Although its a bit forced, its an interesting experience to get up and close with Lions. I have done in in several countries and always enjoyed their company.

Wir alle sind uns einig: Tiere gehören nicht in einen Zirkus. Sie gehören in die Freiheit. Sie sollten nicht an Menschen gewöhnt und für monetäre Zwecke eingesetzt werden. Doch auf der anderen Seite: Keine Aufmerksamkeit bedeutet leider auch - kein Geld für Tierschutz. Und so verstehe ich Lion Encounter. Wer diese Tiere hautnah erlebt, wird sich später massiv für ihren Schutz einsetzen. Großkatzen- und Großwildjagd verbieten, Löwen schützen. Dafür wird hier viel getan. Der "Spaziergang mit Löwen" ist so sicher gehalten wie man es wohl tun kann. Ess sind immer Ranger dabei, die aufpassen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und den Besuchern zugetan. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Häufig sind freiwillige Helfer dabei, die sich ebenfalls dem Schutz der Löwen verschrieben haben.

One of the best experiences of our trip to South Africa. Rangers are amazing and your safety is of highest priority. A first class facility from start to end. Highly recommend if visiting Victoria Falls!

Not a good start since they put us late with a van without a/c. Then we had to wait for a group at the Casino and next to their office to pay.There were only 2 young lions, 13 & 14 months old who are domesticated. That lasted an hour. Afterwards, some refreshments and a showing of the video that they took so they could sell them.Almost 4 hours and $150, in my opinion, not worth it.

한국여행사에 17만원이나 내고 예약했는데 현지 여행사에서 헬기투어나 다른 상품 같이 예약하면 훨씬 저렴하게 할 수 있다. 가격이 비싸지만 정말 흥미로운 경험이었다.
