Nice service clean rooms and great hosting I would give it 5 star

Ive stayed several times on work trips. I know the owner by name. Service is nice, rooms are clean. Once there was no room available so the owner let us stay in their personal suite which i thought was pretty nice. Very accommodating.

I really like this place because it’s ride on Highway 16, it’s easy for drivers to stop and have a good rest for the night, it is also very quiet neighbourhood, as well reasonable price…

Very nice place with great value! Full size fridge and microwave, nice decor, thoughtful touches.

Wasnt impressed with the owner operator of this Motel, Sarah was very rude and judgemental, asked me to leave without reasonable cause even though the room was prepaid, for a Christian manager I was appalled by the way I was treated

Spending 4 nights....fantastic staff . Upon checking in they didnt have a room with 2 beds so they gave us 2 single rooms for the price of incredible. Super clean rooms. This motel is awesome 👍👍

The room isnt bad, bed is comfortable, furniture and fixtures are servrely dated though very clean. The one thing that is bad about this place is the free wifi, dont expect to be able to watch Netflix or other streaming services uninterrupted by perptual buffering and low quality, but free is free just like carrots are carrots like the farmer said after he pulled up his first turnip.

Excellent little place! Friendly, affordable and clean. Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay. I stayed for two nights, and it was incredibly quiet.

Okay place. Very small kitchen. The water was not safe to use (had to be boiledbut they gave us water bottles. The bathrooms are okay and they provide us with 2 small soaps and 2 motel bottles of conditioning shampoo. Beds are pretty comfortable and warm. TV has sufficient amount of channels. Theres an A&W nearby.

The lady at the counter was super nice, she gave me her last room and I was very impressed for the nice woman touch.The room was comfortable, with a fridge, a mini kitchenette with plates and pots.The bed was super comfy with a memory foam mattress. I definitely recommend this hotel. And is my stop every time I come to Burns lake

Rooms are a little older but very clean, comfortable, and homey. Friendly and professional staff. I have stayed here two different times now and been happy with my experience both times.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable and pleasant stay.

We appreciated their flexible check-in. The room was cool and relaxing on such a hot day. Two bedrooms with a full size bathtub, closets space, great deal!

By far the best bang for your buck hotel in Burns Lake. Great pricing. Rooms are older but super clean. Ive stayed in tons of cheaper hotels for work around B.C and this one is absolutely the cleanest! The owners are so nice as well. Sarah is super friendly and awesome. Will definitely stay here again next time Im working in Burns Lake. Highly recommend!!!

Felt like a small apartment. Was very clean and organized. The owners are amazing, felt like we were a part of their family for the two nights we spent here. It isnt fancy but it has everything you need at an extremely affordable price.

Rooms were somewhat odd, but clean. Seemed outfitted for longer stays. Tap water was undrinkable, there was no AC, and the toilet seat slid sideways. Also, the door to the room did not automatically lock, which wasnt apparent until I came back and realized Id left my room essentially open. With some care and attention, this place could be much better.

Full sized fridge and stove. Separate rooms, great for families.

Made a reservation here 4 days in advance giving my credit card. When i called the woman seemed confused and not clearly understanding but took all my information. When we arrived she was confused and said she had no reservation for me. Said she never got a call from me. Im 100% she is who i talked to.They had no More rooms with 2 double beds. Offered me 2 rooms with 1 bed each for The price of 1 but that didnt work for my family so we went somewhere else.If you reserve here dont expect to have a reservation when you get there.

Affordable, friendly staff,, free WiFi, and everything worked*. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The screen doors were a nice touch. A great place for a budget-friendly stay. *note: the air-conditioning and heater was not checked/used.

Clean and well maintained room. Decent rates, and quiet given how close it is to the highway. Friendly staff and a BBQ available for guest use. Overall a great stay.

Clean quiet well worth the money!

I phoned late at night to get my daughter a room as she was on her way to meet up with her crew for treeplanting. Luckily there was one room left and they booked us. Not only did they book the room, the gentleman (Benat the desk went and picked my daughter up at the Greyhound station at 12:45 in the morning and drove her to the motel. Taxis dont run that late apparently.FANTASTIC service! Above and beyond. Ben is a saint. Thank you so much!
