Walmart Supercenter in Guymon

No eggs, limited milk selection, even though more could be seen in the cooler.

I got there to get my monthly rent, Phone card, and other such things. This is one of the most desperate stores Ive been to, as when Im at the self checkout I have a Walmart employee hovering over me to give themselves a Good review after Im finished. Then there is customer service, that is never open when its supposed to be, and even when it is, the Walmart employees are depressing as hell, and flat out show they dont care for anyone or anything.

Not very crowded. And staff especially attendant Hispanic lady with glasses by the self checkout was wonderful.

Spinetical! I didnt have to wait in line. That was worth an extra star all on its own.

Not enough real cashiers I hate those stupid kiosk things that didnt save me any money on groceries and then you got people that dont know how to use them and they go at their own pace its not any faster at all and its definitely not any friendlier

Thank you so much for having everything we needed super clean store, cleanest Walmart bathrooms Ive ever been in and will highly recommend this location and hopefully maybe someday return in the future five stars all of the staff the parking lot attendance cashiers and everyone on up we had a great experience.

One of the few Wally’s left that allow truckers to park. I also witnessed a female driver with a trash bag, just walking the perimeter of where trucks have parked. Picking up their trash. Won’t be many places to restock groceries if you guys can’t be a little cleaner than that.

Worst Walmart I have ever been in by far. It is dirty and disorganized. They never have any checkers except for the 15 items or less check out. One of the places I dread having to go to!👎

I travel for work. I ended up being held over & almost out of insulin. Walmart is not normally my pharmacy & my closest pharmacy was over 2.5 hours away but the pharmacist and the techs here worked with my normal pharmacy in order to get two prescriptions filled at Walmart. My insurance did not cover the prescriptions being from Walmart but they were able to find savings coupons for my insulin. There are not enough great things I can say about the entire pharmacy staff.

Im a pilot escort vehicle operator. And sometimes we stay over night in towns and I like to stay at Walmarts cuz they have cameras and they let people stay over night. But this one they told me they would tow my vehicle if they see it in the in parking lot. I parked in a spot where they are putting trailers I guess and C alled threatening me with a tow. Mind u Im in a regular parking spot in the lines. They should of marked it no parking. So I move it and she tells me I cant park here no longer

The employees here have saint-level patience, managing to remain calm and polite in the face of my endless stupidity.Yall, I am so sorry for wasting time arguing when the mistake was mine.Great store, I may be too embarrassed to ever go back in though. 😳😳😳😳

Went in for an ink cartridge and had to wait 20 minutes because the cashier didnt have change. It was 4 dollars. The management didnt even start the drawer off with enough money to make change. Then all went to lunch at the same time. May 15 at 8pm

If all the lazy employees quit standing around and open some checkout lines and do their job and so we dont have to use self checkout it would be a better place

Omg this Walmart is super organized, always stocked with merchandise. Im always greeted by Wal-Mart employees whenever im in the store. I really like how the employees have people that can speak different languages to customers that need help. I over all love going into the store and shopping for most of my families needs.

I was traveling to New Mexico on 4/14 and my cell phone didnt have service in this part of the country. I stopped here to get a phone that would work and the woman (Unfortunately I didnt get her name. She was a blonde ladythat helped me was amazing. She not only met my expectations, she went above and beyond helping me. Not only did she help get the phone going, she helped me figure out where I was and what route I needed to take. (I had gotten a bit off track). Absolutely stellar customer service!

It okay shopping here, you never know what type of people you will encounter here. Sometimes thats good and sometimes not. Not big on self checkout, they dont pay me to do that job. Watching many many different types of products walk out of the door not being scanned and nothing happened or is being done. Cant find employee for locked cases...... honestly how much money are you loosing on a $0.99 toothbrush? Online pick up is worse, with an hour wait for trunk delivery.

This Walmart by far has top/best prices especially on meat I travel from Kansas to this particular Walmart in Guymon to shop for all my groceries especially MEAT!!!!

I have been in a few communities and I have to say, the Walmart in Guymon under Adam Armstrongs management has been a GREAT community partner. They are always willing to help and Adam is not shy to volunteer work. We are lucky to have him.

I go there almost every day. They have too many cats out, when I worked for Walmart we only take one cart out at a time. Wherever you see a cart is when you should see an employee. Here I see many carts and I have to search many iles for a single employee.Other than that, customer service is super friendly and I love shopping here. I just cant stand not having enough room to walk when it gets busy in there. All them carts in the way plus suburban, rude customers, that dont understand what "excuse me I need by" means, it is pretty clustered and irks my nerves when the object I need is right there where the carts and those types of customers block.Then the carts would be in the way of their gaps in the ile. So, if you go in and need to go to one Ile and their is a mass group of customer in the way, so you think you can cut through the iles like you would at any other Walmart in Oklahoma, nope you are wrong, you are gonna have to wait for that long, slow crowd of people or go AAAAAALLL the way down, then turn, then AAAAAALLL they way back where you were just at.I noticed people here in Guymon are not mindful to others in public places.What really bothers me is when a worker is off duty, they could at least let me know that, instead of completely ignoring me and walking off. If you still have you uniform on while in the store you work, you should still be respectful. A simple "my apologies, I am off duty at the moment, let me direct you to someone on duty."That was just one person... But like I said, customer service is pretty good other than that one person that chose to ignore me for WHATEVER reason that is and they cant pull the "oh I didnt hear you card" because me and my children are VERY loud. When we speak. I know she heard me.Their cashiers are pretty fast too. If self check out is full and cashier only has a few people, I would go there, these working at night scam things really fast and does not slug around.

Ive ordered curb side pick up from this Walmart 3 times in a row now and every time they have given me expired milk, half and half, broccoli, and mustard. Do better walmart!

Typical Walmart. However I found no rotisserie chicken so it lost a star.They do allow truck parking.

One of the friendlier Walmarts in the region. Found everything we were looking for. Shopping at Walmart is Always an energy drain, this one was no different, but at least it was clean, well stocked, and efficient.

Employees was nice and helpful.I asked some questions to random employees, each one stopped willing to answer questions.Leaving had its moment:I saw a lady put a dirty diaper in a cart. I told the lady theres a trash can by all exits, if shes is in a rush i would throw it away for her.. she told me to go to hell, than i told her "at least ill know where to find you, have a great day".

When covid 1st hit, It was pretty scary, Especially when I have health issues. I was a little skeptical knowing that people That had tested positive were going to Walmart to get their medicine. But I was Reassured that staff Was wearing masks since they were exposed to patients coming in to the pharmacy. I was walking around getting my food employees were not wearing masks, I was concerned for my health knowing that employees were supposed to wear masks in Last March. I felt scared for my health so I told a manager which she said "it doesnt really matter" what do you want me to do about it".it was very rude, uncaring, Unprofessional I was telling her my concerns for my my health and following protocol for Walmart and just making me feel like I was not heard!!😡😡😡😡😡

I pulled up their local add showing an add for a price of $398 for a tv. The add shows it as available in store. When I went to the store to purchase the tv the price changed to $538. The managers didn’t know why the price was different. So wal mart is posting ads to bring customers in and then are not honoring the price.

Could be better, POS system is a little unresponsive every time we go, but never replaced. Most of the associates are pretty nice, and helpful. This location is very secure as compared to the other ones. Somewhat to mostly sanitary...

We needed to do a garden center return. I had to go to garden center to find a grill that was not broken. The 1st lady didnt speak loudly enough for assistance & tried to push me back to customer service. Then left. The 2nd lady didnt look up from her iPad to acknowledge me. No one was going in or out the doors. 50 minutes to do an exchange- because of garden center!

I love this store, they carry many products that you just cant find anywhere else especially in this part of the country. I like how there are discounts on items more often than not. For example Mens jeans where only 13 dollars yesterday, down from 20, which is nice.

Talk about rude self checkout attendants. When I used to work here you had to at least acknowledge the customer and we certainly weren’t allowed to gossip with friends and point at customers we don’t like right in front of them. Swiping your badge is not that hard, was literally the easiest job I had ever done during college. Not sure how this store strategically hires the worst people in this town for 90% of its staff. This place was a million times better when the old crew was here and Gary managed. Gone downhill pretty bad.

Having traveled, by vehicle from Las Vegas to Iowa and back, we had two tires on the car that were close to being needing to be replaced. We came across this Walmart in the panhandle of Oklahoma. Two new tires, balance, mounted and rotated with my other fairly new tires. Great service, friendly and fast! We are off to Texas and beyond in no time. And the price was a couple hundred dollars less than I thought I was going to have to pay! Love that!

Let me say that first of all the wonton wraps should be easier to find. I was lost and I really thought I was never going to find them. I had already asked two workers with no help. Finally, an associate named Nathalie was able to help me. Her ability to understand what I was looking for and her kindness forever change my life. 10/10 would recommend asking for Nathalie when shopping at Guymon Walmart.

Place was busy probably because it was day before Thanksgiving stockers everywhere and people all in the isles at times. Shelves were mostly stocked and I got what I needed for Thanksgiving too. I didnt have to wait in an lines either.

Selection is limited n dont keep shelves stocked with important products. Grateful they are here but wish whoever is doing the ordering would broaden horizons n greater selections of clothing/food.

Its Wal-Mart how special can it be? Not my favorite place to shop, but when you dont have a choice being a truck driver, kind of hard to park and shop just anywhere. I will say this at least the areas I did visit in this store including the restroom, it was pretty clean, shelves well maintained.

The staff here is very helpful. They greeted me with a beautiful smile and a homely welcoming gesture. I found exactly what I was looking for and everything was perfectly in its place. I had a fun time shopping for Christmas.I highly recommend you stop at this Walmart because if youre passing through the panhandle. The Stars will Sox and the staff are very friendly. Ive had great experience using the Walmart grocery app and having my order brought to my car. The produce that the shoppers picked out was good. They came out to my car promptly and were polite and professional. I especially appreciate the job being done by Christian Aguilera and Fernando Betancourt.

I have been getting my hair cut at this hair shop for over a year. The two local ladies do a phenomenal job. I always get compliments on my haircuts. But this last time, a new woman had started. She gave me mom bangs and Im almost 60. I had hoped the cut would grow out and be okay but unfortunately it still looks bad.

Their fish tanks are awfully bad. There are dead fish that are decomposing and turning black everywhere. I come to Walmart to see fish as a happy thing and come to see these fish tanks neglected. They aren’t clean and there is old fish food sitting at the bottom. They are also basically eating each other. There are also fish that are in the filters. I understand they are getting new filters but, this should’ve happened along time ago. Also, we asked for the manager of the department and she never showed up. That’s very irresponsible.. I was very unsatisfied with my visit.
