Wings are always crispy and sauced just right. Their wings are consistently good.

Used to have really good burgers, not anymore.

Always hot and delicious. Their hamburgers are so juicy, I do not even need any condiments. The fried rice is better than any oriental restaurant, again no need to additional seasonings. I normally get wings or hamburger, fries or veggie fried rice.

I love the food but DAMN the prices have doubled. My family of 4 might as well go out for steaks for what we spend on wings & fries smh

Overpriced, salty wings. They are not that good. Their fries are soogy and heavy 🤮

We went here with our 6 kids. We ordered 5 combos and extra fries and spent over $70. The price would have been fine if the food was good, the fries were the only decent food. I ordered the blue cheese burger, asked what came on it and was told cheese, bacon and house sauce. It came with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Lettuce and tomatoes would have been fine but not the pickles. Also there blue cheese is actually salad dressing. The beef was very "dry" and over cooked. I definitely will not recommend this restaurant.

I went to this place two times the first time I ordered the bacon blue cheese burger the burger was dry black of seasonings like a blue cheese lack of bacon and an extremely small amount of shredded lettuce that was on April 8th. The second time I went to this place was April 11th I ordered the chicken sandwich that is actually a chicken tender sandwich instead of an actual chicken sandwich with a chicken breast and the cheese steak meal The Cheesesteak was okay Im just not happy that this place is calling a chicken tender sandwich a chicken sandwich. I want to know if someone can help me find a place that actually serve the food that is on the menu.

Excellent customer service and atmosphere, the ladies at the front counter adjust my order to my needs...I traveled 7 hrs and definitely will return again ... the Golden BBQ sauce is top notch 👌...

Today I went in for some wings. However two young ladies had an attitude because they was ask to wash their hands before touching my food. Hence one was on her phone and one came from outside... they gotten upset...attitude... and being rude about it and lied to the manager. Luckily, after spending $40 i got my money back however... this establishment would be going downhill soon with that kind of attitude.

They definitely understood the assignment ❤️❤️the California Gold flavored wings are the 💣 also the honey hot....I do recommend this spot on Woodruff to my friends & family. Ate food before I could take a pic😂

This was my first time visiting this location. The chicken was crispy like I asked.. The food was really good 👍. Even though the young man said prices had went up on the menu. I will visit again when I can afford it.

I ordered on DoorDash and my order was delivered in less than 15 minutes. The food was fresh and HOT! The wings had plenty of meat and flavor too! This is my new favorite wing shop!

Stopped in today and ordered a 10 piece chicken wing meal and noticed a large price hike $13.99 from $10. Then when I got my receipt charging $16.19 I asked the cashier which was very nice is it a $2 charge for taxes. Then I looked at the receipt and I was charged 14.99 instead of 13.99. This issue really needs to be addressed stop over charging your customers and 16.19 is way to much for a 10 piece wing.

The best turkey burger Ive had in a long time from a fast food restaurant. Almost went back that evening to get another. Tater tots were seasoned and cook nice a crisp.

The food is always good and fresh. The young ladies that are usually working behind the counter are friendly and polite. The wait time isnt bad either.

Best wings I have found in Columbus. The Ranch was fresh made,thick rich and very tasty! Will definitely be back!

The place is open. I just called 3 times, no answer. Food is good, but thats not acceptable.Update: Hot wing salad is supposed to include boneless wings. These people used cut up, tough chicken tenders.

Ghetto is a understatement & I dont even use that word! The young ladies in there were so awful ! VERY poor customer service food was ok but until they get some new workers ill never come back ew.

Absolute WORST experience! The cashier would not stay off her phone long enough to finish taking an order. She was texting and mumbling under breath about whatever was going on in her personal life. The lady after she asked for an 8 piece walked out because the cashier again picked up her phone and turned to the side to reply to whoever. Didnt even acknowledge the customer had just told her the order she wanted to place. The 3rd customer that came in after I did was able to get half of her order placed before the cashier received a phone call and answered complaining about her ride at 4.I dont wish ill on anyone, but this employee needs to be addressed. As for the food, the fries were not salted and tasted like fish. They were horrible. The coleslaw and wings were on point. They serve Pepsi, which was extremely flat and tasted old. Not sure who manages this place, but it needs some work.

Dont mind the service, tried to be friendly. They just dont offer what is advertised. DO NOT GET A SHAKE!!!! Theyre the same kind of shakes you get from gas stations that you have to mix with the machine. And they dont put whipped cream as advertised. But they charge $4 for it. Wont be coming here again.

Wasnt a fan of the customer service, young lady had an attitude, presentation was decent, flavor was okay. I wont be dinning here again though.

I spent $60 to feed my family. We sat at the table outside because they dont have indoor seating. They would not allow drink refills. I get takeout a couple times a week during soccer season but that ended today.

I found pieces of several tiny cut hair that looked like it was cooked into the sauce. I though it was from the chicken but the pictures didn’t match. The hair in my food looks like someone cut it from their head and put it in the food. The color of the hair wasn’t brown or White like a normal chicken. Instead it was a black color and thick. It was in every chicken. I really should sue them for what they did to my food.

My food was fresh. My only issue is I ordered to go & I still had to wait 20 minutes for my food after I arrived. Do not be in a rush ordering from here.

I have been going to country wings for the last 3 or 4 months... Havent been here in a while, was in the area and stopped by. The prices have increased significantly. Then to think about it, country wings are just a good. I ordered a 30 piece wings, and it was $6 more than country wings. Thier 30 piece is 19.99 and I promise you they are just as good. Wont be coming back here...

The food is wonderful here! Ive never had a bad meal! The customer service however, they really need to do something about the girls at the front counter! They dont answer the phone and they are super RUDE!! Fix that and it will be perfect!!

I had never been to this place and when I went in the whole counter was covered all the way up to the ceiling because of covid which I understand. But I couldnt see the prices so I asked the young lady behind the counter how much a 10pc wing meal would be and the other worker was so rude and said "it always comes down to money dont it?" It was the way she said it that was very offensive to me. I work in customer service and there are just some things you dont say to or in front of a customer. I will never be back and I dont reccomend that anyone else goes there either.

I placed an order using the online menu. 20 pc wings with fries $13.99 and a small shrimp fried rice $4.49.Total $18.48 plus tax. I went in to pick up my order and was charged $28.06. I was then told the wings and fries went up to $19.99. Now check the website it has updates current as of November 2, 2020. I would think it would be important to update the menu instead of pictures displaying the food.This was the Woodruff Farm location approximately 30 minutes ago. Needless to say I walked out. No one tried to make it right.

What kept me from a higher rating was the lack of professionalism! While waiting for my order, I could hear the two women speaking poorly of another woman. They were so loud I heard them from my position by the door.

Man, the food tasted great, especially the wings, however the philly steak my wife got was like 90% chopped peppers and 10% meat. That was disappointing especially since we asked for no peppers.

My mom ordered from here, and she sent me to pick up the order. The food was great but the service was horrible. The girls at the counter working tonight had extremely rude attitudes, and they weren’t taking their job serious at all.

You cant get anyone on the phone in most cases. The wings are good but after changing their fries a few times I stopped ordering them and started ordering the fried rice which is good too!!. I gave 4 stars because I like to call my wings in and not have to wait when I arrive to pick them up. Take payments over the phone for take online orders or something.

The wings and fries are the best, the food is always nice and hot when you get it and the workers are friendly! They also serve hamburgers and other amazing tasting foods. Anytime i want wings Im sure to to there😊

0 starsI went in tonight, mind u they were busy or should I say not organized ad usual and one of the cashiers (heavy set one with a nose ringwas soooooo rude! She told me that I didnt call inarms wanted to know what number I dialed(really?), then found my order (still unorganizedorders started coming thru and she had my order wrong and rudely ask for my ticket as if I didnt hear her call the ticket number. 🗣So I didnt pay my money to be treated rudely, so I asked for a manager.. they never came out! So I asked for my money back and she talked smack under her breathe. I said you are so rude and all she could say is"i been here all day". Not understanding what that had to do with anything.. butI WILL NOT BE BACK.

This is my second bad experience with web wings the first time my order was wrong but I gave them the benefit of doubt. This time my order was priced wrong by 10 dollars over and it was a call in order. The person taking the order was rude and unprofessional when I went into the store to pick it up. I will not come back to this establishment or recommend it to anyone

The food is very good. Weve tried the wings, burger, philly, and tenders so far, and have not been disappointed. The only thing negative i could say is they give too many fries....🙂

Food is good, but service is not. There are a couple of sweet girls that work the counter, but the rude ones make me wonder why I keep going back.

The food is usually slamming. Clean and friendly place. Manger is always welcoming of new and returning customers.

Purchased two 10pc wing meals on my way home from work. Mind you one of the two 10pc meals was for my husband at work. He calls me after I leave his wings with him and says they are cooked in burned grease. I check mine when I get home, call back to the establishment, only to be given the runaround about bringing the wings back for a refund, but first they have to CALL the manager to make sure its ok!!!! I WILL NOT patron this establishment again. I know they smelled that bad shortening they were cooking in......$20 in the trash....

When this place first opened it was good. Now it SUCKS! The wings and fries are not cooked to order. I ordered and two minutes later they told me my order was ready. Really?? They have the wings and fries sitting in the baskets until you order then put them on a plate. The wings were not seasoned and cold. I will not be returning.

The staff and food was excellent! I am giving a poor rating because they have 2 tip jars but the owners keep the tip for themselves and doesnt give the wonderful professional workers NOT ONE PENNY! They are the lowest of the low. The young people who served me displayed exceptional people skills and food/service was excellent. I advise everyone to give your tips DIRECTLY TO THE WORKERS. I am going to check and see if these owners are violating some type of labor law or deceptive business practice!

They dont even deserve one star. I called in an order for the catfish plate. When I arrived to pick up the order and looked in the plate. I told the cashier it was not catfish. She told me this is the kind we sell... it was not catfish it was swai. The cashier told me they do not give refunds and they had to call the manager on the phone. She supposedly called the manager and the manager said they could not give a refund, but they could give me something else off the menu. I did not want anything else off the menu. I told her that was fine I will dispute the charge thru my bank. since when u cant get a refund for food?
