Ate here there was hair in our food tried Calling no one ever answer the phone asked for no onions but the food came with onions . Definitely won’t eat here again they need to be wearing hair nets while cooking

The cook was very nice. You just cant call an order ahead of time, was told all the waffle house dont have phones....they send you straight to voice mail so if you are in a hurry for work . You have to leave early and wait on meal to cook. But you get fast service if you are the only one waiting.

Alright they just have weird times of non help and wanted to charge extra for you to call in but call ins was all they offered

This was the most horrible experience weve had. All 3 of us ordered the same thing. My bacon was so burnt that it looked like charcoal. Eggs majorly overcooked. When I asked for the bacon to be recooked, the cook gave a bad attitude. My daughters water had a bug, the server took the glass and never brought another back. She ended up drinking her Dads coffee and my water. There was only 1 other table so she wasnt busy. She just disappeared.

We just had coffee. The staff had part of the dining area closed off for no reason and we felt like they were trying to hurry us for others to have our booth....wasnt happy about that at all

The environment is nice but the service is slow at times and you could be sitting for a few til your order is taken .

Waitress summer was very slow we had to get our own menu, our table or the counter, was dirty and she set up our silverware on the dirty counter, acted like she hates her job completely,ordered tge 2 egg breakfast and there was a black hair cooked into my eggs, they remade me entire breakfast thank goodness, 😊 the cook wiped his spatula f I r hashbrowns on the counter that was nasty af then continued to cook peoples orders , had to ask for refills on coffee and soda. Wont be coming back to this location at all!

The day cook was funny food was great the server needs work though

This is the worst service ever!!!!!The food was wrong then the cook put my already done hash browns back on the grill while making my correct order so therefore they were hard and then the waitress was very horrible never came back to our table

Hats off the whole morning crew. My wife and I stopped by for a late breakfast. Diner was a little busy, but we got a table within a couple of minutes. When the waitress brought out food it was still steaming from the grill. Everything was prepared just the way we ordered. Great job team.

Currently eating at another restaurant, while theres a whole table of people from Waffle House with their uniforms on. Theyre very loud, disruptive, cussing and being very ignorant. Extremely unprofessional and representing their employer horribly.

Food was great, and the workers there are awesome. They deserve to be paid much more than they currently are.

Waffle House is always a great place for breakfast. Great food at a great price and today they even made my special goulash for me. What a treat!

I regularly dine at Waffle Houses, but what stands out to me here is Kandace.She is capable of doing every task in the restaurant, and is a wonderful waitress. She makes sure the food has been cooked to perfection, the drinks are cold and topped-off, and the tables are kept clean. If she is not serving, she is working.The dining experience in her restaurant (for the moneyis well worth it.Her food and service always make this Waffle House feel like a second home, and her type of company feel like family.Revision 2/14/21:(Previously 5 stars)The person that held the restaurant together doesnt work here now. Idk where she is, but things are so much more chaos and curtness from the environment and the staff. I am not a fan.Maybe Im seeing little things besides the speed/heat the food is served and how nice the server smiles, but the vibe is off.

It is a waffle House. They are all the same this one was no different except for the so called cook. I am a believer in all food workers wearing hair nets. Well this guy should have been wearing a full body bag. He was about the trashiest person I have ever seen cooking. He was just damn disgusting and we decided to just have drinks and not take a chance on the food that he would have cooked.

The waitress was rude to my fiance and only him. He is the only one of color in our family aside from my mixed daughter which the waitress rudely almost knocked over bc she wouldnt wait for us to leave before she came and got her tip and started cleaning the table. She "didnt know" my fiance wanted a waffle and toast even tho he ordered a all star which comes with that stuff!

The food was good as usual, but then again I always make sure to go in around 12-1 am when Im too tired to make anything at home. However, the workers were a bit distracted, which was a bit confusing. They just kind of let the phone ring when there were two people just standing there. It didnt affect the food, just slightly irritating I suppose.

If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would! My family and I chose to eat here after looking at the Christmas lights.We came in and the place was empty besides the workers.We got our seats and took them forever to get drinks our tables were nasty we had to ask for those to be cleaned! Some of us got drinks while 4 others of us did not.Some got to order food and then the other 4 placed their order.We still havent gotten our drinks at this time.We asked about getting our drinks and they told us that they had to put the food order in first.Needless to say we cancelled our order and left.While the manager stood there and said nothing.

We loved everything. The food was delicious and the employees were great, they were at the table every few minutes making sure everything was okay. They made sure our drinks were full, always made sure to ask if we needed anything. They were polite and helpful.

Its good food and good service. I wish there were more booths. I dont really like to sit at the bar but its often the only available seats and there are usually several booths occupied by a single guest and I often turn around and leave when its so packed full of single rude men taking up more space than should be allowed.

Passing through Gadsden looking for a quick good breakfast. You can always count on Waffle House, right? Went in, was greeted, sat down at low counter and waited, and waited, and waited. No one came near me. No offer of coffee. No asking if I would like to order. After almost ten minutes two ladies came in, walked past me to sit at far corner booth. Immediately a server is at their table offering service. I got up and left. Still no one spoke to me going out the door. If this is what waffle house has become, I may have to rethink patronage. Very disappointed, and even a bit offended.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. I love breakfast! Eggs, hash browns, bacon, waffles, everything that has to do with breakfast they have it. Always cooked fresh. Served fast. Bonus: They also have a steak dinner that comes with hash browns, salad and Texas toast. The steak is small and a thin cut so don’t expect a huge cut of meat but it has a very good taste. When I want comfort food but nothing heavy, this is my go to meal.

Waitress Emily was very sweet and had great demeanor. Food was fast fresh and delicious. We stopped on way back home to Texas. My kids each ate whole waffle.

NOT HAPPY!! Good food, but the workers were horse playing and talking with each other the entire time I was in there. Ive been in this Waffle House before, and the servers focused on the customers. But, this time, the servers only focused on themselves and each other! I was shocked how they acted and even some of the things that came out of their mouths!! I WILL DRIVE ON DOWN THE ROAD NEXT TIME!! SERVICE COUNTS FOR A LOT!!

My food was hot, served quickly, and with a smile from my very efficient server. I had the Philly cheese steak hash browns bowl. It was sooo good!!!!! Philly cheese steak and hash browns, onions, cheese, just YUMMY!!! I really enjoyed it and will order it again.

Food was awful, they werent even busy & my eggs were so.overcooked they were hard. Got my order to go.so.by the time I got all the way across town, it was too late to go back! My order came with a drink, I also discovered that the sweet tea I asked for was unsweetened, when I arrived home. Wont order to go ever again IF I patronize this location again!

I ordered my food over the phone and went to pick my food up! When I got home, I realized my orders were wrong! I called and told them my order was wrong and asked if they could just recook my whole order because my food was cold. They told me that they will only fix two things! So I drive down there and it took them forever to come and wait on me! So the manager comes out and said he’ll just fix two things and I’m explaining to him, it’s yall fault my order is wrong and my food is getting cold waiting on y’all! So he had an attitude! I asked him if he would eat cold food and he said yes I eat cold food all the time, being sarcastic! Then the manager said next time they won’t recook my whole order, which they didn’t.... I told him it’s fine because I won’t eat there anymore!!!Service was horrible

5 stars for a Waffle House? Why yes, 5 stars because it is as advertised. Ive never had anything bad here over the years. Yes, in the past Ive a couple of bad waitresses but not lately. Breakfast foods are supposed to be a little greasy - bacon, sausage, eggs, etc - but the staff makes it look better than the pictures. Its always tasty. I like that they have a jukebox. If youre looking for a hearty breakfast you cant go wrong here. You can also have something light. Each time Ive been the coffee was fresh. I go about once a month.P.S. There are a couple of delicious things that are not & never have been on the menu. Ask about that!

Amazing food, amazing service. All the people giving less than five because food was greasy.... YOURE EATING AT WAFFLE HOUSE ,HELLO! the only con for me is my medium over eggs still had slightly runny whites but Im still gonna give five stars because it was otherwise the best waffle house Ive ever ate at and I want to get their review average up because they deserve it!!

Attention to management and corporate office .these floors are terrible it is not up to the employees it is up to you too hire outside help to strip and make these floors look brand-new. they look terrible very stained-up.however the good quality and service of the food that I and my husband received made up for it somewhat . Service and food were great. I believe when you have good employees you ought to provide for them a well-kept environment . Another thing...the air duct system in the ceiling is very grimy and rusted and dirty-looking. the ceiling in general look stained. I understand that this is not a very high INCOME area... but you should still should have a good work environment for your employees. All of this information that I have to say was solely my opinion. I did not speak to none of the waitresses concerning if they had any complaints. it was my birds eye view... thank goodness you have wonderful employees for your 3rd shift. they are a credit to the establishment.
