Woodman always a good pub. Only go one night a week with dad and on a Saturday afternoon after a walk with dogs, but always enjoy it, staff are brilliant and so are customers, cheers 👍

A fantastic local pub with a very homely atmosphere. The owners make you feel very welcome and staff service is polite and friendly. A great selection of Gins for the ladies & Gin nights are a must when theyre on! Sunday lunches are great & theres weekly events with quiz nights Friday night bands . Theres a great little beer garden at the rear and seating on the front. This pub is dog friendly and also has a pool table.A great , clean and homely comfortable local pub.

Went in to play Quiz. Guy called Jeff and his son Ross sitting at the bar always winning, they should be on the Chase.Needs someone to go in and take their crown away. Oh nice pint and crowed worth a try.

Not a good first visit,barstaff got our drinks order wrong,ended up being a very expensive round,no apology either.shame because band was good with a nice atmosphere,but bar prices way above butchers and courtyard.

A quiet, friendly, village type pub, which offers a good range of ales and simple, no frills selection of food. Good quiz on a Thursday night, not too serious, so it keeps the serial quizzers away. All round good pub.

The owners are so lovely, the parking is handy to have and the beer is good. They have a premium lager, 2 guest ales at the moment and plenty of gin and prosecco. There is a big garden, a pool table and it is dog friendly.
