This Waffle House is the true Waffle House!!! The greet you upon walking in, fully staffed, constantly wiping tables and serving their customers. The atmosphere is southern style where everyone speaks. Put you in the mindset of a pit stop atBucc-ees. The were evening giving out hats for the kids Alicia was our server and she was amazing 😍🥰..

The staff here is so awesome! They remember every customer regardless of how long its been and remember what you had the last time you were there. Great service and their food is awesome! They take pride in all they do and it shows! Keep up the good work!

The waiter was rude . They didnt put any ketchup or mayo in The take out bag and one fork for 4entrees . Went back to ask for condiments and utensils we were told you got all you can have. No thanks Dennys is right across the street.

Open longer to satisfy More, and I was even able to order a B.L.T. its not on the menus... Luv it..

We ordered the all star breakfast x4. It was all wonderful and server Dajah and manager Kenny did a great job.

Our breakfast here was great. I also enjoyed watching the manager Kenny cook. He is a great cook. I ordered toast, eggs, bacon, and hasbrowns. Every thing was cooked as I ordered. Also my familys food was cooked correctly. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

They were noticeably short staffed, they immediately made apologies and thanked us for our patience. That being said the service was excellent and she was super friendly. Great attitude made for a pleasant visit and the food was serviced timely and delicious.

I had the big breakfast but also love the patty melt!! They have the best hashbrowns I have ever had!! Food is always freshly cooked and hot!!!

You owe it to yourself to treat yourself to a good breakfast in a fun, friendly, and clean place; actually the best and cleanest Waffle House I have ever been in, ate at, or visited! My parents and I were coming back through Monroe on westbound I20 and ended up at this Waffle House by mistake because McDonalds dine in was closed because of Covid-19, so we went next store to The Waffle House! From the time we entered this very clean Waffle House to the time we left; we felt welcomed by the whole staff! As soon as we walked in everyone said good morning and spoke to us! Not only was the restaurant itself clean, but so were the restrooms! Jennifer and Michelle were great to deal with! Michelle waited on us and did an awesome job! Jennifer checked us out and was awesome to talk to for almost 5 minutes! Thanks Michelle and Jennifer for amazing customer service! You both get 5 stars for sure! 🙂👍🏼😉

My husband, father-in-law, and I stopped here for breakfast on a road trip. Ive had some iffy experiences at Waffle House in the past, but this time it was excellent! The wait staff were very friendly and prompt in their service, the food was so good and fresh (Kenny did awesome!), and the place was pretty clean. I would definitely stop here again the next time were passing through.

not a review of WH, but more of a review of the people that reviewed itNo matter how good, Waffle House shouldnt get an average of 4+ stars.The food is filling and not bad, but its not the best...Im guessing nobody ate the steak there....because the steaks are thin and not really that great....come on people....I put in "Best Reviewed Restaurants in my area" and google pops up with Waffle House as number one?

Call in.. get put on hold for 20 minutes.. drive up there. All employees are sitting around... make order in person.. wait another 20 minutes... and still no food. This place is a joke tonight.

I am not impressed with places that only offer take out due to Covid. Still? And requiring a mask when even doctors are admitting they dont help, but on the contrary, could actually do more harm than good? People need to do research on their own and not be told what to do. Probably the reason there was a "pandemic", which is laughable, compared to REAL pandemic!

Food was pretty good. My family and I ordered but when we got our food I had a hair on it. No arguing with the waitress to replace. Tables were dirty but they were super busy. First chance they cleaned.

The food was good. The waitress was ok. The store wasnt completely disgusting like others in Louisiana are. However, the smell of sewage made my 12 year old son puke in the parking lot.

We had the best lady at our table. Jacy thank you for being at me and my moms booth tonight. Although she had to work 2day she had the best smile and attitude. They were packed and she still gave us A1 service.

My wife had a Drs appt this morning and could not have anything after midnight, so immediately after leaving the hospital we headed to Waffle House for breakfast and coffee. The service was great, the food arrived quickly, and was very good. It really hit the spot, as the saying goes!

We went there during the hurricane, a friend came and got my child and i and we went to waffle house...the main part of storm had already come. The staff was welcoming, food was great, especially the blueberry waffles . Good breakfast

Waffle house is never good. Only when youre desperate for food. And their whole stuff is obviously of meth. The girl who was suppose to take our order walked up to us and then left and sat to talked to her friend for 20 minutes before coming back to take our order. I literally felt sick after a couple bite. Something was soured. Idk if it was the eggs or hash browns. But it was bitter

Walked in and walked right out. Multiple employees had their mask off or pulled down. I dont have high expectations for waffle house in general other than getting cheap breakfast food, but in the middle of a pandemic they could atleast do their part in keeping everyone safe. Im all for taking a mask break, but you do that outside or out of contact from the public.

The waitress was friendly , very helpful & even chatted /shared a few laughs with us . The cook was awesome , he offered to recook my food if I couldnt eat it . Even though it would not have been his fault . Cause I dont have teeth to eat alot of stuff .

Best Waffle House in West Monroe area! Always polite and friendly service. This place has the chef. Its hard to find that kind of pride in a chef these days. Great job guys!

For a Christmas Day dinner, the overall experience was very impressive! We did have to wait about 10 minutes for a seat, but everything sped along after that. The waitress took our order, brought our drinks and eventually our food all within 10 minutes!!! That is serious service considering the wall to wall crowd of hungry patrons. Overall with having eaten at this location many times, I can honestly say that this Waffle House is a gem any day of the year.

Always have a good experience. Every once in a while I catch them making a fresh pot of coffee and it may take an additional minute to get more. One time they were having water problems and they couldnt make any coffee but that wasnt their fault. Love this place

The Waffle House on 148 Wells Road in West Monroe, Louisiana is so great. The Chef, not just a cook his Name is Billy and theres Summer I consider her the best Hostess ever. Talk about friendly kind people. Now Billy has a photo memory. They greeted each and every customer by name with Mr or Miss or misses. Here is my story I got stuck in Monroe, grayhound lost my luggage. As I sat on the on ramp of 1-20 after being told by truck stop I had to leave their property. I walk across the bridge sat on a curb, distrort. A car pulled up see that Waffle House go in ask for Billy tell him Dillon said let you sit get warm. Well I did. I was greeted by Summer good morning Sir youd like something to drink, water please yes Sir. Are you alright, yes just tired. Where You going, Oregon, long way, Ill see what I can do. I slipped out unnoticed. Had to come back later walked in asked to use their facility, you go right ahead, Sir you had anything to eat today, no, after you use the restroom you come on sit down order some breakfast, dont worry Im buying. She and Billy gave me a new look into the 💓 of human kind. Theres a kindred Spirit there youll have to no you must pay them a visit. Remind them of the older black gentleman they cared for. And maybe no youll see what I saw. The grace of God that lives there. And give them what they so graciously give. But tip them handsomely. Because theyre in need. Good night and may God bless .

Waitress lazy and..... lost. 🙄. Coffee was terrible, no catch up at the table nor pepper she forgot the creamer for the coffee and she did not bring a straw for the soda. There was no butter on the bread and I was charged for three eggs and was served two. Worst experience at Waffle House on Well Road so far

We love this waffle House and all waffle houses. Nothing like walking in and smelling those one of a kind waffles. This particular location is in my hometown. The staff is friendly and efficient which gives them an A+ from me!

I usually never have a problem at this waffle house but lately my visits have gone down hill. From burnt food to ride service today is where it really started to bother me. I am sitting here watching a young employee, with short brown hair, preparing food without gloves. This may not be a big deal to some but I am very germaphobic...I like waffle house because I can see my food being prepared and it calms me..but today he touched my food without gloves..Update. I am now sitting here and hungry enough to eat my food except now the same employee is handeling raw bacon without gloves. He will use those hands to go and prepare food.

Finally a cook that knows how to make hash browns well down!! Good job Josh!! Waitress was very helpful with her suggestions too. She actually helped me save money on ordering. Thanks!!
