WOW Surfing School & Jet Ski in San Juan

Our guide was amazing as my girlfriend and I have never rode before on a jet ski and they were super nice about going slow and making sure we were okay! The tour and the area are beautiful and totally worth the price!

Awesome experience for my 2 adult sons! Booked 2 jet skis last week online which was easy & convenient. Their jet ski experience was the highlight of our vacation. Justin the tour guide made it even better. He took them to El Morro & to the edge of the Bermuda Triangle! They even got to go “full throttle!” Justin even took photos for them. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an adrenaline rush. Or a great tour of San Juan from the water. Thank you for making our trip so special!!

Very very unprofessional, I had party of 5 it only let us book 1, after repeated calls n text no reply at all,arrived and it was Chaos the people In front of us told us not to book which we were already booked so when I turn came up they had a cancellation which we got the jetski buttttt the charge extra $60 nope they had just kept the $40 from a cancellation then got mad cause I called them out in it #never again will I ever, I ride every state I got to but wow surfing and jetskii it straight up fraud

Highly recommend booking the jet ski tour. It’s the best view of El Morro in San Juan. The guides were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Definitely a must if you are visiting P.R you will not be disappointed.

Great experience!The guides do a great job of giving a brief history of old San Juan and they do a great job of giving you the freedom to ride the jetski however you see fit.At times we were accelerating at full speed and it was fully encouraged to have fun. The tour lasted for about an hour and a half.They let you switch drivers with your passenger which is nice so you dont have to pay for two separate jet skis

Let me start by saying this was not a WOW Experience at all!!! We booked an hour tour. We went into the bay, and went in a circle, then we went down to one of the Forts. We literally say there for 20+ minutes. The guides took up so much time talking and it wasn’t even about the history of San Juan. They were just having regular conversation. After that we though we were going to have more time out in the bay. THEY TOOK US BACK TO THE DOCKS!!!! We literally spent more time sitting than actually riding. This is a waste of time and money. If you want a real jet ski experience, you have to go to Isla Verde Jet Ski Tour. They give you an experience and actually take you on a tour with information about San Juan. They also have a point where you can go swimming. Don’t waste your time with Wow because you will be very underwhelmed....

Terrible service refused to let son ride and overpriced

We had booked two jetskis with this company. FIRST OF ALL THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO COMMUNICATE, ITS ALL THROUGH TEXT WHICH COULD GET CONFUSING DUE TO LANGUAGE BARRIERS. We booked for 12pm but switched our time to 2 with Rafael, again through text. When we arrived, he only switched one of our jetski tours for one of us, not both. So we did not get two jetskis only one. He then blamed us stating we didn’t switch both names to 2, but why would we switch one jetski that we booked and not the other. So we were stuck taking one jetski and was not enjoyable. On top of that, I tried to book surfing school with this company and after asking for price and time, never received a text back because AGAIN, they do not communicate via phone, but instead with text. Again, I do not recommend this place.

Great tour by Gabby and Emmy? (I believepatient and fun . Got a little history tour and took nice pictures laid out in nice private beach... Gabby even recorded our “show off”drive off and slow fall right into the ocean!! Lmao!! It aseemed short but time flies when your having fun!

We went on a tour and to be honest I forgot my tour guides name (he was tallbut I must say, he was AMAZING. He took pictures for us, he emphasized safety, and he made sure we had a great time. He made sure we were comfortable before increasing the speed. If youre in PR this is a MUST DO and it is worth every dollar.

Emmanuel was the best guide! He was very patient with everyone would definitely recommend again! He also takes pictures for you and keeps your phone Ina dry bag!

Justin is pretty much the coolest person I’ve ever met. I was in SanJuan in July19 and I can’t recommended enough! I would go back if I have the opportunity again. My son (10wants to come back every year and basically be Justin when he grows up 😃 Go! Go! Make it a part of your trip. It’s worth every dollar (and extra dollar for a nice tip:)

Had an amazing experience first time ever doing jet ski our instructor Justin was amazing in regards to explaining and keeping up with our comfort of speed and tour of the different parts of the island. I am definitely coming back and would highly recommend this place to everyone to experience in puerto Rico.

Had a tour today at 9:30 am. The whole crew was super nice and gave lots of tips. Justin was great and even went out of his way to provide eye drops after the tour.

Had an absolute blast today on this tour! Justin was amazing! Was patient, interactive and tons of fun! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jet ski action in the San Juan area.

Excellent experience!!My wife and I did the hour jet ski tour with Jostin. He told us it would be an exciting and fun filled tour, and he didnt disappoint. He led us through both rough and calm waters and we even had time to stop for pictures and take a quick dip. The tour was better than expected and Jostin kept a close eye on us and the rest of the participants while giving us the freedom to test the limits of the jet ski.We had A LOT of fun and we would DEFINITELY do it again.

My son and I took the 12:30 pm tour on 15 June 2019 and had a great time. The ride out was a little slow because of the no wake zone, but it was full throttle thereafter. The tour guide was phenomenal. He was funny, engaging and ensured everyone was having a good time. We went to EL MORRO, the Bacardi factory and a beach by old San Juan where we saw some marine wildlife. Overall, it was a great balance of tour and full throttle action.

I can agree with another reviewer, that the bay/area is largely industrial.Its in an active port area, so theres not a whole lot to see in an hour. We did catch some good speed and a little bit of air riding the waves. We rode 2 to a ski and had opportunities to switch drivers.Our tour brought us over by the Bacardi factory (not much to see from the water though and no free rum out there!), over to the Fort (great picture opportunityand to a beach area by Old San Juan where we got off the jet skis and got in the water for a few minutes.Bree is an excellent tour guide, and has a good amount of knowledge to share, and she adjusts the tour based on your abilities.If you want to get out and get moving, this is a good one for you. If you want a real sight seeing or animal watching tour... try a different one.

The worst tour I’ve ever been on. All we saw was mostly fishing vessels. When we complained they told us you can go drive 30 min to the beach and do another tour and you have an hour to get there so you’d better hurry. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Great jet ski tour - my bf & I shared a jet ski had a blast!

Had an awesome time. A group of three, Gabriel(Gabbywas great. Gave us a little history of San Juan and got the jetski to max speed. Took our own pictures, no selling, pure fun.

Amazing tour; pleasant employees.

Instructors take pictures of people and sells them. Showing personal images, maybe theyll do it to your kids who knows. Obviously they dont care about professionalism and confidentiality

It was an excellent experience my guide Zack was an awesome and cool guide, he made me have so much fun and made me feel like I was a VIP customer he offer to take pictures and video of me while I was riding the jet ski and he is a good person to talk to, I had a surfing lesson schedule too but because of there wasnt any good waves I could not do it and because of policy they couldnt give me a refund I was little bit sad and dissapointed about that but Moe the guy who was going to offer me the surfing lessons, offer me the price of the surfing lessons as a credit for when I go on a jet-ski tour again so thats aweosme had a great time with them, I would happily recommend it to anyone

Federico was our tour guide, he made the tour fun but I would recommend this tour to people who have been on a Jet Ski before. He does expect you to go at full speed when you go out further into the tour. One of my friends had experience before but the rest of us did not, we eventually got the hang of it but it did take a bit. Overall this tour was fun!Update/Response to owner:We did mention out of the 4 girls in our party only one had prior experience. Federico said it was fine and that it would very easy which was not the case. I am changing my review to two stars because of your response. We did tell him and its hard to believe that you can recall that moment when you responded 3 months ago when it was a year ago that we visited. It was August 2017 to be exact.Thank you!

Great service. We took the noon jet-ski tour and our tour guide, Luis, was very professional, provided us with a full hour of pure adrenaline and some amazing views. Would recommend if you want the experience of riding a jet-ski full speed in open waters.

In August 2017 my girlfriend and i took our first vacation together. We wanted to experience new things together; last on the list was jet skiing. On the beach happened to be wow surf and jet ski. The worker Zack was patient at answering our questions. As my girlfriend and I laid on the beach waiting for this exciting experience, we received some bad news from home. My girlfriend texted zack immediately, (see below)"Hey Zack. This is Tiffany. I had to call your office and cancel for this evening due to a family emergency. We have to head back to the states earlier than expected. I have just notified Kim of this as well. Your office said theyd be in contact regarding a refund due to the circumstances. Thank you very much for your help.Zack replied, "Ok thank you i hope you get everything right in the states,,"Several weeks went by and we hadnt heard from wow surf regarding our refund. I texted the company again on September 13th but did not receive a response. Its close to year since the vacation and we never got our refund.By the way the emergency we left early for was my grandmother who passed away this past February.They got a 1 star cause Zack was greatZack replied

Horrible Experience-Horrible Staff-

The tour was great!...I just wish it was longer than an hour.

This was the worst adventure Ive ever been on. The guy makes you go full speed even if youve never driven a jet ski. And when we wiped out the guy expected us to jump back on and go full speed again and was yelling at us because we were scared and didnt want to go full speed through the waves and wipe off again. I dont suggest this tour unless you are an expert jet skier. Thumbs down

Last week, did the Jet Ski tour. All going well when 15 min into the 1hour wave running, some poor ladys jet ski stalled. According to the guide, she ran over a rope and it got into the intake which stalled the engine. Even though she didnt see the rope since she was going fast in very wavy/frothy water, the guide said shed be charged $ 300 for the repair! The worst part was that we all had to ski back to the launch dock where we sat for a ridiculous amount of time- at least 25 min to replace her jet ski. The tour from that point was rushed through & cut in half! No apology was given by the guide & no discount applied to any of our "tour". Will definitely complain to BBB.

Customer service is the best. Our jet ski guide "Jose" was very helpful solving problems and he took nice pictures during the trip. You can get a cheaper price for this if is reserved online. Its 100 bucks per jet ski that is not limited to 3 ppl as long as the total weight is within 350 pounds. Its a one hour round trip with a guide takes you around.
