Description
Brilliant service. Staff knows their way around wine. They are very attentive and can tell you a lot about wine.
MoreExcellent wine list in a very pleasant pavement setting. The sommelier was very helpful with her advice. Although we only had the bruschetta, the god menu looked great too. Recommended.
MoreDevine winesExcellent customer serviceLove this place
Great cafe for breakfast, lunch or light dinner. The food and drinks are delicious. Of you go during the day, its a perfect spot to read or work.Strapatsada eggs - very good, the carob rusks were something Ive never had before but really enjoyed.Breakfast - this was a very delicious surprise. I thought it would be a simple dish but the mix of flavors was so nice. The marmalade was fantastic on the toast with the cheese, turkey and coleslaw added on top. Of course, eat it however you like but wow a very nice combination.Orange burst and orange juice were fresh squeezed and very refreshing for the summer mid morning.
MoreGreat wine bar with interesting food options that range from smaller bites to larger meals. We came on a Wednesday night and it was packed however we were able to get a seat. Would recommend reservations on a busier night.Their wine menu is extensive. Options for everyone. I asked for recommendations and they even brought over a couple options for me to try before committing to a glass. We got a couple toasts, the cretan pasta and the avocado pasta. Everything tasted great and the pastas were both a larger size than we were expecting.
MorePretty nice place to have your drink in exarchia area
Friendly staff, amazing food, authentic Greek wines, they served us food 20 min before the closure, absolutely appreciated. Highly recommended!
MoreLocation is great, staff quite friendly. The prices were a bit higher than expected. The food was great in theory just a bit of a miss on execution. Very tasty dont get me wrong but in both dishes the meat was a bit overcooked.Amazing selection of wines
MoreNice wine bar with great coffee. The location is very nice and quiet. Totally recommend it.
MoreNice food nice location a very long wine list.We ordered two different and unusual wines and they had them.Generally the stuff was effective but at the end we asked for an espresso and they answered that the machine is switched off. Via a high intervention we got it in a couple of minutes.
MoreQuiet area, rich selection of wines and food pairing!
Quite literally the best beef burger i’ve ever had in my life. and I’m from the US, so that says a lot. great wine and fresh juice, as well. the place has a nice atmosphere and is very reasonably priced. 10/10 will come here again.
MoreWe stopped here on our way down from our climb to Lycabettus. This was one of our favorite restaurants. I had the salmon with boiled eggs (more of a poached egg — yumand my partner had an egg dish which he loved. Great coffee, nice places to eat outside, just a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!
MoreMany different wines tasty food and friendly staff . we did not know what to try the waitress came out with 4 bottles of different wines so we could choose from and we got to try them all . So service minded with a positive attitude and love for her job !
MoreNice getaway from work for brunch or lunch in the center of Athens! Fast and helpful service. Tasty menu.
MoreGood drinks high quality 👌Great place if you like the places that are full of people
MoreReservation sometimes is a must. Love the vibes of this bar/restaurant, especially when weather is good and you can sit outside. Will visit again!
MoreAmazing selection of local and imported wines.Fine bites alongside.Great vibe.A little too pricy.
More+ Great variety of wines+ Good service (more than good actually)+ Prices ok+ Location is nice- cheese platter ( small portion - the variety of cheese included is interesting but too small amount of them with some apple chips which are from bad to awful)- food is not good as it used to be 2-3 years ago. This menu has to be changed if you ask our opinion. And to be the place that it used to be..... (Coffee also awful but who cares abt that, lets stick to wine )
MoreVery nice atmosphere, really stylish place with good wines and incredibly efficient staff. A recipe for successful evening out.
MoreWe were put on a shared table with rude, drunk people that were shouting and were constantly hitting the table on purpose in order us to leave. Νο actions were taken from the staff, although we asked to be transfered to another table.Enentually we left.
MoreA great cafe bar for all times of the day in the cultural heart of Athens but mostly a great wine bar with a rich selection of wines to choose from! Excellent plates too to accompany your drinks.
MoreGreat selection of wine and cocktails served by knowledgable and enthusiastic staff. Industrial style decor with excellent music! A must if youre in the area. Highly recommended.
MoreI just left this place and I had a wonderful experience overall! Tasteful wine and great food. The employee responsible for the reservation was very helpful and polite. The rest of the staff was also very professional. I would definitely suggest going to this place if you are looking for a cosy wine bar in the heart of Athens.
MoreLong time since I had a cocktail like this one!Plus the excellent service
Very nice place in the heart of exarchia.I confirm, as i also read in other reviews, that the food has significantly deteriorate in quality although they don’t accept such reviews.Great variety but with many wines on the list not available. Nevertheless, the stuff is friendly and they always have other suggestions.Be prepared to face a very crowded environment..
MoreDropped in here for a little drink and a rest after walking around the city, ended up staying for hours as the staff were so great, wines delicious and food excellent. We wanted to sample a nice Greek white wine and the staff brought us several to try and talked at length about the vineyards and wine styles, was a whole educational workshop! SO of course we had to try several. And then some red. And some dessert wine. Had some light bites to go with it and the food was fresh, interesting and super tasty. Overall a great experience and if we had time during our stay in Athens we would happily have returned here a lot! As it was we dashed in for a quick bottle one evening and sat al fresco, the evening vibes were equally fun, winning all round
MoreReally lovely place and a great location, had a tasty egg lunch with some fresh juice. Next time Ive gotta visit at night for some drinks. Nice staff and great interior.
MoreOne of the best wine bars in Athens. Big selection of wines, good atmosphere and friendly staff.
MoreVery nice wine bar, downtown. With a wide wine list and delicious food. We were served by Christos and he was amazing!
MoreWow! A fancy gem in an area with more relaxed bars. Their wine list is extensive and the selection is stellar. The signature cocktails were also great. The whole ambiance is top notch, couldn’t recommend more!
MoreFantastic local spot for wine & dinner. The staff were lovely. I want to check out there sister restaurants as well.
MoreOrdered a salad and two beers, so far everything went well in a Friday evening (the place was full). We wanted to pay and leave and had to wait more than half an hour then we went to the counter and politely ask to pay because we would be late and the waitress told us to wait at the table while she was talking to other waiter and just laughing like she had nothing else to do.
MoreVery nice place with a great variety of wines, cocktails etc but somewhat expensive. Id recommend it if you found yourself wandering in the streets of Athens not knowing what to choose for a drink.
MoreVibrant place with good wine selection. Had my best ever dry white from Greece here... Check the photo
MoreGreat, impeccable, first class service! Great drinks! Unbearably loud music after 20:00 forced us to leave.(or maybe I am too old 😂 but I could not enjoy the beer, the atmosphere, or the company when I had to scream to have a conversation :/ )
MoreThe wines were very expensive, but they are in general in greece. Although here they didnt fill the cup and for 7€ one would expect a more generous portion. The atmosphere is nice and very authentic to the neighborhood though.
MoreIf you re visiting Athens and you are looking for a vibrant wine bar to visit then this is the place.
MoreWhat an amazing wine bar in Athens. Im a big wine fan and being Greek I wanted to try as many Greek wines as possible also. This is a great place to have great food, drink amazing Greek wines of course and sitting outside during summer. The sommelier Aristotle, was an amazing help who knew his stuff and took me on a great journey through the amazing fresh and new wines of Greece. Do yourself a favour and visit.
MoreIncredibly delicious coffee. Gourmet coffee. And in the evening, amazing champagne, oysters and snacks. Great place for a date. Love it.
MoreExtensive wine list with labels from around the world and selections available at all price points (more than reasonably priced). The dishes were fresh and quite nice. Attentive staff too. A great option for a glass of wine (or a bottlein Athens. My new fav place.
MoreGreat selection of not only greek wines, nice service and the place itself is really cool
MoreIndustrial design, great wine selection with a lot offered by the glass, tasty original cocktails and a very upscale kitchen. A bar that provides the whole package for a salty price. Service is kind and fast, parking might be a problem if you don’t want to pay for it. Forgot to mention the very good coffee!
MoreVery lively corner coffee where the coffee is excellent, friendly service and very good wifi. Nice crowd.
MoreMy partner and I are very fortunate to have cultivated a close relationship with our dear friend Hara. Whenever were in Greece, (about 8 weeks a year, there isnt a chance that we dont get introduced to a new restaurant, (or like 2 weeks ago 2, by the way theres a new steak house in Porto Rafi called Kaspa and tripadvisor still doesnt know it exists. I say this only because Ill give it a 5* rating which I did already on Google.Enough editorializing,We all showed up at the appointed hour and Hara has learned that when we go to a new restaurant we need to try just about everything on the menu, so that we know if asked questions or writing a review like this we can answer them. As a result we gave it our best shot. For our starters and for sharing we had a green salad with grilled manouri cheese, toasted sesame seeds and pine nuts, From there we were served the smoked cod, with a salt cured egg yolk with a beetroot cream on the side which was phenomenal. The next little surprise was a ceviche of sea bass, coconut milk, Kalamansi vinegar with pickled radish and wakame salad. I love ceviche but this was a delightful presentation. We the enjoyed the Burrata, Bottarga cured fish roe. This was then followed by the Cretan past, smoked pancetta, Andros volaki cheese fresh tomatoes and greens. Then our last main which was served together was the spaghetti aglio e oil with mushrooms with thyme along with the famous beef burger, with bacon chutney, mature cheddar cheese and coleslaw. This meal isnt what youd call "fine dining," but for those of you who watch Guy Fieris "Triple D," this place is a homerun! I cant wait to go back. Hugs and kisses to Hara!
MoreOne of the coolest spots to relax and taste wine in Athens. Felt very local and was a good reprieve from the tourist areas. Lots of outdoor seating surrounded by trees and graffiti. Staff were super friendly and happy to make recommendations, telling us a bit about each wine. Had a great Greek Viognier. Excellent place to stop and watch Athens.
MoreKind of pricy, flat white was 3.50 euro if I remember, good service but slow even when place was empty. Poor shot, and it was steamed together with the milk. Average overall, but it should be far better for the price.
MoreGreat wine list, nice place to relax, talk, drink, eat. Can be busy sometimes but its ok.
MoreIts hard to find a good IPA in Europe. But they have one here! Nice place to eat, drink and be merry!
MoreThe location is cozy, in an authentic neighborhood of Athens, and the atmosphere simple and elegant. The staff has the proper education for wine, they are kind, friendly and fast. Now for the wine. The list has a good variety of options, including greek and international wine. The portions served were perfect and the temperature of wine ideal! Very professional. The choices for the food could be a little more but the menu on the whole was interesting and it included option for white, rose and red wine pairing.Everything we tasted was tasty and the prices were quite normal for the quality it provides.Definitely try it!
