If youre looking for an authentic champagne vineyard tour, BOOK THIS IMMEDIATELY! Rachel, who runs the vineyard with her husbands family, is absolutely amazing! Shes from the UK, so she speaks perfect English. We were lucky enough to be there during the harvest, so we got to witness the grapes actually being picked and pressed! Rachel gave us an up-close, informative, and really fun tour of the entire champagne making process- first we visited the vineyards and got to watch and participate in the grape picking process. After we followed the grapes back to the communal press (which youll learn about- SUPER interesting!), and got to watch the process of turning the grapes into wine. We were literally the only tourist in sight, this is not something you get to see at the big producers! Youll learn that the small family producers, like WB, will only use their best grapes for their own champagne, and then sell their lesser quality grapes to big producers (who then mark it up and sell it to Americans at a premium)- Crazy! Afterwards, we went back to the WB Champagne cellar and had an AMAZING tasting (their Rose Champagne was was our favorite!). Thank you Rachel and WB Champagne for the most amazing day!!! We cannot recommend this tour enough!

What a wonderful experience! The town of Sacy is very beautiful and quaint. Our host and her family were very warm and welcoming. She gave us a phenomenal tour of the cellar and a comprehensive breakdown of the entire champagne making process. We then went into their beautiful home and sipped on each of the delicious champagnes that WB makes. Rachel and her family speak both fluent French and English which made the experience even better. We highly recommend this tour to everyone!
