order the food. We have to wait another 40 minutes for the last item arrived the table. Apparently we are too old for this place. Sorry, we won’t be back!

Beautiful riverside restaurant, great ambient, friendly staff. Food range is open for expansion, like adding nice salads. Overall great experience.

Boy howdy were these some delicious skewers. They were fat, juicy and very flavorful. Ian was a very helpful server, and he looked very cute in his green skirt.

Our experience was kind of disappointing. Location, view and ambiance were great but the food was just ok. Service was spotty including very poor English language skills, which is not acceptable for an establishment of that level.

Ava is friendliest and most attentive server at the Waterfront. This place has the best ambiance and food and drinks along Tamsui.

View and atmosphere are fantastic, but foods are overpriced, service need more training

The waiter even the manager cant speak English at all, caused me to get the wrong meal. English users are not recommended to visit.

Nice restaurant, leesa service is very friendly

First visit after the renovation. They have really transformed the restaurant to a very relaxing South Pacific feel. A special mentioned, the waitress, Leesa is extremely helpful and friendly. Good asset to the company. Keep up the good work.

The best deck / outside dining in The Taipei area. Be sure to call ahead to reserve; not just for weekends. Everyday is booked. Food is good - drinks, however, consist mainly of sweet/sugary options. They need to expand on the selection for taste preferences; minus a star for this.

Went to celebrate bestie’s birthday, we had afternoon tea which was not bad. Loved their pandan cake! Skewers weren’t bad either! They got her a complimentary birthday cake which was lovely, overall we had good time!

Great place to chill with friends and enjoy some food and drinks. Service is generally good although it can get busy at the weekends. Food is good and well presented with good sized drinks. Not the cheapest place but gives a great holiday feeling and very relaxing. Worth a visit and definitely somewhere I’d recommend.

Nice view and nice facility. But the service has a lot to improve. We arrived around 3 so the sunlight was quite bright and the waitress just took us to a table with direct sunlight, without asking us if we’d like to move to another shady table at the back.

The place is big and beautiful with nice view to the river. also because of the pandemic, the place make a social distance between people. In addition the service is good and the menu has two languages Chinese and English. The quantity of food is not big, in addition, the prices are a little expensive but overall its nice and romantic restaurant.

Beautiful place and good drinks. But I dont understand ... I ask to take a drink outside . They said that there are no place . And when I go to the toilets I saw a lot of place outside.This is stupid to not letting people seat outside if they want to go outside...little disappointed

Really spacious spot. Have walked by it many times but tried it for the first time today. The service was good, the space definitely gives off vacation vibes, the salmon entree I had was good (for a touristy spot), the guava mousse was a hard pass lol. Really enjoyed the view while eating though!

If you come here in night,that will be good.

View and ambiance are awesome, vibe and staff are great... but sadly serving portions can be very disappointing, Food itself is just average. Overall its nice experience to dine.

Nice View. Average food. Expensive. Not Worth it.The view and environment is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but the food is ⭐️⭐️First, the service was not bad. I got a free delicious 4 inch rose flavored cake because it was my birthday and two staff also came over and sang happy birthday to me. AHAH it was pretty awkward because they seemed very uninterested, but it was a fun experience.The food was average and a little underwhelming compared to the pictures on the menu. Everything seemed a lot smaller in portion. Especially the steak/ meat that I ordered was so different from the picture on the menu and super small. The plating of the food were pretty and the taste was decent/average.The food was average, but I would not consider returning because it is a pricey. Taiwan has many other cheap delicious food places that I would rather spend my money on.I sat in one of the individual booked rooms, the view was great because we got to open the windows and enjoy the view and wind; however, the seats, pillows, and tables were especially dusty. I had to use 3 wet wipes to completely wipe off all the dust/ dirt/ or whatever it was off the table; the wipes were all brown.

Service is a little slow and impolite. The food looks great, but it tastes ok. Get an alcoholic drink, its pretty cool. Also dont sit outdoors, the tables are covered with flies.

Food and drinks are great. The restaurant has tables lined up all along the boardwalk. Very comfortable seats and great staff.

Its a very nice restaurant located on the banks of Danshui river. The food is nice. A mix of western thai food. Go visit it when you are in Taipei. Take the mrt from Taipei main station to danshui station. Danshui is also known as Tamsui.

Waterside restaurant and car wth great views. Perfect when the weather is good! In the cold, its not so nice to see anywhere where they actually have good views though!Staff are OK - but the service is really slow. We were a group of about 16 but from ordering our drinks (just teas and coffees), it took about 45 minutes for the last coffee to arrive! We were told that the coffee machine had limitations, which is fine, but really only one coffee every 10 minutes?!Still, a nice ambience here!

The live music is quite bad, its better if they just play music.Food is overpriced but pretty good.Service and cleaness are fine.The only one thing thats not good is theres no paper towel in bathroom. My friend says for a restaurant this expensive, not having paper towels is just plain cheap.

Beautiful restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, excellent views and great food. Appropriately the prettiest setup on the Danshui waterfront.

We love the ambience here, very relaxing and tropical island like. There was live music the night we came for dinner. Pretty standard western food, not cheap but with good portions. Great spot to have a romantic date or get some drinks when visiting Tamsui old street.
