I ordered the Texas Bacon Egg & Cheese Melt , could not enjoy it because the cook burnt my bacon . What a waste of money . Serving burnt food is just disrespectful . I will not be returning .

Awesome experience at this Waffle House. Great vibes and friendly staff. Bigger Waffle House than usual. The older lady that was helping away and bus tables was awesome, she was very friendly and was dancing which made the energy great. Would def go again if I was in the area. Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is that they could’ve cleaned off the booth a lil better. Nothing major.

Great staff, good food, but not the best place to stop during weekend college-age night life.

Noted one person hit a bin above the prep line knocking a jelly packet into a toaster. I notified them ASAP as there was nothing in the toaster at the time. According to the front end manager, this does happen from time to time, causing a small fire in the toaster. Suggested moving the jelly bin.

This store is the least greasy Waffle House I have ever been to. The store was clean and staff were quick with coffee and water refills.

Nice welcome kinda busy but I still received my breakfast hot and on time appreciate it thanks 👍

The staff was amazing despite the long night except for one worker, named Gege. She berated and yelled at the rest of the crew the entire time i was there and even corrected customers when they tried standing up for them. Id go again if she was let go...

Restaurant was dirty staff was rude I was given the bill with my food and my order wasnt correct. I was only given one drink no refills but at least this time I didnt find plastic in my grits.

Its waffle house...lets not expect too much. Its decent when you can get a good waiter, and they arent too busy. Otherwise, walk away and find something else.

Only got half our order and 3/4 of what we received was wrong. Sat for over 20 min waiting for someone to check on us to discuss it but ended up having to hunt down someone ourselves. Table was only half attached to the wall. Table salt container was coated with old gross salt. This location is not being managed.

Orders were wrong, some items not delivered. No refills. Very busy. Line. New servers

Havent been to Waffle House for years because, as far as I know, there isnt one north of Delaware. Families in booths, friendly waitresses, hearty, old-fashioned breakfasts. I wish there were Waffle Houses up north.

Great food, great service, food was cooked fast and was delicious!

My husband and I went here about 2am this morning and the girls that should of been taking everyones orders were just standing there. I got one girls attention and she looked at us, we looked at her. Not sure what was wrong with them 😂. We just left and went to IHOP after.

When we walked in, we stood in the front for at least 10 mins and never got greeted. Meanwhile, other people walked in and got greeted immediately. When we finally walked up to a waitress to ask her what’s going on, she tried to sit us at a dirty booth with dirty cups and silverware. Then walked away before we even sat down. So we got up and left and they didn’t even notice. Will not go here again.

So, we went there last night. It was packed. The staff was rude. They didnt welcome you in or acknowledge you for that matter. This one waitress was very ugly when I asked for my coffee. I didnt want to be rude because I knew she had to fix my drink. I dont know who the owner is but he needs to go in and clean the house.

Horrible. I stood at the counter waiting to order for over 35 minutes while rude, lazy workers pretended to be busy doing other things. Several unhappy customers were seated for long periods of time and hadnt ordered, same with pick up orders. I asked for a manager, but he had exited the back door. This location needs to close.

The all-star breakfast was awesome and of course I had to get hashbrowns all the way except gravy cause Berts Chili is so great, this Waffle House location is now my #1 favorite ! Friendly atmosphere and the staff are so courteous here.

Reused to serve me and my company to go orders only because they had already cleaned up and didnt want to reclean

The cooks and crew at this spot were great thanks for the good food

It was very packed in there. We could bearly give our order because it was so loud. The waitress was left a tip, she was nice.

The young lady gave us excellent service on Friday night and I wish I could remember her name because prior to her, I could not order food to go because I was unable to find someone to take my order.

Waffle House isnt my favorite restaurant but they are everywhere in the south. So it is a great place to meet and eat.A friend from Texas was visiting in New Orleans and gave me a call. I checked for a place where I could connect on his way home.This Waffle House is just west of where 10 and 12 rejoin west of New Orleans. So it was a good meeting spot.The food was good and the servers were friendly. Definitely one of the better Waffle Houses Ive been to.

College Drive WH in BR! Heck No! I learned my lesson! I dont know who is in charge of hiring but it clearly can NOT be their day job! I wish I could take away the 1 star you have to give to even submit this review! I would be embarrassed to manage this location or even to manage the district this location is a part of! Disgraceful! Periodt

Stopped by on my way back home to Texas from Mississippi..I heard someone order pork chops which I didnt see on the menu anywhere..nonetheless I did have a great breakfast and back on the road stuffed...lol. kudos to all the hard workers here .👏 I love this waffle house. 🧇

I place my order 2 all star breakfast one with a pork chop and other with sausage scrambled egg with grits with cheese regular waffle & Large Sweet tea the waitress told me it’s going to be bout 12-15 mins for my order I said fine just because I known college Waffle House stay busy so on this night they where busy this waitresses gave everyone there food but me and I places my order way before then the rest of the cooks jus looking round…no way I should have been there a hour come on ppl THIS WAS THE WORST Experience I HAD AT THIS Waffle House 😡😡😡

It’s always issues at this place. I placed an order over the phone and waited 15min to come pick up my order just to find out they never placed my order over the phone, another visit they messed up my order, and now I waited 10min to place an in person order and once I got to the front of the register to place my order the employee allowed more than 3 people to skip me so they can pay their ticket before I placed my order. It was very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time. I highly would NOT recommend going to this specific location.

I thought the service was excellent and very Superior there was also one waitr that has started yesterday very new very polite really loved her attitude I believe her name was Ella

Food and service were good. It was late. I was told it would be slow service. Service was fine everyone worked together. Visit was quick and delicious.

Time machine 90s best times if you ask me. Every Waffle House Ive been to is great. This one especially on a long road trip 24 hour food is a relief. I have been in NOLA a number of times even during Mardi Gras happy days. Sorry about the recent hurricanes. I hope you guys get back up like always. This is the best place to go eat, the hospitality was off the chart. Lisa made us feel right at home and the food came to us right away. You hungry for a good meal with good service, then go to the Waffle House. Awesome people works here.

So I was a fan of waffle house. But now the waffles were thin and little, the chocolate chips werent even cooked into the waffles.the chili cheese waffles had American slices instead of shredded cheddar and the grits were ok. Honestly I know COVID-19 hit bit it hit waffle house hard.

I was greeted right away and Ms. Penny was my server, and was very polite and attentive, even with the other guest she was serving.Kudos to Angel who cooked my food specifically to my liking! (Trust me Im super picky)Shewing flies the entire time I was dining is the only down side to me not giving a 5 ⭐ rating.

Waitress was rude. Food took forever. Part of one person food came out and 15 minutes later we got another part of our order. It told 40 minutes before we got all of our food. We were told that the things we ordered they dont do anymore but they do because someone else order it and they were served. Worst experience ever. Will NEVER come back to this Waffle House.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of 1 of the cooks. I think his name was Mr Charles. He has a very rude attitude and I didnt like the way he talked to the waitresses. I feel like this, a restaurant is a high traffic, fast moving place. If you cant stand the pressure, dont work there. Other than that, its a great place and I love the food.

Dang. 04/02/21. Aint been in a Waffle House in a decade. Not sure if this is how I remember it? Got there bout 1030, joint was packed. Cars in the parking lot trying to blast each others stereos apart. Commie face shackles were required and enforced. Waited 10 min for a table to open. The staff were busy but efficient, maybe not as Deep South Louisiana friendly as they could be but hey, its a Waffle house. Food was 👌 but maybe not as clean as it should be. Never the less, We didnt Die.... Plotted.. Oumuamua. Beep

Foods awesome. Staff is awesome. Location is awesome. But for some of the patrons, they need to start showing their fellow man some love. So full of hate you can tell their anger and frustration isnt directed at anyone in particular. Staff needs a medal of honor in the way they acted and diffused tempers.

Great personalities at lunchtime for this location. Waitress was attentive and manager even refilled our drinks just to mess with waitress. Food was good. Masks were worn for those afraid of covid. Most laughter I have had at lunch in quite a while. Thanks Waffle House staff. Manager being so cool is probably why employees were happy and having fun at work.

Rated against other Waffle Houses this one is great. The floor is slightly less slippery, the tables are slightly less sticky, and the staff is slightly less bitter. We also got a free waffle because we were brought it by mistake and the waitress just told us to keep it. The food is about as healthy as IHOP or Dennys, but tastes a lot better. When you want waffle House nothing else cuts it.

I ordered my usual. All Star Breakfast. I must say that everything was delicious and cooked to perfection...and This was on Thanksgiving Day too! Super amazing place. Staff is very helpful and kind. Overall, they always have a great attitude and seems like they love what they do. Needless to say, the food is awesome and cheap. We had a great time!

Asked for toast got buttered bread. Got my food no utensils. Waited over 5 minutes and finally got my servers attention to get coffe and utensils. Food was cold, so I left. It seems this staff is better at socializing with each other than paying attention to the customer. No thank you!

Ive always loved waffle house, I grew up eating at this location. Waffle house never changes but you dont exactly expect to get superb service, today was different! They were pretty busy as they are on Saturdays, they were prepared, well staffed and quick. My waitress was quick and organized. Very good experience over all

We used to eat at the Waffle House on S.Sherwood forest Blvd where the food was great but we moved and now we are closer to the one on College Drive. I ordered the Fiesta egg omelet, that is what I always order. This time it was different, the omelet was very much uncooked, sloppy looking.not to leave out the fact that the cook got upset when I complain. So he was told to fix me another one. this time he chopped up 2 whole onions into my omelet. I would not Recommend.

More often than not, Ive left there pissed off. On multiple occasions Ive sat down and didnt get any service for 15+ minutes. No greeting, no eye contact, as if we didnt even walk in and sit down.I cant say anything about the food because Ive never been able to order!!Go to the Waffle House on Airline!!! They are the BEST!

Very nice experience. Greeted warmly at the door and seated immediately. Server, Tonne, was prompt and polite. Pecan waffle was wonderful as usual. The A/C was cranked a little high, but better too chilly than too hot. Overall a very nice experience first thing in the morning.
