Cookies were great but the girl at the register had a resting b*** face who didnt make me, as a customer, feel welcomed or appreciated. She seemed bothered. Not good for a business- especially if the product they sell is good

They make ice cream in front of you with Nitrogen involved. Loved the ice cream. young staff, they were smiling and the whole experience was enjoyable. WC Is a plus, no WiFi is a minus, and definitely would recommend them to start selling coffee because coockie and a coffee goes a long way.

This place is so much fun for family dessert. They make your ice cream in a mixer with nitrogen to freeze. So much fun to pick your flavors and watch them make it. The cookies are always so good and they will warm them up for you. Yumm!!!!

I’ve been here a handful of times and I’ve finally figured out how to best enjoy everything Warm Cookie Co has to offer…you’ll want to order an ice cream mixed w/ a couple of your favorite add-ins and topped off w/ a warmed cookie.You must try the ice cream at least once to see it made in front of you. I haven’t tried their Keto offerings, but they have a big selection. I usually get a half dozen cookies to go, but nothing beats a warmed cookie to enjoy right away.They are getting a bigger place across the street soon, hoping they add some tables outside :)

This is our new favorite spot for date nights/date days! We found this gem a week ago and have been 3 times already. Our favorite is the funday, any ice cream flavor you want mixed with any cookie plus a Carmel or Chocolate drizzle topped with whip cream! We share one and it’s plenty for two!The girls that help us are always very kind and fast!We will definitely be regulars!

This place was wonderful!!! The service was quick and friendly, and the cookies and ice cream were excellent!! My family all got ice cream sandwiches, and it was really easy to make it our own. Our littlest one really enjoyed the liquid nitrogen coming out of the bowls. We will definitely come back!!

Went in around 8:00pm on a weeknight and had to stand in line for a bit. This place is popular, so plan for that. The cookies are tasty and service is fast and friendly. I got to see them making the nitrogen ice cream for the first time and it was pretty cool. If you have a sweet tooth for a warm cookie, they are worth a stop.

Awesome place superior icecream awesome show for kids something different! Wow hard workers red head with glasses(femaleSaturday January 16th 21 extreme hard worker she was killing it! Non stop making icecream. We had a long wait but she didnt stop working for like 25 mins plus! I felt bad because her coworkers were not doing her any favors until some dude in a light blue shirt showed up.

This place is pretty good with a good selection. The warm cookie part isnt really the focus. Its really the nitrogen ice cream. They make your ice cream when you order it. It tastes pretty good, and its fun to watch. Its always a hit with the kids. I feel like its slightly overpriced for some of the items, but I roll in entertainment as a factor also. I recommend the ice cream sandwich. Its the best bang for your buck. You get ice cream and two cookies.

My mom got lazy over Christmas and didnt want to make her famous 100 year old family cookie recipe. Sooooo, she sent some of these warm cookie company cookies.Thanks WCC for being there when mom flaked out on me, maybe WCC will be the new family tradition.

Yes they was having maintenance issues and ice cream machine was broke. Customer service was simply amazing and did their best to try make the customer happy. I will definitely return in the future.

After going gluten free, I thought my cookie eating days were over. But, I am so happy to report that I have found a great place to get gluten free cookies. So warm, melt in the mouth goodness. I will not be sharing these with the family. If you are gluten free, or keto, they have the best. Thank you Warm Cookie Co for thinking of those of us with limited options.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD DESSERT CHOICE TO END YOUR NIGHT. My first time was sensational. The ice cream almost made turn around and get another!! And the price for cookies was superb! The staff was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised with the Bible Quote on my to-go box! A terrific experience!

This is one of my husbands favorite places. Every payday or date night he wants to come here! He really likes the chocolate flavor. The ice cream is the smoothest Ive ever had and the temperature is always perfect so it doesnt hurt my teeth.

Service was good and there wasnt a wait when we went (around 4 PM). The place is small though, so Id recommend grabbing it to eat in your car outside or to go. We had one signature cookie and one chocolate chip. Pretty tasty overall and the warming is obviously a must! Between the two, I enjoyed the classic chocolate chip more, but Im sure the others are great.If youre not a fan of certain ingredients (nuts, oatmeal), just make sure you ask before ordering!

Love places adding keto options! My husband and I really enjoyed our keto cookies. They only had chocolate chip at the time, but very yummy! We also had ice cream, which is better then any store bought keto ice cream. They use sugarfree syrups to flavor the cream then use nitrogen to freeze it. This blows those other nitrogen places out of the water! It was so smooth and creamy and had the texture of real ice cream! Highly recommend!

My wife and I go to this ice cream shop regularly. They always have a friendly warm environment that is kind. Their delicious cookies with ice cream is a perfect treat after a long day or grueling workout. Cant say enough high praises for cookie company.

The ice cream is a plain base with flavored syrups mixed in. The flavor comes across sticky sweet, coating the tongue and making the lips tacky. I tried the vegan base while my bf tried the normal base. Both of us were not impressed at all.The cookies on the other hand. You get a free one with every ice cream. I couldnt try any of them, but my bf got the classic and a salted caramel. Both were decent.Honestly, we probably wont come back. It left a poor taste in our mouths. We have a favorite place in Round Rock, Creamistry, that we would rather take a 45 minute drive to then come here honestly... Sorry.

Pretty good but if you are going for keto treats be sure to check nutritional info for macros. From what I saw a small ice cream is like 26 carbs and 1 cookie has 13. Depends on what your carb allotment is really. The flavor of the keto cookie and ice cream is really good though. I has praline it tasted pretty plain and more like vanilla but was really creamy and no weird flavors.

We went and picked up cookies. Cookies were amazing but the girl working the counter was extremely rude. It was our first time there and we asked what was good, she replied with a should shrug. Maybe said a whole 3 sentences to us. I don’t know if we will go back just because of her service

I will be honest. I intially rated poorly due to the lack of gluten free choices. However after veiwing an add on facebook recently I decided to stop back in. They now carry gluten friendly & keto cookies & icecream. I was delighted 🍪❤ I spoke at length with the owner who himself is on the keto journey. You have no idea how excited I was to be able to bite into a warm Keto cookie. I enjoyed some keto icecream as well. Very affordable & delicious dessert! I highly recimand will be back very soon!! Warm cookie company was clean and employees were helpful and welcoming. The sitting area is small just a few nice 2 person tables its more of a take it to go place. You get to watch them make the nitrogen ice cream and the kids loved seeing all the smoke come out of the mixers as its made. The cookies really are warm gooey and delicious. They also have vegan options which was a surprise and extremely exciting to me. Normally when it comes to dessert I just skip it and the rest of the family enjoys it but because warm Cookie Company offers vegan options I was able to enjoy with them. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat or to end their night with a delicious dessert for them and their family.

Saw the billboard as we drove through on the way to Killeen, and had to come back. Ice cream was great, cookies were soft and chewy. Lots of little specials to get free cookies or free cookie dough. Great selection of cookie flavors and ice cream options.

I wish they had a Gluten free option. My family likes the cookies a lot! The staff was nice. I thought $9.00 for 7 cookies is a little much. It is a good great option for your family though.

Store is new, clean and small. There is no place to sit and enjoy your cookies which is odd. Looks like there is room for a small table or two but with ADA requirements maybe there isn’t sufficient space for seating. I’m confused by the name. One would think Warm Cookie Company would have warm cookies like Tiff’s Treats. I found my assumption to be wrong. No warm cookies for me at the Warm Cookie Company. The cookies are delicious and reasonably priced. A half dozen is $7.50 and you can mix & match.

These are the BEST cookies I have EVER tasted!! They are literally PERFECT!! The owners are warm and friendly, and the establishment is clean and welcoming.
